They favor players and do not give play time to all players. Don't waste your money on warming up the bench.

A Life-Changing, Life-Saving Experience!…read more Choosing a swim school for a toddler is all about finding a balance between safety and fun, and Big Kahuna Swim Academy delivered far beyond our expectations. Before enrolling our two children (ages 2 and 3), I was extremely nervous about water safety. Now, after just a few months, my anxiety has been replaced with a deep sense of confidence. The curriculum here is truly survival-focused. It isn't just about splashing and kicking; it's about instilling the crucial, instinctive actions needed to be safe around water. The instructors (we had Ms Re and Ms Julia) were phenomenal. They are both uncredibly patient and have a calm, reassuring demeanor, which is essential when introducing young children to new skills. What makes this school perfect for toddlers is their positive reinforcement teaching methods. Every class uses gentle encouragement, ensuring the kids are engaged, happy, and look forward to their lessons. The one-on-one classes mean the instructors are highly attentive and can tailor their approach to each child's unique pace and personality. If you are looking for a program that prioritizes water competency over simply swimming strokes, this is the place. While the skills they teach are priceless, the peace of mind we have gained as parents is the greatest benefit. We confidently recommend Big Kahuna Swim Academy to any family with young children. Highly Recommend for Peace of Mind

Have prepaid & still needs 2 more lessons but not worth her time to go back & be told she's not on the schedule. I am very disappointed with them. I had heard nothing but good things about them. But I will not recommend them to anyone. They need to run this business better. Very expensive lesson for me!!

Communication with Christi was always professional, friendly, and constructive. Our swim instructor, Ryan, did an outstanding job. He was patient, encouraging, and helped Hazel build both her skills and her confidence in the water. Whenever Ryan wasn't available, Tiff stepped in and did a fantastic job as well, ensuring the same high standard of instruction. One piece of advice we received from the AquaticZone team was to let Hazel swim without floaties at all times. We followed that recommendation consistently, and she made remarkable progress in a very short time. Practicing this way helped her develop strong water confidence and independence. Our main goal was for our daughter to become a confident swimmer--not to make things easier for us at pool parties or family outings. We were committed to supporting her throughout the learning process, and the guidance we received from AquaticZone played a huge role in her success. We highly recommend AquaticZone to anyone looking for a professional, supportive, and effective swim school. Thank you to Christi, Ryan, Tif, and the entire team for helping Hazel become such a confident swimmer!

They never follow through with a phone call or text. Such a waste of dedicated instructor like Amanda in this place. Re: not sure how I am able to respond to the owner but here it goes. Thanks for acknowledging the review. I don't plan to pursue or give further opportunity to correct the experience I had. I had pointed this out several times to whoever I was texting to and got very unsatisfactory responses.

This was something that was new to her and unfamiliar. We don't have a pool at home and she hadn't been around water. We do know the importance of water safety and knew we wanted her to learn how to swim. Her swim teacher kept comforting her telling her she was safe, but also making sure she learned how to swim which is the ultimate goal. My daughter began to love to swim, suddenly no more crying. Instead she was counting her days to go to Mrs.Pams. At pool parties everyone was impressed with my 2 year old swimming! My sister in law which is now 17 went to Swim Champs when we was 4 years old! She learned perfect technique there which set her up for high school swim. She also goes to swim club and is always complimented with her perfect swim technique and she always lets everyone know how Swim Champs was the beginning of her swim career.

We got one class rescheduled due to a thunderstorm- Pam was very accommodating when I requested prior. Throughout all the classes she had Sofia as her teacher. She was fantastic with her! She really worked amazingly with my daughter. I was impressed after every single class because I could see improvement and development in her swim skills- floating, arm movements, kicking, and above all confidence. My daughter loves coming to swim classes. We're looking forward to another session this April. Big thanks to Sofia and Pam! So happy I brought my daughter to SwimChamps.
