One piece of advice we received from the AquaticZone team was to let Hazel swim without floaties at all times. We followed that recommendation consistently, and she made remarkable progress in a very short time. Practicing this way helped her develop strong water confidence and independence. Immediately after that first lesson somewhere else...I literally drove back to what I knew Aquatic Safety. Unfortunately the prior lesson at the other place brought fear and terrified my son of swimming. But AQUATIC SAFETY taught him to trust again. She was super happy and hyped up to work with the kiddos each day and it showed. This last year 2023, can't say the same thing at all. The instructor was ok she was more laid back and not as excited it seemed. Maybe younger and a bit more serious. Didn't get her name. My daughter still enjoyed swim nonetheless but the energy this year was definitely different! The company is nice enough and ran pretty well otherwise.

Don't expect professional level coaching they say about the coaching to 18yr old girls that are on swim teams but that doesn't make for good coaches automatically. I would not recommend it to anyone and I would go to Aqua tots before I ever join this team.
