Workers did not change there gloves after coming out of the kitchen nor after taking cashier orders. Dropped by for a little breakfast and a smoothie. Great: Doble Verde smoothie - this was excellent. Well balanced and not too sweet! Ok: Mocha frappe - this was a standard fare frozen coffee. Really sweet, which some might like. Not so good: Breakfast burrito - I had somewhat higher expectations from a Mexican restaurant but this breakfast burrito was a little sad. The potatoes were really soft and not crispy at all, and the meat is cut up breakfast sausage patties(it doesn't say on the menu). The whole thing was swimming in a pool of grease. This item in particular seems like an afterthought. Would not recommend. The staff is really friendly and the inside is super comfortable and actually really invitingly decorated with fruit. If you come here I'd stick with getting juice, fruit, or a smoothie, not the food. read more

The açaí I ordered, which was a matcha bowl wasn't ready when I got there they gave me another order had to return it and then they told me they didn't have the matcha açaí in stock at the moment even though it's on the website so I settled for the regular açaí bowl. They made it and it was amazing! And good price to, very loaded with toppings. Made me want to try other açaí bowls. Only complain I have is they need to update their food menu when ordering online. Horrible customer service. Let me tell you. I come here EVERYDAY and I decided to bring my special needs people with me. they allowed my person with cerebral palsy to wait over 45 minutes AFTER taking a minority of our orders served other people in line and then proceeded to have an attitude when the issue was addressed. They did end up giving a free agave drink but the energy was basically get the fuck out my store. I understand lunch rush and I've never left a review anywhere before. But to leave customers standing for 40 minutes in line without explaining anything has my blood boiling. We got here at 10:00am and now leaving at 10:58. All we ordered was 5 agave drinks and a burrito. They should have taken ALL of our orders then proceeded to service other people. Sad because I was hoping my students would feel the family atmosphere but they ended up angry. And needed up going to the restaurant across the street to use the restroom because theirs is out of order. read more

Every time I place a phone order there is always an issue, my order was given away, incorrect order,or they say that I didn't call (after verifying their phone number with them and showing my phone to the cashier plus the length of the call). I told them that I gave my order to a young man. The young man lied and said there was no call. They went on to make the order. What is the use of placing a phone order if I have to continue to go through this unorganized mess. This location is closer to me, maybe their other location is more organized.
