Came here on a weekday around 1PM with a friend in search of a space to work remotely. This is a decently sized cafe, but a good majority of seats were taken. There is a coworking spot in the back, however, there is a fee to use that area. We thankfully found a small spot at one of the tables to squeeze into. I ordered an iced ube matcha latte and it was out within a couple of minutes. As a big matcha fan, I felt like the ube was the more prominent flavor and sadly didn't taste much of the matcha. I'd probably give it a 3/5. As far as a remote work space, I had trouble connecting to the wifi via my work laptop. Others around me were able to connect, so I'm unsure if it was my specific laptop's requirements or spotty wifi. Unfortunately, I had to take some video calls, so we left shortly after getting our drinks to head to another spot with wifi. All in all, I think it's worth giving it a shot if you happen to be local or want to grab a drink and don't need strong wifi. I was a bit disappointed in the space as a place to get work done, but would be open to dropping by again if I happened to be in the area. read more

Got recommended this place from some friends, & I finally got around to going in & was also told to try the ube latte specifically & I have to say it was pretty good! I've also since tried their cereal latte which was also good! All in all, a real decent coffee shop I plan to revisit! I've been eyeing this coffee shop for a while as I work around the area , finally had the opportunity stop by . It's right smack on Narbonne you can spot it by the big coffee art on top of the door . Parking is a bit tricky here there's a lot adjacent to the building , however it seems like a shared parking lot that was packed and as well only had one way of getting in and out so maneuvering out of it was doable but a bit of a nuisance. Food and tea quality was amazing , got a chamomile iced tea with a bit of honey , amazing . I also got a type of porridge style soup with chicken and other ingredients , I thought was so delicious it had hints of ginger in it to me , so flavorful , if I was sick I would run here for this soup lol . As well for their Greek yogurt with toppings ... Greek yogurt tasted different from my usual Greek yogurt not bad but had me wondering if it was actual Greek yogurt LOL Service was just okay which made me kind of bummed because this is such a spot on coffee shop food quality , aesthetically pleasing , plenty of space to study at . The baristas just seemed very stand offish to me and to me just awkward when there's not much of a greeting yet they texting away talking to their coworker which is the only reason why 1 star was knocked off . Just go with the Corridor Flow! I visited this shop on a Friday afternoon to do some work and get my thoughts flowing. I had really high expectations for this spot because I had seen it on socials and also was referred by a coworker. They highly market this place on socials as a work spot, and the shop even has a separate co-working space (payment required to access). The shop was a bit tighter than I expected. This is a really popular work spot, so I definitely recommend coming close to opening if you're trying to snag a spot. I ordered my usual matcha latte, which was pretty standard in taste and price. Service was pretty standard as well; nothing to report there. One of the cons about my visit was the wifi was not working for anyone. For a place that prides itself in being a workplace and furnishes its shop to allow for work, I was pretty disappointed. However, because I liked the space itself, I just used my hotspot and did some work for a couple of hours. Another caveat for this shop is parking. They have a small, tight parking lot next to the building (across the alley), or there is time restricted street parking you can resort to as well. The WiFi situation somewhat dampened my experience, but maybe I'll give Corridor Flow another go. read more

Inside is clean and cutely decorated with AC keeping the whole place cool - bring a jacket if you run cold! There's plenty of seating (eclectic mix of long tables, individual desks, couches, etc) and power outlets, as well as a corner for kids. The workers here are super friendly and kind. I ordered a dirty chai, which they finished making within a few minutes. It combined cinnamon-y goodness with a little caffeine kick to give me a boost. To top it off, it came with a latte art heart! I was able to escape the craziness at home with a 1 year old and get some work done. I've come here multiple times in the past to meet up with friends. Most people are working with conversations here and there, but overall pretty quiet. This is my happy place. read more

