Date: July 26, 2026 Purchase: Watermelon Skies Experience: Decided to drop by this location after taking a quick trip on the train. When we went to the counter there was a kiosk to put in our order. One of the workers checked on us to make sure that we were okay as we continued placing our order. I decided to give the Watermelon Skies a try since it was seasonal item. We waited inside for our order, which didn't take too long to get to us. The drink was good, but I feel like the flavor could have been more bold. Then again my go to is usually Chocolate Moo'd where you definitely taste the peanut butter with a mix of chocolate and hint of banana. read more

Terrible customer service. I accidentally used an employee-only restroom and apologized immediately, but was met with repeated banging, yelling, dirty looks, and "You can read" from "LEAD -DIAMOND" .Completely unprofessional. The other lead (forgive if misspell Icae)was helpful, but I won't return and will make sure diamond is trained, terminated, or demoted read more

This places is always good to have on those days when you're looking for something different. Food: Not really food but the smoothies are ways great. I prefer the strawberry swirl Service: The staff is great and patient when you're bot sure what you want. I definitely didn't feel rushed and they provided aid when you sing the self ordering system. Atmosphere: It's really a grab and go situation. They do have seating areas but no one every sits at this location. Price: It's roughly $12-16 per season depending on what you order. Not too bad though. Location: Inglewood on imperial hwy right by the McDonalds on the corner. read more

Horrible service - three staff members working & none have the audacity or ability i guess to take orders at the counter. After waiting for 15 minutes I was finally addressed and with attitude. Janet, in particular, was not professional or kind. Horrible location. read more

10/10 can't go wrong with Jamba. Order ahead to skip the long wait times here at this location.

I never been to a Jamba so called smoothie bar.....My bowl was soupy and tasteless waste of $14

Little to no options for us "plant based baddies". They have an impossible breakfast sandwich which contains milk so I don't see the point of having a plant based sandwich with cheese/milk. The customer service at this location lis lacking. The employees couldn't even tell me what is in this but Apple & no milk. EVERYTHING else on the menu contains milk or soy. read more

They don't open on time! Very frustrating when trying to get a quick bite en route to work.

Ordered the Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Açaí bowl and there was no chocolate in sight. Kinda defeats the purpose. Also asked for my waffle not warmed, and they burned it instead. Disappointed with the attention to detail. read more

The service here was very poor! We were not greeted , nor did we receive a proper "how may I help you?" upon ordering. The server was not friendly. She acted as if she truly disliked her job!! I went into the Jamba business feeling upbeat and left feeling beat down. The Ambiance was so-so, the drink itself was mediocre, I doubt if I will return to this location. read more

Bad. My partner and I went in to order bowls as we were looking at the menu we conversed about which bowl we'd be ordering. Worker said they had no toppings to make the bowls, so we ordered shakes instead As we were drinking our shakes in the parking lot we see two people walk out with bowls ? Why didn't they want to serve us bowls but they served the next customers bowls 7 min later ? read more

This place needs to invest in training of the employees. The cashier, should not be the person MAKING orders. The guy in the back washing dishes, when there's a line. Just horrible read more

Today, June 12 @ 8 am, the manager prepared my Tropical waffle bowl with coco whip and it was DELICIOUS! Jamba Juice should rename it "Breakfast Heaven" because it was nothing I've ever tasted before in a fast food establishment. It's all about who prepares your food because not everyone is good at it. Thank you Jamba Juice for this experience at this location. read more

WOW! THIS IS DEFINITELY THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, UNMOTIVATED, WORST JAMBA JUICE IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY. I've probably been to this location maybe 4 times at most. This evening the only reason I had to come to this location is because I had just previously made an order and forgot to ask someone if they wanted one, like who doesn't want a Jamba Juice, right? Anyways, I go into the app and place an order for pick up, because it was the only Jamba in the area still open till 9pm. Order got placed and the pick up time was 8:41pm. Cool! Well in this city of LA anything can happen. And what do you know. Somebody was shooting on Western Ave and heavy police were in the area slowing up traffic. Anyways I had to get thru that and I arrived at the Imperial location literally at 8:59pm. I was knocking on the locked door that soon turned into banging and not one employee acknowledged me. It was like I was a ghost. I mean, somebody could of at least said "Hey man, were closed". My drink had to of been made already so they simply could of at least just opened the door and handed me my beverage. I feel like I was robbed, like someone took something from me. I paid for something and showed up to no response. I couldn't believe it. read more

Everytime I come here they always have thee best playlist. My daughter always end up dancing before we leave. It's definitely the place I go when I need to cool down and restart my day. . It's always very clean and the employees are always nice. There is never a long wait because they always seem to be well staffed. Only thing different about this trip is that I had to wait a little longer this time because they seemed to be a little too focuswith finishing up their own drinks. The kid asked a girl to do it twice and she didn't so he ended up doi it himself read more

