The rolled ice cream was so good The toppings are modifiable. I went on a Sunday night so it was busy and took a while to get my order after my friends. There is seating available inside and outside. Chill atmosphere perfect for a sweet treat.

Yelped and found Rolling Zone Creamistry. Never heard of them before but gave it a try... and they did not disappoint! My boys said their rolled ice cream is BETTER than Yogurtland and Creamistry! Getting to watch how the rolled ice cream is made was pretty cool too. I think seeing the process made them appreciate their frozen dessert a little more. We ordered Coffee Break, Red Crackers and Rocky Road. All delicious! Coffee Break had a great coffee taste. Sometimes I'm disappointed by the weak coffee flavor, but not here! Loved the toffee bits they sprinkle on the top, really complements the coffee flavor. My youngest son ordered Red Crackers and he loved everything about it, especially the strawberry popping boba! My older son ordered Rocky Road - he especially loved the freshly toasted giant marshmallow! Wish we could say we'll be back soon but we don't live nearby. Just a place we found on Yelp on our drive home from Manhattan Beach. Hopefully the locals hit up this place when its hot out and they need a refreshing treat to help cool down! Staff was friendly & nice too! Great customer service! Just too bad the plaza they're located in isn't all that great. But definitely an ice cream spot worth splurging on! --- A splurge at $34 for three 12 oz treats! Whoa! But thats just the going rate wherever you go these days. Anyway, definitely worth a try if you've never had freshly rolled ice cream! Yum!

We catered acai bowls and rolling ice cream for our son's birthday. Got in touch with Juan and he was great to work, very responsive and on top of all that we needed for our event. He worked with us on the service, timing, and his team was very accommodating with the event space and timing. They had a variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. The acai cart was definitely a hit for the hot weather. An unexpected touch was the menu they customized based on our birthday invitation!! It was the PERFECT touch to tie the dessert carts into our theme!!! We definitely recommend them for any party, gathering or event!

I was lucky to have been invited to a birthday party where this guys were hired and wow I was amazed with their service and their ice cream! I had and loved every flavor they were serving, cookies and cream, banana, strawberry and chocolate and I was amazed they didn't raise my blood sugar! I thought I didn't like rolled ice cream, but I think it's because no one else know how to make it properly. The best one so far is Banana Pudding - it tastes like the real thing but even better. I like the Wild Mango less because it's more cream than mango. Other great options include the Coffee Break and Rocky Road. My favorite has to be S'More, though, for the hand-toasted marshmallow on top. Definitely recommend trying if you're in Lawndale. I love how hidden it is so it's rarely crowded, and I love that it's so close to home. Finally, a good local spot for locals!

I never even knew about rolled ice cream until I walked into this place on a whim. WOW, the process in making your cup of creamy dreamy goodness is somewhat mesmerizing lol. I've been back several times. The oreo cup is my favorite but my friends really enjoyed the other flavors as well. Topping options are a pretty varied selection, although they already come with plenty of goodies. Price point is on par with what you get. Definitely love it!

I have been a customer for this place since they opened. Flavor wise, the best in the area. Customer Service downhill. I was told it was going to be a 30m wait, no problem. Still waiting and literally it is going to be an hour wait. Last time I came here, two employees told me to place an order on the ipad. I did but the ipad wasn't working when it came to pay. I told the workers and they rolled their eyes. I had two other people behind me, same problem. So it wasn't just me. I wanted to give this place another chance but just the behavior is out of place. 9:51pm still waiting. Pictures for reference . Update 9:54 finally!! 3 out of the 4 no vanilla wafer on the mangos. Seriously. I don't complain for stuff like this but honestly the wait time and yet it is not done right

Phewwww I found this place because ice cream rolls was what I was craving. There was 2 different things ordered The matcha rolls but the strawberries were replaced with condensed milk Salted caramel rolls. The matcha ice cream was soooooo creamy oh man. It was just absolutely a delight to have. It was not overwhelmingly sweet, it was very tolerable and had a nice flavor to it. The salted caramel rolls. Whew chile. This was SWEET. Like I honestly thought my blood sugar was at 400 after this. It was good but that caramel definitely was way too sweet and artificially tasting for my liking. If you like the taste of sweety sweet things then I recommend this one. The customer service wasn't anything special and they had a cool system that called out your number which I thought was funny because it was just me and another party of 2 waiting. It was a smaller place but they have small tables and sweating as well as a bar deck type of style against the wall. The ambiance was pretty.

Ice cream is pretty good. I feel like when this first business opened there was much more attention placed into the ice cream and ingredients. I feel like now the Thai rolled ice creams are very watered down and not creamy enough but overall decent ice cream. Today I tried a pistachio ice cream, I asked if it was house made- they said yes but doubt it~ Still tasted pretty good though lol Service is pretty slow but makes sense as there is not a lot of people working. The ambiance is pretty relaxed and quiet, cute lil first date or something of that sort if you come near closing time (I think at peak Josie it gets pretty loud).

