Poor management. My…read moredaughter took both group and private piano classes for 3 years and we have since left Yamaha and my daughter is so much happier with her new piano school. Over the years, none of my concerns were addressed by management. This includes the placement of a candy box in reception that kids can purchase unhealthy snacks from before and after class. In this day and age, it serves no purpose except so this company can generate additional income and to promote obesity among children. I also asked that my daughter be provided the recital trophy which I had paid for and which she never received. We never saw the trophy. After Covid, classes became online which was not a good fit for my child. I asked for in person classes and she tried 2 different instructors who she barely understand as English was not their first language. As a parent, It was awful sitting through the classes, watching these teachers lack of any warmth, rapport, or sort of engagement with my child. And even worse, my child did what the asked of her and when she asked a question, the teacher flat out dismissed her. My child hated piano and music after working with these instructors for a month, and she had been playing for 3 years. I reached out to management twice and my concerns regarding these instructors were never addressed. I was told the director is out of the country. Grace the manger was useless. Melissa in the office was also not helpful. I am so incredibly disappointed in Yamaha. This market is too competitive to deal with Yamaha--save your money and go else where--Music is really meant to be joyous.

I appreciate their quarterly assessments to track progress and adjust accordingly. His reading, writing, and vocabulary have all shown significant improvement. The staff is not only friendly but also very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help. Just remember it doesn't happen over night:)

From the moment my husband first dropped off, I knew they were in good hands. The staff is incredibly loving, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They treat every child like their own, and that kind of care gave me peace of mind every single day I went to work. One of the things I appreciated most was the transparency, I could always check in and see how my son was doing. But honestly, I never worried because I knew they were safe, loved, and thriving. we notice our toddler evolving his personality. this was the first time our toddler was attending to "daycare" as he was raised and babysat by his parents so he was nurtured all his life at home and the transitioned went great. he has made beautiful memories, built lasting friendships, and were guided by caring teachers especially Mrs Blanca who helped shape them into kind, confident little people. we loved that His teacher Mrs Blanca was Spanish speaker so that made us happy as our toddler is bilingual. his teacher Mrs. Blanca is exceptional ! I will forever be grateful to learning experience for the role they played in our lives. Thank you for giving my son a strong, loving foundation and for making it a little easier for this mama's heart to be away from them during the day.

They break down the Fundamentals of Muay Thai step by step and gear attention to each student. Along with teaching Muay Thai coaches also introduce conditioning, strength training, flexability exercises to help students master Muay Thai techinques. The classes are structured so that students do not lose focus. The coaches are great at moving forward quickly so that childern are engaged. Coaches care and take time to get to know every student. Students are required to bring their gloves for every class. They currently offer an intro special that includes 5 Class for $58 and it includes a pair of gloves.