Terrible customer service.. either get someone else in the morning or you will lose customers.. the older gentleman in the morning who is always by himself should know better.. ordered online and showed him my email and he says " it's not showing up.. cancel it at your bank".. REALLY? I just called another jamba juice and they still made my order even though my order didn't show up in their computer!!! Is he scared of customers or something? TRAIN HIM or fire him...it wasn't just me he said this to...it was a second customer had the same problem and he would not make my order and would not make her order either...Horrible! read more

I came at the very last minute and Layla was wonderful enough to still take my order and make the best strawberry surf rider! This has been my ultimate pregnancy craving so although I saw that they were going to be closing soon, I asked my husband to still take me knowing that I likely would be too late. Layla graciously took my order and blended my order smoothly. I've had rushed orders before where they came out chunky and not well blended but she definitely took her time and care. Appreciate you! read more

Erick, John, and Nayla are super amazing at this location super helpful and helped me fix something with my drink. Thank you guys!!!

I came into town around 7:14 pm all the way from Ga, my grand daughter just had sugery and couldn't eat reg food. The hours in the door said Mon thur Friday 7:30- 10:00 there was three workers in the store. One behind the counter and two sitting at a table eating. There was a sign on the door that said they would be closed for 40 min but there was no time return . When we got the attion of the people sitting at the table they motioned to us they would be 15 mins. As we stood there 6 customers came and left... bad business . This is one of the most unprofessional experience I have ever experienced. The young man Nathan the shift lead was having lunch with a female friend..who finally opened the door was very rude. We asked him what the email address was for the business and he refused to give it to us. I don't usually push to corporate of business. But when I mentioned I was doing a yelp about how unprofessional he was he said he was refusing our business. Lead or manager training really needs to be done here. It obviously has not been implemented . Would do zero stars if i could. read more

I couldn't be more disappointed with some of the staff and service at this Jamba Juice store. On multiple consecutive occasions over the last few weeks, I have had watery, incomplete, and sometimes just plain incorrect drinks made. Each of those times, after asking for a remake, I received unnecessary skepticism and attitude when it came to remaking my orders. Example: on Sunday afternoon, I ordered a greens and ginger with a couple of boosts and add-ins. When I was called to get my drink, I was given a white gummy.... I told the team member that I ordered a greens and ginger, to which she replied "this is a green ginger". I looked at the drink, then back at her and said "it's not green though." She asked me if I wanted her to remake, then just added kale to the already made white gummy then gave it back to me! - super disappointing to say the least! Not to mention, on multiple occasions, like today, I show up at this particular location a few minuteS after it's supposed opening time (7:30) only to find the shop completely empty and locked up. No other Jamba juice in my area is open as early! Now, this doesn't go as far as to say that I suggest throwing the whole store away, not by any means lol. Actually, many of this stores employees are pleasant and operate with integrity. However the attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service by some of your other staff is truly lacking. I love Jamba as a corporate brand and love most, if not all of its products. However, if I continue to receive not so great service from this particular store, I will take my business elsewhere. read more

They didn't have anything, they ran out of pretty much everything. Slow service, had to wait 30 minutes for one smoothie

Soooo, we love Jamba Juice at this house so much we ordered delivery several times in the last year. I made the mistake the other day to try a cooked item for breakfast while my kids stayed safe and stuck to their favorite smoothie. Well, the picture is the spinach and cheese breakfast wrap... No hard feelings, I'll just stick to smoothies from now on. read more

Very expensive for what they offer and a bad service took too long, they do not offer what they show anything like it and very small sizes.

This was a horrible visit. All caused by the cashier not paying attention to my name. I told the cashier my name and spelled it slowly as I know, for some reason, my name is "unique". Z..A...I...R...E. How the cashier looked at a black man and somehow said his name is Caiee without question is beyond me. However since Caiee is not my name another gentleman walked our with one of the drinks another sat melting as I waited patiently for my name. Word of advise...make sure they have your correct name. read more

I placed a mobile order on march 22 only to get to the store for them to tell me they don't have the supplies to make my drink and don't have anything to substitute it with. I was then told I should initiate a refund through the app, but then wasn't directed on how to do such thing. My name and number was taken and said that they will manually do it and I will get it in 5 to 7 days and they will call me. It is now April 6. I have been to the store more than one time no one has ever returned my calls. I have not been issued a refund every time I come to the store it's always someone else that has to issue the refund. I've called to speak to store manager the district manager and corporate. No one has ever returned any of my calls and I'm still without my money and smoothies and it's April 6. read more

Exact change or debit is what the store requires most of the time. Also runs out of a lot of fruit so you can really order much of the menu.

THE WORST JAMBA JUICE ON THE PLANET!!!! they're so unprofessional and I keep trying to give them chances because this location is so convenient for me but it's literally something new every day. Today I called ahead and was left on hold for my whole drive up there. I stayed on the phone as I waited in their very short line and watched as all of the associates just went about their business ignoring the call they had on hold. Once I reached the counter I showed the associate my phone and told her she's had me on hold over 10 minutes and all she said was "oh my bad". I'm literally over this location. Ladera Heights is a little far but by far the best location in this area. Id take the drive any day for better service. read more
