What a great coffee spot! The location doesn't seem like much from the outside, it's in an outdoor mall but that also means easy parking. Huge space inside, the tables don't feel cramped together and are nicely spaced apart. Good space to come and do work or meet up with someone. They have a cute photo area and merchandise for purchase. They also have food and lunch items. I went with the sweet corn matcha latte with almond milk. I've never heard of a corn matcha latte so I had to go with that! I also got a strawberry matcha with oat milk and a cream top for my sister. The corn latte was really interesting! I enjoyed it. I asked for it slightly less sweet and it was just sweet enough. I am curious if it's better as an espresso late as I saw a lot of people getting those while waiting. Cute coffee shop in Lawndale! I was craving a sweet corn latte and this place was the only one near me with that on the menu and it didn't disappoint. Lightly sweet, creamy, and perfectly warm on a cold blustery day. Service can be a bit slow because they get busy. It's not just a coffee shop though! Finally had the chance to check this out. I was excited for the Matcha Corn Latte. I had it with almond milk and it did not disappoint. It was everything I hope it would be. The matcha was not overpowering and the corn flavor was a nice balance. We did get the truffle mushroom pasta. I was hoping for a little more truffle taste but it was still good. It's packed on weekends, so get your study spot early. I love that new coffee spots are popping up. The portion size could be a little more for $15. It would be nice to have specials for a matcha and pasta combination. Went here for breakfast with my family and really liked the ambiance. There is plenty of seating/tables, and music was chill and playing softly. Definitely a good place if you want to sit down and be productive for a bit. The food offerings were good too! They open early at 7am and close late at 11:30pm and they offer a wide selection of food, coffee, and matcha drinks. The workers were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. I tried their double matcha and really enjoyed their richness of the matcha! They also have a sweet corn matcha, strawberry matcha, and banana matcha that my friends enjoyed. The banana matcha came with puffs and was on the sweeter side. I also tried their pesto pizza which was really good! It has a very thin crust with a crispy crust and great flavor. I love cute coffee houses and walking into Stay Coffee, I knew this was a place I would want to stay awhile. This coffee shop is large and spacious with plenty of seating - including two large rattan egg chairs. Aside from being impressed with their big space, I was equally impressed with their menu. They not only have a great selection of drinks (plenty of matcha options) but a lot of savory dishes. They've got brunch menu from 8am to 2pm that includes Dutch baby pancakes, open toast, skillets and breakfast plates. They've also got an all day menu that has salads, tortilla pizzas, pastas and sandwiches. For my first visit here, my friend and I got to try their Meatball and Egg Skillet ($15), their Truffle Garlic Mushroom Pasta ($15) and their Banana Kick Matcha Latte ($7). The Truffle Garlic Mushroom Pasta came out first. I loved the thin pasta noodles and the flavors of truffle and garlic in this dish. It was a great pasta but I do want to say I was disappointed to later find out that they forget to include the mushrooms. I didn't realize it until I was home later and I was looking at other yelpers' photos. It was a good pasta overall but the mushrooms would have given an additional nice depth of flavors. The Meatball and Egg Skillet was also a tasty dish. I enjoyed the rich marinara sauce over the two eggs, mozzarella and meatballs. This was definitely a very fulfilling breakfast dish. Last but not least was their Banana Kick Matcha. Sometimes I find that coffee shops have matcha drinks that are too strong. That is not the case here at Stay Coffee. At first sip, I was so impressed with the perfect balance of the sweet banana and the earthy matcha. It's definitely one of the best matcha drinks I have ever tried. It was so creamy and delicious. I also loved the creative add of banana puffs at the top of this drink. It was a cute and tasty topping. I would get this drink again and am excited to try their other drinks. Aside from the great space and tasty food and drinks, they have a cool black and white photo box. You can take a picture to keep or to leave to add to their wall. (Note: the photos come out in a really thin piece of paper- I do wish it was more like Polaroids but hey can't complain too much about free photos! ;) They also have a chalk board wall where you can leave a message. These little tidbits add a personal and unique touch to this spot too! I am an already fan of Stay Coffee and I know will be back again! I was slightly sad due to the fact that they forgot the mushrooms in my pasta :(. Not a big deal however and I know that next time, my meal and coffee will be even better. read more

Just found a great new coffee shop in Lawndale! Super convenient to El Camino College and the 405!! I've already been here a couple of times and plan on going back tomorrow. BTW Stay Coffee is open until 11:30pm every night something that the SouthBay has desperately needed. That's right I like a nice double espresso at 11pm ;) The baristas and owners are very friendly and make delicious drinks :) The food also looks wonderful and I cant wait to try the Dutch Baby :) We had a Banana Kick Matcha Latte & Tiramisu Cream Latte and both were excellent not to sweet with nicely balanced flavors. I've also had a Cortado that was very good! The shop itself is big with lots of seating including a couple of large shared tables. There is also a Photo Dot that prints out a picture of you to take with you or hang on the wall around the corner. Even when busy the shop is kept clean. And I like to support independent businesses, but it's ridiculous to spend $4.50 plus tax (plus 50 cents for a thimble full of milk... regular milk... not oat milk or vegan yak milk) for a 12-ounce Americano. The americano was good. That's the second star. The barista was a little sheepish about charging me once I asked about the upcharge for milk. The interior is stark and utilitarian. The spot had decent crowd but not overwhelming and they got orders ready pretty swiftly. Small addition yet certainly a plus point was the photo corner with live printing offered on the spot! One of the wall deco was even pictures of guests, how adorable! I went for their signature drink from the coffee options, the Spanish Latte, and it reminded me of my favorite Spanish Latte from % Arabica in London and Southeast Asian countries. This place is open until 11:30 pm. My friends, who are students, really appreciate . Secondly, the owner is super friendly, and his smile is infectious.
