After leaving Chili's for a birthday dinner my friend and I decided to have ice cream for dessert. There was a few people in line which gave me time to decide what kind of ice cream I wanted. I was honestly there for the Dubai ice cream. But was told they longer had the ice cream but had it in a ice cream bar. I chose to go with a different ice cream pecan praline I got a single scoop. There was a table available and we sat and ate our ice cream cones there. read more

Sit down for a minute while i tell you the horrible story about my terrifyingly invasive and extremely rude experience at this Baskin Robins. So i, a normal highschooler, after a few long weeks at school, i'm you know, tired and.. I just want some good old ice cream from Baskin Robins to take the edge off. So I go to this Baskin Robins for 2 days straight after school, and i get some normal ice cream both times, i pay, i eat, i leave. No problems, very simple. Now I go there again on the third day.. and oh the horror... the agonizing experience I had.. left be traumatized. I walk in this store after taking a 15 minute walk from school, and ya know.. a guy had to use the bathroom. So as soon as i enter the store, the lady, the SAME lady mind you who has been her for the past 2 days i've come. In behind the counter and as i walk in she yells for me to give her a minute. So I walk up to the bathroom door and turn to her and ask if this is the bathroom. She rushes over with a key and realizes that it's unlocked, practically confirming that it is indeed the bathroom. So i enter the bathroom.. i do my duties. and as im in the midst of relieving myself.. I hear very loud and aggressive knocks on the door, so i yell out that im in here. a minute maybe goes by and the same knocks happen, again very loud and aggressive so i once again reiterate that i'm in here, BUT THEN IT HAPPENS... THE SCENE THAT LEFT ME TRAUMATIZED OCCURS.... Someone.. OPENS THE DOOR!!! To the bathroom that i'm in.. I JUMP off of the toilet.. DOOKIE dripping down my legs! and SLAM the door shut... i then return to my throne upon this smelly castle. and then.. a few minutes go by and AGAIN THE SAME THING HAPPENS. Aggressive knocks and the someone OPEN THE DOOR AGAIN. And once again i have to jump up and SLAM the door closed. But this time... I hear someone yell.. "I'm gonna call security!!" And I'm appalled so i finish up in the restroom and go outside. At this point i'm severely offended and violated. So I look around for about a minute straight and call out "Hello?" because there's not a soul to be seen. Then the SAME worker lady who's served me for the last 2 days, and who showed me the bathroom!!!!!!! Comes around the corner and looks at me and goes... "Oh I thought you were a homeless." This woman thought I was homeless so she opened the door on me TWICE after already having LET ME INNN. SHE KNEW I WAS IN THERE. She didn't even apologize fire her immediately. read more

I ordered Mom's Making Cookies and my single scoop taste like straight Mint & Chip ice cream. I believe the scooper wasn't properly cleaned. Service was good but that needs to be addressed to avoid future instances like this. read more

After the gym and Costco what better way to spoil..I mean reward your workout than with Baskin Robbins! This Century Blvd. location is tucked into a shopping center between Starbucks and wingstop. It's been a while so I had to scan the menu and I decided on the Warm Brownie Sundae with cookies and cream & Moms making cookies ice cream. I topped it with hot fudge and m&ms. The staff were very nice and quick about getting me my order. Due to the rain the foot traffic was minimal but I'm sure due to the location this spot is booming on a sunny day. So again on a wet rainy LA day why not treat yourself with good Ice Cream! read more

This is a clean and friendly store. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. There are pre packaged ice cream and ice cream cakes ready for purchase. I came for a mike shake on this humid afternoon. The store was not crowded during lunchtime. The lady who made my shake was friendly. Thank you for your kind service and pride in your store. read more

6.26.21 This store is in the old 1960's cube shaped Jack In The Box, then for many years it was 'LUCY'S' , a beloved burger / pastrami joint that was -so- beloved locally it was featured in movies and so on . It's snug but not a problem unless you're over 400 pounds and rude . _ALWAYS_ sparkling clean ~ B.R. (a division of Dunkin' Brands) has a corporate cleaning edict and they follow it closely so no worries . Generally friendly and helpful wait staff . It gets busy in hot weather so don't get pissy if it takes a moment to get serviced . A small inside window bench seating area plus out door patio in the sun . One block East of Western Avenue and Imperial Highway on the North West corner . "Gennifer" gave me good service . I've never used the bathrooms here, don't know if they have any . -Nate read more

This baskin robbins shines for customer service and for having all their ice cream flavors in stock and tasty as usual. I like to use coupons when I visit and they gladly accept them. They are also cool with samples which I like. Me and my fiancé are always sampling different flavors trying to find a new favorite flavor. I haven't ordered a custom cake but their ice cream cakes sure are tasty. I wish I could visit every day read more

Went for my sons free birthday scoop. He said he likes Baskin Robbins cotton candy better than cold stone which is our go to place (it's closer to our home). Since it was Mother's Day weekend I decided to get an ice cream cake for Mother's Day! The cake and ice cream were both good but there was way too much whipped topping. read more

Love Baskin-Robbins. This location has the vegan chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream flavor which is not just delicious but in fact my favorite CCCD ice cream creator. No one does it better and trust me, I've checked. This location is currently only allowing 6 people inside due to Covid-19. However, they are trying to be efficient by having an employee come outside to you to take your order and prepare it if you know what you'd like. read more

