I understand that not every class will go perfectly, especially with a 3-year-old who may not want to participate, but I was disappointed by several things that were within the facility and staff's control. The carpet was extremely dirty and heavily stained, which was especially concerning because the kids are walking around barefoot. I understand it's a kids' facility, but the cleanliness really stood out. Since it was our first time, we also didn't know what to expect. There wasn't much instruction or interaction from the instructors. The instructor demonstrated the different stations, but the parents were expected to do each station with their child, which we weren't aware of beforehand. My daughter wasn't interested in participating, and I was struggling to get her involved. I was really hoping an instructor would step in and try to engage or encourage her, but no one did. At one point, my dad was encouraging her to try the bar, and one of the instructors stood at the gate with her arms crossed and repeatedly shook her head "no" at him. That interaction was especially disappointing and made us feel very unwelcome. We ended up leaving halfway through the class. I understand my daughter not wanting to participate contributed to the experience, but I expected more encouragement and support from the instructors, especially for a 3-year-old's first class. Unfortunately, between the cleanliness and the staff interaction, I left feeling very disappointed.

Today I brought my daughter in for a trial class after calling ahead to ask about level placement…read more I was told over the phone that she would be evaluated during the class to determine whether she should be in Level 1 or Level 2. However, when we arrived, there didn't seem to be any actual evaluation. She was placed into a regular class, and the coach did not specifically assess her skills or provide any feedback. She mainly practiced very basic movements, and there was no attempt to check skills like roundoff, which was specifically mentioned during my call. After class, the coach did not communicate anything about her level. When I asked the front desk, I was simply told that if the coach didn't say anything, then she would be placed in Level 1. This was disappointing because it did not match what was explained beforehand. I was expecting at least a brief evaluation and clear feedback on her placement. Better communication and a more structured evaluation process would really improve the experience for new students.

My daughters 4 yo and 10 yo love going here. Unfortunately they both at the same time developed…read moreterrible rashes that were spreading like wildfire and the worsened quickly. I took the to the doctor and they had to get antibiotics for staph/ impetigo in order for the rashes to go away it was painful for both of my girls. They definitely need work on maintaining good hygiene

Leaving an updated review as my last hurrah with my son's last visit here as we are moving next…read moreweek! He's been coming to this my gym since he was only 8 months old! So he practically grew up here so you could say! Fast forward to today, he's now 5 years old and some change months wise and he's grown so much since then! His confidence is definitely shown and this is essentially his outlet to burn off ALL the energy he has from just being a kid. The instructors are just amazing and so patient with all the kids, it's great to see how much they care for them! The facility is always clean and organized (for what it can be with kids haha) Another great thing with my gym is allowing the parent's night out once a month! Once he was potty trained, oh we let him go! And he has never looked back!! Great 3 hours of time for us parents to get a little break from the kids and without breaking the bank as well!! I just really want to show some love with the instructors on how much they mean to us on providing a safe place for Patrick to be him! Thank you Courtney and team for all you do!! My…read morebaby and I first started going to MyGym because she would get overwhelmed with crowds and it was so stressful having to calm her down during regular family functions. Since coming to MyGym, we have seen a major improvement with her interactions with other people. She was not super mobile at home, but the skills that the teachers work on in their classes really challenge her and teach me new things to work on at home, which has really helped with her motor skills. Ms. Courtney and Ms. Sami are some of the best teachers ever!! Ms. Sami and Ms. Lauren are ALWAYS making my baby smile and are some of her favorite teachers. I cannot recommend them enough! You can see that all the teachers really care about their students, and we have a fun time with all the staff. The environment at MyGym is always welcoming, clean, and exciting!!

The place is pretty small, but it has everything you would need for a little kid to learn gymnastics- trampolines, foam pit, balance beam, spring board, bars, etc. I love that it feels more homey and that the coaches really get to know my girls. Cindy who is the owner was so flexible with our schedule because we both work night shift and it was hard to make some of the classes, so she was very flexible for our schedule the girls teacher was Miss Erica and she was amazing. She is just phenomenal with the kids and seriously we loved everyone back in June. They would do a award ceremony and they would get a ribbon which was so cool and all the families come and see it. I asked Cindy if there is another one in Murietta area, but she said that this is the only one in inland Empire. if we lived closer we would take our kids still but its a 45 min drive from where we are so we had to stop. we love them so much!!! everyone was soo sweet to our girls!!

He started coming here when he was 2 years old and was not willing to challenge himself physically....wouldn't really jump, hop, skip, none of that. With the help of Miss Erika and Miss Karlee, he has developed so much physically and become confident in his ability to do things, so I'd say he developed mentally a lot from coming here as well. Miss Erika has been guiding him consistently from the very beginning and guiding him based on his individual strengths and weaknesses. The structure of the classes is also very engaging and fun, while also teaching the kids discipline. It's a great balance. Lots of kids come through the studio, but the experience feels so personal. Any time I have a question, Miss Cyndi at the front desk has an answer for me and has always been so accommodating. I highly recommend this place!
