Everytime I come here they always have thee best playlist. My daughter always end up dancing before we leave. It's definitely the place I go when I need to cool down and restart my day. . It's always very clean and the employees are always nice. There is never a long wait because they always seem to be well staffed. I came into town around 7:14 pm all the way from Ga, my grand daughter just had sugery and couldn't eat reg food. The hours in the door said Mon thur Friday 7:30- 10:00 there was three workers in the store. One behind the counter and two sitting at a table eating. There was a sign on the door that said they would be closed for 40 min but there was no time return . When we got the attion of the people sitting at the table they motioned to us they would be 15 mins. As we stood there 6 customers came and left... bad business . This is one of the most unprofessional experience I have ever experienced. The young man Nathan the shift lead was having lunch with a female friend..who finally opened the door was very rude. We asked him what the email address was for the business and he refused to give it to us. I don't usually push to corporate of business. But when I mentioned I was doing a yelp about how unprofessional he was he said he was refusing our business. Lead or manager training really needs to be done here. I couldn't be more disappointed with some of the staff and service at this Jamba Juice store. On multiple consecutive occasions over the last few weeks, I have had watery, incomplete, and sometimes just plain incorrect drinks made. Each of those times, after asking for a remake, I received unnecessary skepticism and attitude when it came to remaking my orders. Example: on Sunday afternoon, I ordered a greens and ginger with a couple of boosts and add-ins. When I was called to get my drink, I was given a white gummy.... I told the team member that I ordered a greens and ginger, to which she replied "this is a green ginger". I looked at the drink, then back at her and said "it's not green though." She asked me if I wanted her to remake, then just added kale to the already made white gummy then gave it back to me! - super disappointing to say the least! Not to mention, on multiple occasions, like today, I show up at this particular location a few minuteS after it's supposed opening time (7:30) only to find the shop completely empty and locked up. No other Jamba juice in my area is open as early! Now, this doesn't go as far as to say that I suggest throwing the whole store away, not by any means lol. Actually, many of this stores employees are pleasant and operate with integrity. However the attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service by some of your other staff is truly lacking. I love Jamba as a corporate brand and love most, if not all of its products.
