This place is always a good time! My kids range from 6-13 and all of them have a blast. The play area is robust. The weekends draw big crowds, but I have never seen it unclean. The staff roams around and are very friendly-shout out to Jacob! No outside food is allowed, but they have a lot of snacks/ drinks you can purchase. Tables and chairs are spread throughout the areas, all within range of viewing the play area. 10/10 for Kids Empire!!

Blood of SOMEONE KID on my pants all because I was supervising my little sister on the playground.

So digusting is the only words to describe this place. I went to kid's empire with my little sister and both ended up in someone kids blood when playing and were totally unaware of it until my sister hand was covered in what she couldn't tell was ketchup or blood! Told a worker about it after having to wash it off our hands and clothes just to me told by a lazy that seemed high out of his mind "if u can tell me where exactly THEN I'll be able to" and didn't bother to come and check with us to where exactly so it never got cleaned the entire time the children were playing. A BIOHAZARD!!!! This needed to be taken seriously and I'm disgusted at the inattentiveness. Never will I be coming here again learn to hire staff that enjoy being around kids every staff there looks miserable

Camilla was great very helpful and friendly with the kids. I love the unlimited playtime and that we can leave to go eat and come back. We bought the play pass it was actually cheaper then paying for all the kids and we get 4 more visits for another time. Great value for your money.

Perfect indoor playground for my 3, 4, & 11 years old kids. Also, it's the good choice for kids' birthday party. Clean environment!!!

The experience is a guided creative tour with about 4 hands‑on DIY stations where kids (and adults!) can make your own markers and crayons, paint, and craft fun projects like a windmill -- and you get to take everything home! It's about $18.99 per ticket for both adults and kids over age 2 (children under 2 are free but don't get materials) and includes the guided activities. We got to make our own markers, our cute crayons, paint a windmill, and everyone walked away with pieces we really loved -- and the goodie bag was a fun bonus. Unfortunately, it was a bit tough with 4 little ones, because many of the activities actually needed adult help, so it wasn't as independent as we expected. Bathrooms and seating felt a little cramped when there were lots of kids around. Also the parking outside didn't feel very comfortable -- the lot looked a bit rough and I wasn't super at ease leaving the car for long. The whole adventure runs in timed slots (about 1.5-2 hours total) that start every hour, so you'll want to show up early to check in and sign waivers before your session begins. Overall: A fun and educational experience that gets kids hands‑on with art and creativity, and definitely special for a birthday celebration -- but be ready to help your littles through the activities, and know that the location/parking may not be the most pleasant part of the day. Still worth it for the smiles and crafts!

FINALLY REOPENED!! They been through a lot since their opening and it was worth it!…read more We went to their Vista location a few weeks ago and it was amazing (see my review for Vista) and the Rancho location was even better. The lines to get in last weekend was literally out the door. It felt like I was waiting to get into a club LOL Rancho is about 27,000 sq ft of kid focused activities. A lot of their set up was similar to Vista but there are things that I liked better at the Rancho one. First let's talk about pricing as that is super important. It's $30 for the full day and ins and out privileges are allowed. We went during their reopening weekend and admission and parties were 50% off. So I def had to book my little one's party. Their snack bar is so reasonable priced. I have been to other indoor playgrounds and snacks are so expensive where a can of soda was $5. Secondly, the play structures, interactive actives and jumpers are huge. The jumper was so big that it had a basketball court, climbing apparatus and mini obstacle course inside (much bigger than Vista). The multi level play structure had a basketball/soccer court inside, touch screen projection video game and many slides ( I count at least 4). The toddler area had a ball out and slide and had this spaceship where it would drop balls into the ball out. This is where all the kiddos were cause it was so fun. In the toddler area, there was a mini jumper so the toddlers could also enjoy a jumper and be safe from the bigger kiddos. Oh! There was a trampoline in the toddler area too! Overall I'm still really impressed with Play City and can't wait to go back. As the summer is coming and staying away from outside playground while not impacting play time...Play City is the answer. Ninja Factory is an indoor playground for older kiddos should be opening in 3-4 weeks. Same owners so you know it's going to be great!

If you're a parent, you already know that alone is a win. It was busy, but not the kind of busy where you're stressed the whole time. My son was still able to run straight to all the fun spots and actually try everything without waiting forever. That made such a difference. I did overhear a parent frustrated that they charge for infants (0-11 months). Parents can come in free to supervise, which is nice, but you do have to pay if you plan to jump. We went during a 50% off weekend, so two hours at half price felt like a total mom win. Also they allow outside food, which I honestly love. Someone had an entire box of Costco pizza, and I saw another parent with Uber Eats McDonald's. No overpriced snack-bar pressure, just bring your own food. I've been going back and forth about the membership... but $54.99 a month (with one buddy pass) and $89.99 for VIP just feels a little steep for our budget right now. Maybe if they run a special or adjust pricing. Overall though we had a really good time and we'll definitely be back.

I appreciate that they only charge per child (unlike other similar places) and there is SO much our daughter can do here. (Note: It's one free adult per child and only $3 for each additional adult.) They allow you to bring in outside food (to be eaten in a specific area) and there is plenty of seating for parents. I like that it's not too much busy here, usually under 8 kids, which is good. Im afraid of those playgrounds in the mall, way too crowded; not safe or fun at all. I like how clean /organized the staff keep this place, they always organize the toys that the kids are throwing around, and they are all very nice and kind to children, such as Citaly, super nice, which is another point I'd like to come back again and again. As they care about this place. Overall, I highly recommend this place for young kid, and easy for parking outside on the street. Punch card is definitely a good deal, don't miss it!

It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.
