Was craving watermelon water in this warm day and luckily found this spot, finally! it taste delicious and the lady was super nice.
Small but well equipped. Lots of variety of snacks and beverages. Friendly employees and cheap
The Bionicos are bomb! A small for $6 & a large for $10 with strawberries, apples, bananas, papaya, melon and granola! Super yummy! Called ahead and was ready when I arrived. Thank you for a great hot day pick me up!
Was searching for a spot that had awesome Tostilocos and found this place on Yelp that wasn't too far away from where I worked. I ended up having to park at a strip mall down the street because parking was non existent, not because it was packed but because it's against a main street and the only cars that fit in the back were the workers vehicles. As I walked in, the woman working inside didn't even acknowledge the fact that I walked in and continued chopping away. I stood there looking at the menu for like what felt like 5 min until I finally had to wave her down to take my order. I asked if they put the white powdered cheese that I'm used to in tostilocos and she said they didn't carry it. No worries, I'll try it without, no problem. I ordered that and a piña raspado. $10 and out the door. When I got to work, I noticed that the raspado was actually a mango raspado and not the piña I ordered. A HUGE chunk of ice in the center and it tasted like the mango fruit cups in syrup you get at the grocers. The tostiloco was stacked with white stringed chicharron and like TEN chips in total way underneath the mound of chicharron and chamoy. Horrible. Never again going to this place. Nope. On a bright note, the little girl behind the counter was adorable and adorable smile to go with. Sorry I couldn't muster up the extra star for her mothers poor attitude and lack of attention to detail.
Fresh fruits - 5 stars !!!!! Will return for more ! Today I went in for my second time to order the Bionico ? It's what I took a picture of - yummy ! The fruits- do not taste like they are ripped by force- the fruits here taste natural- sweet - each bite is delicious. Please note that Yelp has the WRONG Business HOURS for this location - I asked the worker- it is 9am until 6pm Monday through Sunday. Yelp has the wrong information for open hours/ close hours.
It's not really their fault that I don't like the suspiciously feet-like taste of papaya, so no hard feelings that it's a staple of what I love to get here: bionicos. Their bionico is stellar in flavor and generous in size. Loved each one I've had, and it remains the standard by which I weigh other bionicos. My friend (who is less easy to please than I am) says only wonderful things about their tortas. If he's craving a torta, I know he means from this place. His endorsement, I promise, is meaningful. It's cash only. A few seats, kind of always uncomfortably warm inside, lines can be long because they make your order before moving on to take another, but worth it.
Still one of my go to places to satisfy my sweet tooth and cravings. There's the healthy options as well like natural fresh made juice and salads but I always stick to my usual. I wish they would hire some help for the weekends. One guy is not enough to get people in and out on a timely manner.
Did my daily checks on yelp and seen this place today ... I live about 4 blocks from this place and have passed by it many times on my way to work or on my way to the store ... So today my mom, husband and I thought we'd stop by to try something since the reviews seemed pretty good .... We ordered 2 smoothies (strawberry/banana/mango and strawberry/banana... Which were both really good) my mom tried the Escamocha (it's chopped fresh fruit in a cup filled with fresher squeezed orange juice with a little chamoy ... Which was good too if u like chamoy) ... We also ordered a shake (Mamey, strawberry, banana, mango ... Really good too) and last we got an order or the Tostilocos which is a BIG order ...really good .... We were satisfied with everything we ordered and the best part is everything is freshly cut as you order it ... As people have said before ... You won't be in and out fast so make sure your not in a rush when you go in ... Luckily today we walked in at the right time because within two minutes of being there the place got full ... Oh and another thing I did like is that the place is really clean which is a BIG plus!!!

Found this place because I was craving a bomb bionic in the area. If you haven't had a Bionico, it's a wonderful fruit dish (there's either a sweet one with granola and cream or a tangy one with Tajin and chili). I also ordered chicken tacos. Everything was served quickly, freshly and tastes amazing! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. And it's affordable read more