This is our go to spot during the summer! We usually get the cookies and cream ice cream rolls. They are 10/10 !! Mangonada: 10/10 Service is okay, they try their best, especially when it's like 15 ppl in line. They have a small indoor seating but we always take ours to go. read more

Don't waste your money on an açaí bowl here. The ratios are not correct- was liquidy on the bottom with frozen chunks of something, the fresh mango was not ripe and hard, missed the peanut butter, one fresh strawberry. Definitely not worth $20. There were people ordering ice cream so perhaps that is their specialty! read more

Great spot for ice cream for a sweet tooth fix, date or bring the family. I liked the ice cream I had, I've had the rolled up ice cream before but it was not as filling as Rolling Zone Creamery. The ice cream starts as liquid and transforms to ice cream right in front of your eyes. Then they add the toppings. The ice cream with fruit has fresh fruit! Prices are reasonable considering they make the ice cream fresh and use fresh ingredients. There's a lot of parking in the lot. read more

My boyfriend and I went in yesterday, the place is very small and cute, you can hang out with your friends there. The cross contamination in this place is crazyyyy. You watch them scrape the prior persons ice cream off the frozen plate, and into yours. The spatulas they use have ice cream and toppings stuck onto it and colored water dripping off of it when pulled from the dirty water container holding the spatula. It's literally disgusting. I ended up with pink bubblegum ice cream from the prior order all over my green rolled matcha. The guy looked at it, shrugged and placed it into the cup. Pink ice cream from frozen plate and pink ice cream the spatula that ended up all over my ice cream mixed with someone else's chocolate. Straight up nasty. read more

Visited on Monday, 07/25/22 for the first time. Boyfriend and I ordered the following (we dined in): - Tropical Acai Bowl (16oz): $9.95 - Matcha Matcha Ice Cream Rolls: $8 TOTAL W/ TAX: $19.79 Waiting time was a bit long since this place is very labor intensive in terms of making your order. Additionally, we only saw one employee doing EVERYTHING so perhaps they were also short staffed. The employee made my order first (ice cream roll), which is very interesting to see from the actual making process. You can also check in on Yelp for a free Topping (I chose gummy worms but it was very hard!). Overall we both loved what we ordered however I will say that my ice cream roll was too sweet; I didn't eat the oreo that came with it (and the hard gummy bears). I wish my order just came with the ice cream rolls then I would give this place a higher rating! Of note, there was another employee who just clocked in to work, and the other employee who made our order stepped out (work break?). It was just the 2 of us eating inside then a homeless person came inside and was just standing there. I was honestly frightened as it was just the 2 of us inside, and the employee who just clocked in wasn't even in the front to attend the homeless person; he went to the front after and gave the homeless guy a cup of fresh ice water as requested. Needless to say, it was a scary experience for me but was glad my boyfriend was by my side. It was late and using Yelp as a resource in the area of Los Angeles I wasn't familiar with we found this little ice cream shop that was very busy. And the reason why was very obvious. They do quality work and their flavors are delightful and they do it right in front of you. There were even mothers that would bring their children down who would step up on a stool and watch them do their magic with a knife and ice and cream and the cold Platter. The ice cream was rich and delicious they didn't skip on the toppings and they had lots of choices. We enjoyed every bite and it was right on time it was a great way to complete an evening. Operation hours are posted as 12PM -11Pm. we arrived on a Friday at 10:42PM... doors weren't locked and there was no line. The female worker told us "sorry we are closed" I checked my watch and it was about 10:43PM at that point in time. This is unacceptable... there should be posted signs if you guys are going to stop serving 15 mins prior to closing or just lock the doors. We hired Rolling Zone Creamery for our event and they went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly! Juan answered every question I had within minutes via Instagram and he was so accommodating and kind to help us through the process of choosing what we wanted. We loved the beautiful setup of the cart, the custom made sign for the menu of flavors we chose and of course the tasty ice cream! Established in 2017.

Juan Jose, a gourmet chef trained in the highly regarded Mausi Sebees Culinary School in Argentina was fascinated with the rolled ice cream idea after seeing how it was made in Thailand. He wanted to give people the experience of seeing their ice cream being mixed and prepared right in front of their eyes using the freshest and most natural ingredients.