Oh wow, I can't wait to come back. I had the cold brew with a banana soft top, and it was delicious. Not too sweet, and the perfect amount of caffeine I needed. Great coffee shop with plenty of seating, perfect for studying and doing work! I tried their most popular drink, ube latte, and I really enjoyed it. It wasn't too sweet and it was a pretty good flavor of nuttiness, although it was a taro flavor more than an ube flavor. I also tried their G.O.A.T. lavender drink and wasn't a big fan of it since the lavender was too light in flavor. But I would definitely recommend trying their ube latte! I visited this cafe on a summer afternoon weekend. The interior was very aesthetic, adorned with plants near the entrance and the sound of indie pop gently playing in the background. The staff was attentive, and was polite to give me time and explain the menu choices. The Ube latte is one of the best I've tasted. Each sip offered me a mellow taste of Ube with a nutty bitter aftertaste that hits the back of the tongue. We live close by and love that this coffee shop with a cool vibe is within walking distance. Sadly though, this is not what it used to be when the owner was more involved. The service and quality of drinks has greatly declined. On our most recent visit, we were greeted with a stare. I was the one who had to smile and say "Hi! How are you today?" So weird... Not sure if it's this younger generation of baristas that they are hiring, but they are really lacking in customer service skills and not the friendliest. :( My usual order at any coffee shop is a vanilla latte with either oat or almond milk. You would think this could not be messed up, but mine was one of the worst drinks I have ever had. Tasted like luke warm watered down milk without a coffee or vanilla flavor. Great spot to have a really good cup of coffee! I'm visiting Lomita for a few days and I'm so glad I found this place. They also have an amazing selection of specialty drinks including their Matcha Latte and don't even get me started with Ube Latte. Soooo good! Their space is really clean, open and they have plenty of seating/tables. The part I love best about this spot is their area where you can reserve work space. There are large table for groups, a room if you want some privacy to take calls and other table areas to choose from. They also give you credit for food and beverage if you reserve and pay for these areas. What a deal!! I guess I'd been here before but when I drove up something looked familiar. Anyways, wanted a change of pace from my other coffee shop so found this and decided to come again. The space is amazing, the aesthetics are great. Lots of seating, green plants, stuff for sale etc. They even have a section you can "rent" out for meetings etc. Anyways, coffee was amazing. Their ube latte is obviously my go to and it's perfect, not sweet just the right amount of taste. The staff has always been helpful and pleasant to speak to. Third time here and the customer service is still THE WORST. Baristas will not acknowledge you while side eyeing you as if wanting you to leave. The cap tasted bitter, (presumably) over extracted. My sister got an ube latte and she said it was good. Brother in law got an everything bagel and said it was from costco. They gave him a tiny amount of cream cheese and nothing to spread it with. I love places with specialty coffee drinks, and I knew we had to check this one out once I saw ube on the menu! I was hoping to try out the ube matcha but it was a seasonal one so it was crossed out on the menu when I arrived. I opted for the regular iced ube latte with macadamia milk. It didn't come out as purple as I expected but the taste was 100% there! The ube flavor was very present and one of the better ube lattes I've had...and I've had plenty! My husband's espresso tonic with calamansi was a beautiful looking drink, but espresso tonics just aren't for me! The calamansi flavor was all there though so if you're a fan of orange espresso tonics then you'd definitely like it. The coffee shop itself is super cute! Lots of seating inside and there were plenty of people hanging out there on an early Friday morning. They had merch for sale and a lot of things would make great gifts! Very cute and cozy space! Their golden tumeric latte was delicious and the ham/cheese croissant was decent. It was pretty busy when I went on a Friday afternoon. There's a lot of seating but the WiFi wasn't working for me unfortunately. They have a coworking space that you have to pay for, so I wonder if the better internet is for that space. Corridor Flow is the cutest coffee shop I've been to! Their layout is so aesthetically pleasing, with lots of chairs and couches. There were a lot of people getting work done on laptops & studying. I ordered a hot white mocha. It was pretty strong tasting. I think I would have liked it more if it was sweeter, but I like my coffees on the sweet side. My sister got an iced ube matcha latte. She enjoyed it and said the ube flavor wasn't too overpowering. I thought it was okay, but