We got a banana cream matcha and an otto signature tea latte which were both exquisite. I really appreciated that the matcha was hand whisked to order and that the banana cream was made with actual banana bc you could definitely taste the higher quality. The otto signature latte is a Ceylon black tea that has really good tea flavor. We weren't offered adjustments when we ordered so both drinks came with their standard 75% sweetness and 70% ice which ended up being too sweet imo. If you like sweeter drinks, that's def a good sugar level, but next time, I'd get 50% with less ice. I wish I lived closer bc I'm keen on trying their other drinks. I've been wanting to try this place and I'm happy I got to! I went this past weekend on a Sunday afternoon and fortunately it wasn't busy! My drink was made in just a couple of mins. I got a lime explosion (green) tea with brown sugar boba. The boba was warm, soft, chewy and sweet! The drink was nice and refreshing for a hot day. I liked its tartness. I drove down to Otto tea shoppe today because I had really been wanting to try their blueberry spirulina matcha latte specifically. the cafe is in a plaza with plenty of parking. when you walk in, you're greeted with a cozy atmosphere and a few spots to sit. I ordered what I came here for obviously lol, and wait time was very short, no more than 3 minutes! staff was friendly and attentive. the drink itself was pretty good, but I wish it had a bit more of the blueberry compote! Great place to stop for drinks! This drink shop is in a plaza with easy parking. Admittedly, I've only had their matcha, but that says a lot as a picky matcha drinker. I never usually try matcha at boba shops, but based on other reviews, I decided to give the earl grey oat matcha a shot on my first visit. I'm so glad I did! There aren't many good matcha options in this area, but I even returned recently to try their Super matcha (matcha latte with matcha foam) which was also delicious. Boba shops matchas tend to be pre-sweetened or of an okay quality, which is fine, but this shop's matcha is earthy, smooth, and is balanced with whatever flavor you add into it! They have an incredible selection, good prices, and the vibes are so nice in there! I saw several guests studying/working. I think I found my new favorite boba shop! The quality of the tapioca is 10/10 and the drinks are amazing! I have gotten their signature milk tea and ichigo milk slush. A spot where I can get blueberry matcha is the South Bay, hooray! Blueberry matcha has been my latest obsession, and I was happy to see it on the menu at Otto Tea! There's plenty of parking in the shopping plaza lot. The shop itself is a little small. they have two tables inside and two tables outside where you can sit and enjoy your drink. I enjoyed the blueberry matcha. It has a pretty good blueberry flavor! They use blueberry compote, so there's some little pieces of blueberry at the bottom. They also use blue spirulina for the blue color. I appreciate that they use ceremonial grade matcha! I didn't really like my drink because that coconut syrup and macadamia was strong and sweet. Definitely would prefer coconut water over syrup. My friends thought their drinks were okay as well. It did take some time to get our drinks because there were only 2 staff members working with a lot of orders coming in after the other. Stopped by Otto Tea Shoppe and tried a couple of their specialty drinks. I ordered the lychee jasmine fruit tea with regular sugar. The lychee flavor came through nicely and paired well with the jasmine tea. It was refreshing and well balanced, though next time I'd probably go with half sugar to adjust it more to my preference. We also had the blueberry spirulina matcha, which was really good. The combination of blueberry, spirulina, and matcha came together smoothly without being overly sweet.