I came with my family one Sunday evening on a hot July day, bypassing several chains on the way, including the new(er) Salt and Straw across the street. The inside is packed to the brim with sweets, small toys, and people, much like a candy shop of old. After reaching the front of the winding line our family shared a Banana Split ($13) - three scoops of ice cream, a split banana, hot fudge, a single dry topping (we chose coconut), whipped cream, and a trio of cherries - about as classic as it comes. The ice cream was good but not exceptional. The chocolate and strawberry were fairly generic, but I liked the third scoop of banana foster ice cream which had a nice banana kick. I doubt this ice cream is home made. The complements and construction to the sundae were great, however, and the flavors came together well. As I would hope for a location like this, the staff are local youths who served with patience and passion. In cases throughout the store are several of their other specialties - ice cream cookie sandwiches, dipped frozen bananas, and more - inviting repeat visits. Prices are elevated but not crazy for such a trendy area, although I would say with the middling quality of the ice cream a couple dollars less would be fine. Overall, Manhattan Beach Creamery is a local landmark worth at least a single visit for anyone in the area. If you can get past the generic, if a little boring, ice cream flavor and rampant commodification of the interior, you'll find a classic ice cream parlor with great service and history. This was my first time ordering from Organico, and I had no idea it wasn't a traditional…read morerestaurant. When I arrived for pickup, I found a room full of lockers and a small service window. As someone who isn't particularly tech-savvy, I was pretty confused at first. Eventually, I watched another customer open a locker and retrieve their food, and everything started to make sense. I received a text with instructions to open a locker and collect my order. Before leaving, I checked the receipt stapled to the bag--thankfully I did! It wasn't my name and wasn't the food I ordered. I went back inside and tried to get someone's attention at the service window, which took a little while. A friendly employee attempted to locate my order but couldn't find it, so he called over another staff member, who I assume was a manager. Unfortunately, the interaction wasn't as pleasant. He repeatedly asked for my name, even after I had provided it several times, and eventually informed me--somewhat abruptly--that another delivery driver had taken my order and that I needed to contact "the company I worked for." After clarifying that I wasn't a delivery driver and had ordered the food for myself, his tone changed. He contacted Organico, and they agreed to remake my meal. My pickup time was supposed to be 1:00 PM, but my replacement order wasn't ready until about 1:35 PM. As for the food, I ordered the tuna salad. I love beets and was excited about the combination. The salad was good overall, but the flavor profile wasn't what I expected. There was a very tart, vinegary element that caught me off guard. The brussels sprouts tasted more pickled than caramelized, which wasn't my preference. I'm not sure if that was intentional or if the remake affected the preparation, but the vinegar flavor was quite strong. I also ordered the iced salted caramel latte. It was okay--not particularly memorable--but the double shot of espresso definitely helped me get through the rest of my workday. Overall, the food was decent, but the pickup experience was confusing and frustrating enough that it overshadowed the meal.

The ambiance is very much pick up and go; it is a hotspot for Uber Eats and food delivery drivers. I was grateful they picked up the phone upon me calling them to ask about food allergies. They followed through the instructions carefully and packaged it well. However, the portion sizes were quite different for the same order. One was about half the size of the other despite them being the same type of dish - Make Your Own bowl. The food was delicious regardless but definitely would have appreciated equal amounts of food for both boxes. It felt sad to see one only half as full as the other.

First time there, and the one star is because the actual ice cream was very tasty... it just took forever to get it. Love supporting a new business, but these guys still have some work to do. Walked in, couldn't see any signs to explain there concept-- which is convoluted. Only one size, and have to pick their specific flavor combos. So had to rely on the explanation from the young employee who I could barely hear between the overly loud music, and the ice cream maker who was chopping right next to her (there are 4 stations, but he couldn't easily use any of them, because the prep station was located behind the cashier). There was no high chair for my kiddo, no restroom for my husband, and we had to wait over 15 mins for ice cream. Didn't appear to be any manager on duty-and it seemed very unorganized. There were no clear stations/flow to make things move faster... I could see the employees struggling moving back and forth across the space. Which caused the time delay in getting food out. Finally nail in the coffin? We could finish our very expensive ice cream so had to ask for lids (which arent out to just grab yourself)-- but they don't fit their cups. So it leaked out all over my car when it tipped over when I hit the brakes. Boo. read more

Got here @ 11:03. Yes they do close at 11 but the sign was on and door open and 2 girls still getting ice cream. I sent my son to see if they would still take us. He was able to walk in and stand there for 2 minutes I got out of my car to go in. The employee looked at us did not say anything. When I ask to order one of them did a sign with his hand to his neck liking cutting it off saying we're close. No sorry guys all we wanted was scoped ice cream. Just would like the owner to know. Will never be back wish them the best read more

This store is Ice cream is sooo yummy. The Mangonada is well made . My kids ordered Cookie Butter and Chocolate Explosion , they loved it and they said they are the best ice cream ever. The way they roll the ice roll was sooo professional my kids can't stop talking about it :). Totally worth it and 100% recommend it.:) read more

This is the desert from the future. My kids love watching them turn the milk into ice cream and it tastes bomb. I didnt even know thats is how you even make icecream. Good place to bring your family after the movies or volleyball games. I had ahsaiee for the first time and it made me a believer. read more

Best ice cream ever! I tried the very berry, banatella, and passion fruit so far. I am definitely coming back for more. The portions are big and have a variety of toppings that come with it for a very reasonable price!! I definitely recommend this place read more

Such a fun place. It was sooo good! I found it on a whim looking for dessert places while visiting Hermosa Beach / Redondo Beach. Went 30 mins before they closed & we were so glad we did! We wish we had this place in Fresno where we live. read more
