I love Pinkberry and there are hardly any left near me so I always stop by when I'm in the area. My favorite flavor is the original. Getting Original with mangos on top is perfection! The pomegranate is also delicious I tried the pink lemonade today and that was sooo good too. Although advertised as "tart" it's actually not as tart as the passion from mango jasmine flavor. The peach sorbet is too sweet for me but my kids like it. Every time I get Pinkberry I'm worried it'll be my last....but so far the few stores left are staying open - fingers crossed! They didn't have strawberry shortcake when we visited, but their new white mocha flavor was pretty good. The shop only has 2-3 tables, so seating is limited. The tables were really dirty, I wiped ours down myself with the alcohol wipes that I carry. I didn't want to bother the busy workers. Service was okay. I was 5 minutes away but decided to call so I can just pickup my order, website did not let me put my order in, decided to head over, I arrived at 9:51 and doors were closed, and the person that made eye contact with me said "sorry we're closed" I literally only wanted a small cup of the chocolate and mochi, they said no and made sure their door was closed, like if I was going to reach for it, they shouldn't have 10pm closing time, if they're closing 15-20 minutes before, and not picking up the phone. Yummmmmm. I used to love the main pink berry tart flavor but then I became a vegan so I can no longer have it! I'm hoping they come out with a vegan version bc my middle school days were filled w Pinkberry. Recently visited this location since the one at the Fox Hills Mall or (what others may know it by..) the Westfield Culver City Mall gave me a bad experience. But this El Segundo location hasn't disappoint at all! The employees have been nothing but nice. Very fast with my order. The frozen yogurt is good too, I mean it's just frozen yogurt... how can you mess that up. But on a real note, their Original flavor is better than Yogurtland's . The vibe, was cool. The service here was bad. Carlos told me they close in 30 mins at 7:10 but I asked the other young guy that works here what time they close and told me they close at 10. I honestly don't know what Carlos problem was. I was just waiting for my friend to come out the bathroom when he mumbled under his breath "we close in 30 mins". Carlos attitude towards my friend and I was nasty. His attitude with the clients before us was perfectly fine. There's no reason he should said that comment if they really close at 10. I've never felt so discriminated and unwanted at a place of business where I'm spending money. read more

After literally living under a rock, I found out this Pinkberry location was this close to where I live, although where I live is walking distance to almost everything and it's such a downer that other than Cold Stone (and my beloved Thrifty ice cream at Rite Aid) that there isn't a yogurt place there. It's ok, because this Pinkberry isn't far at all, just have to drive to it, unless you like walking through Sepulveda. (uuuuuum, no). Not much more to say than almost everyone else has, it's good yogurt, I love the tart and love the location, just be on the look out for it; it's hidden between BCBG MaxAzria & Anthropologie, otherwise you'll miss it. read more

One of my flavors was not available and I was a bit bummed but the flavors I did get, I absolutely loved! I think they're healthier than the other yogurt places but less selection and choices. Only reason I give it 4 stars is lack of many flavors and also Pandemic is over yet they don't offer samples to taste. Small mini cups have nothing to do with sharing and they control it from behind. There is no reason for them not to individually not offer samples???? I feel like businesses are using the Pandemic as an excuse to drive up prices especially for necessities like food and gas....... I was sad when their other location in the Plaza closed because they had seating and a fountain. I was not aware that they had moved to this new location until I randomly passed by it on my way to another business. It is a lot smaller and seemingly less busy but just as good! Their fruit toppings are never old, stale, or soggy. Always very fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I always get strawberry and kiwi, which I think is the best combo. I do wish they had more dairy-free options. Their website lists many dairy-free options but most stores only have the Just Mango, which is disappointing and a bit misleading. Other than fruit, I also love their popping boba and doughy mochi as toppings. Highly recommend. Will for sure come back again during the summer, especially! I will sample some of your other flavors for a bonus but I always get original and pomegranate. Side by side. With pecans, Mochi, strawberries, coconut, and pomegranate drizzle. The drizzle is not out where you can see it so you have to know to ask for it. So good. Some reviews bag on the staff. Hats not fair. It's a yogurt shop, please temper your outrageous customer service expectations. They are friendly enough, make your yogurt and do so in a speedy fashion. What more do you want? Yogurt comes with or without toppings so if you get it "with" you are paying for them, load em' up! The store is small but by pinkberry standards is actually very large!!! 5 tables and 10 or so chairs inside. A few tables and chairs outside and a nice outdoor seating area by a fountain at the mall it's perfect! I'm not sure (don't care really) but I have heard that this is the sister store to the flagship store in Korea Town. As such I have seen them try flavors and concepts here that roll out to all the locations eventually (or don't sometimes) so you may be in for a treat when you come in. With the fountain outside, and ample parking, this is one of the best Pinkberry locations I've seen.[1] This Pinkberry serves their over-hyped, usual frozen yogurt, with their usual toppings, to the usual crowd - it was lightly crowded for a weekday afternoon, with little ones enjoying their spoils, playing in the outdoor playground. A friend paid for my small cup of Original flavored yogurt, plus a cereal topping. Nothing amazing, but it did the trick. Unusually, there are no obvious "NO PHOTOS" notices posted, like at other Pinkberry locations; I'm assuming it's okay to take pictures here? [1] I found this Pinkberry hard to find, only because (#1) I didn't get much sleep and (#2) I should have consulted a shopping center map first. PInkberry is Pinkberry. As usual, I only order the tart flavor and add different toppings such as mango or chocolate clusters depending on my mood. My co-workers liked the tangerine and hazelnut flavors. The yogurt is creamy and tarty, just the way I like it. I really would like to venture to different flavors since they have so many, maybe in time. They do only have a few toppings but it is quality. F It is close to a number of retail stores (BCBG, H&M, Anthropologie, etc..) so you can walk around while enjoying your cold treat. What makes this location stand out is their customer service. I have frequented this location and their service is always amazing. I love it how they always offer free samples (new flavors) while you are making a decision on what flavor you are going to order, and of course, what size. They come around the counter which makes them seem more open and accommodating. This quality service is received from walking into the store to paying.