it might be because I'm not a big fan of ube. It seemed to have almost a potato flavor (which ube is) and was very similar to a taro flavor. I think the combination of ube and matcha was just interesting for me. Lydia was very helpful and sweet. Ya'll! Their chicken salad croissant sandwich is so good! I love their specialty matcha lattes. I've tried both their strawberry iced matches and blueberry matchas. It's a sweet treat every time we come here. Actually I misspoke in my previous review. They sell silvanas not sans rival. They do offer bowls of chicken arroz caldo which is a great pick-me-up especially on a Saturday morning before you start the day. I love how many Ube flavored options there are here. The pastry selection is always amazing. I of course had to get the almond croissant again. This is my favorite coffee shop in the south bay overall. My vanilla lattes are always on point iced or hot. I grabbed an ube latte here and i think their avacado toast with some sun dried tomatoes. Those were super yummy. The vibes are very cozy and and want to de stress and read a book. This spot is the place. Its been 4 years since I wrote my last review on corridor flow?! I swear I thought I wrote a review last year?? Wow. Time flew. They have been in the area for almost 5 years and since month 3 or 4 of them being open, they have been my number 1 go-to coffee shop in the South Bay. It's been incredible watching this coffee shop grow. The popularity that this shop has been receiving makes this place very packed each and every time I go. In addition to serving amazing coffee, every now and then they host events like movie night (I remember the flat bread was amazing and the smog city mango mango beer watching the sandlot - good times), purple night fest, ceramic workshops, and recently they had local hip-hop legend kid abstrakt give a concert. The drinks I recommend are: - Dirty Chai latte - only one other coffee shop has been able to make the perfect dirty chai latte and that coffee shop closed. But this latte has the level of spiciness that isn't overpowering. - Ube latte - while the drink is not purple, the taste of the ube is what matters and they make it perfectly. - Spanish latte - similar to Peet's coffee to those who love a latte with sweetened condensed milk - cereal latte - this is more on the sweeter side but I reminds me of the milk after a bowl of honey nut cherrio's - affogato (offered during the month of June) - also on the sweeter side but they team up with kansha creamery (local favorite ice cream place) to make their signature ube corn cookie ice cream - it incredible. I regret not getting enough pints to last me until winter. next time. But the quality of the drinks has never failed me. And the service: my goodness I want to give a shout out to the people in the photo taken November 23rd 2023 on their instagram page. All 5 of them make the best coffee and have always provided (and they still do) the best service in the South Bay. I usually arrive every other weekday with my mom on our way to run the weekly errands and the baristas are ever so patient with us (we are usually seen subtly arguing in Spanish. I'm sorry but we love each other though :) And to address the people in the comments mentioning any bad service. Note: they have been growing in popularity to the point where they are often busy. The only 2 times I have gotten ok service from a couple of the new people that started working there. One of them forgot to secure a lid when handing me my drink and then when I lifted the cup up to drink the ice latte, the lid came off and, latte splashed out of my cup causing us to promptly run to get napkins to clean it up (or try to). We told another barista about it, as we didn't want to get that person in trouble - again it was very packed that day. That barista was very busy and I still had 3/4's of my iced latte so no harm done. Also, that barista makes great coffee as well, so I won't name names. However I wanted to let that person to know to just be careful or have the customers put the lid on themselves. I too should have double checked, so I'll be sure to do that next time. But other than that, this place has always been there, through the good times and the pandemic where everything was terrible, it was the one place where you find a moment to be present. read more

Espresso here is inconsistent and has been for about 2 months now. Madagascar vanilla and their seasonal offering, Toffee Hollow redeems it a bit but I get the feeling that employees are unhappy here. Is it illegal to say hi in this place? Every time I come here they don't greet. They walk up to the counter and stare at you without saying anything. No welcome, no hello, no let me know when you're ready. The girl at the counter today didn't say anything at all, not a word. Just stared at us looking like she'd rather be anywhere else.
