I've only tried their different matcha lattes and they're very good. On the pricier side for sure, but I think it's worth it for the quality. Lots of cute seating inside too. Recommend!

The açai wasn't as good as I remembered it and the pineapple I got added on to my bowl was all hard, sour, and overall flavorless. My fiancé also got attitude when asking about coxinha, which didn't help this experience (love their coxinha and always hope they're ready when we're there, he got there after 10am and was told they're not usually ready until 10am). Very sad I don't think I'll be craving them again, but maybe I'll try again in the future and hopefully this was a fluke off day.

I mean, honestly, it's also pretty hard to mess up an açaí/pitaya bowl. My son refused to stop eating his even though he was blue and shivering from the cold, so he enjoyed it too. But most of all I want to recognize the worker who actually looked up whether the granola was made with honey, because I can imagine many others who would simply say they didn't know and not take that extra measure to help.

Price is average for typical acai bowls in the area but given that they skimped on the acai, i'd say not worth it. Ordering was super easy through a kiosk, and the bowls are made fresh to order. I was impressed by how many açaí bowl options they offer. If you can't decide, you can even build your own! I went with the Classic Açaí Bowl, and it was the perfect treat for a hot summer day. It tasted fresh, refreshing, and hit the spot. I've been to this Robeks location a few times , but will not be returning after yesterday…read more There were 3 people working there. A young woman came up to me to ask me if I'm paying with cash or card. I said card. She then asked me to use the kiosk because they are "busy". There were no other customers waiting. I was the only customer there at the time. I tried using the kiosk and this machine could not read my QR code from my Robeks phone app. I tried repeatedly 4-5 times. Now the woman who walked up to me could have taken my order which would have taken 10-15 seconds. I tried using the kiosk for more than a minute then left in frustration. Which speaks to the customer experience. This message is for the business owner of this franchise why I won't be returning. There is another Robeks I go to that is way more busy but they have never asked me to use the kiosk no matter how busy they are. They have high foot traffic and there are usually 4-5 people waiting. This other Robek is run by better employees and I will be going to that one instead

No more cherry acai for me. I did have granola so that was not what caused the problem I experienced before. I can confidently keep ordering my bowls here now. I'm really glad I don't need to switch shops because the location is convenient and I liked everything about my previous orders except those irritating bits of miniature concrete I kept chewing on when I ordered the bowls with cherry. I've been here three times, and each visit has fallen well short of the experience provided by other nearby locations. The staff often seemed disengaged and gave off the impression that they wanted us to hurry up and order. Most recently, I ordered a simple mini Pitaya bowl and a smoothie. After waiting more than 15 minutes and watching several customers who ordered after us receive their food first, I had to ask about the status of my order. We discover our order was just sitting there on a side table. No one had announced our order whatsoever. What made the delay even more frustrating was that we had frozen groceries in the car that needed to be taken home. Despite living less than half a mile away, we'll gladly make the longer drive to another Beach Bowls location in the future for better service and a more enjoyable experience.

Then, when the crowd dwindled, I was pretty much the only one still there so, yeah they def forgot it. I usually don't like to say anything, but I also didn't want to be there any longer than I already had been, so I kindly mentioned I hadn't received my drink yet. They were ok about it, I guess (definitely not nice) and I get when an establishment is busy, sometimes orders can sometimes get lost or accidentally not added. Whatever the reason may be, I eventually got my order and it was definitely rushed. I ordered the Tahitian Vanilla Bean Matcha and it was eh. I'm sure it's probably better but literally very low effort was put forth to make it. I decided to give this place a second chance during the week, when it's less busy. I got an acai bowl, I believe the Brazilian and it was good. I got a drink also, but it wasn't very memorable. Overall, it was ok.