Store was closed before store hours. It is currently 9:07 but yet the store is already closed. I tapped on the window and pointed at the sign, the worker proceeded to mop and shrug her shoulders. This was a big inconvenience for me hopefully cold stone is open. Also if the hours are different due to Covid it needs to be updated online as well as at the actual store. read more

Another one of my favorite Baskin Robbins locations. Aileen was such an awesome cashier. I have always admired people who work in an eatery that includes many choices but they have the patience to allow a customer to make up their mind. I knew I wanted something that resembled a lemon pie but I just couldn't put the flavors together. Aileen suggested having my lemon curd flavor with some pound cake. That sounded so good. I love the flavors at Baskin Robbins and the different ideas they have came up with to help you enjoy your ice cream even more. I'm yet to taste Aileen creativity because I'm saving it for dessert but I can't wait to enjoy it. Parking for this location is a breeze seeing that it's shared with other stores. read more

There was a slight mix-up with the order and the owner was more than willing to help me out. It was very sweet considering that if I had been more specific on the phone, there wouldn't have been a problem, lol. Instead he was genuinely accommodating and said, "My objective is to make my customers happy" and then asked what I would like. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back to this location! read more

just thought I'd give a review , I work as an Amazon driver , and as most people know delivery drivers don't have access to a bathroom we need to stop at public places to use any bathroom around when we have a break , I stop by this location , and Claudia was NICE enough to let me use it , she said it was for customers only , but has a sign there that the bathroom isn't working , I literally told her please I have no where else to use the bathroom , I'm not a homeless person , I'm obviously working and just need a place to use the restroom, so she didn't even answer she just walked away , I stood there and asked her again if she's really not going to let me use the bathroom and she said no because I'm not a customer , most places let delivery drivers use the bathroom even if you're not a customer , But thanks Claudia , for being a little bitch read more

This is my go-to Baskin Robbins! Yes, the parking lot is always packed but I choose this location over all others. The staff here is just so friendly and keep this place clean. No matter how busy it gets, they always deliver great customer service. I've visited this location over the past 3 years for ice cream cakes or just a plain scoop, and they've never disappointed me. read more

Great service here was welcomed upon entering the place. Well I wasn't sure what I wanted but I was craving a frozen delight. So the woman at the counter (Asian) gave me suggestions on what to get so I ordered a ice cream sandwich. Cheap and really good. I loved the service and place was clean. Will come back if ever in the area. read more

The photo attached to this review is only one in hundreds of scoops of ice cream I've ever had from this Baskin Robbins. My boyfriend and I love to come to Baskin Robbins unlike their competitors. Since I was a little girl my parents have been treating me with ice cream from Baskin Robbins and the love remains. No matter who I come in with, I am always greeted nicely and with a smile. Their staff is so courteous and affable, their focus is always on the customer. I have NEVER had a bad experience here so for that I will continue to come to my local spot. Baskin-Robbins - This one is called the Wild 'n Reckless Sherbet :D...yes it looks small but only because I'm a tiny adult and I got a kid size - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Inglewood, California

If I could leave no stars I would! Horrible customer service! Rudolpho was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked for a bigger scoop like I could pay for it but the attitude was unnecessary! I would not recommend going there go to a different one there's tons of them nearby read more

Horrible service from this big guy, his attitude was not called for. Screaming at his coworkers in front of costumers.

The customer service was bad Some employee with a rat tail was being rude because of a simple flavor change. Would not recommend going there

Danny was extremely helpful this is a perfect example of great customer service. Kudos to Danny keep up the good work.

Why are Baskin Robbins stores so small? Too many people and it feels impossible to move without bumping someone.

Wow! Terrible,Terrible Service!! My two brothers went with the kids (4) to get ice cream. My brothers are really nice and good with people. They told me how the employees were just rushing them to pay already when they were ordering 6 ice creams. One of the employees even got mad because my daughter wanted a cone instead of a cup. They looked like they didn't even want to work. How in the world can you work somewhere and not give good customer service. read more

Friendly older man served me today and was very pleasant, funny and full of laughs! He shined in my day!

Kinda sad they don't have soft sere ice cream anymore. That was my fav thing to get. Cookies and cream is still great though....

Ordered a cake last minute for my daughters birthday and I was extremely pleased at how easily ordering it was. I called one day in advance and was able to order it with no problem. I asked if the colors of the cake could be changed to purple as the picture online comes in blue and white, and they had no problem catering to my needs. The cake was ready at the time I had let them know I'd be coming in, and the lady at the register gave me instructions for keeping the cake properly refrigerated and even offered to hold it there at the store for me until I was ready to pick it up. (Our event was later in the evening and I didn't have much space in my freezer). The cake didn't disappoint, it was really cute and it tasted delicious. It was a little on the pricier end, but it was exactly what I was looking for so it was worth it. I will be back in he near future, and not just for cake! read more

Yummy! Who doesn't love ice cream! Gold medal ribbon!

We love to come. To this store . Staff is always nice. And very friendly. This is the BEST. Basquin robin , in LA

I brought my son and my nephew for an ice cream treat after work. I was fascinated by level of friendliness delivered from Josesito and the other young man who was working there at the moment. When we arrived they both greeted us and they BOTH helped us out. When I usually go to a Baskin Robbins only one associates helps while the other waits for another customer. This wasn't the case and I appreciated it. I saw how they helped other customers with the same friendliness and patience. The ice cream was delicious. My boys loved it. Great experience overall. read more

I personally come every once to twice a month . I love Ice cream and better at Baskin-Robbins . There are two lady's that I know but not so well but it's because I visit a lot .
