Please have a representative call me back regarding unprofessional conduct and harassment and racist slurs observed and conveyed by Sky Zones Park Manager Yolanda Osuna along with hazard and safety issue that were brought up to Mangers attention in which she refused to address and correct and never fixed any of these issues presented to her. Manager Yolanda Osuna refused to give her supervisors contact information and told us to look it up ourselves she could care less about corporate since this Sky Zone is privately franchised. She then became hostile and verbally aggressive towards me and my family which lead to her making a racial slur towards our family regarding our ethnicity. After this unprofessional behavior my husband then proceeded to ask her another time for her name and direct supervisors contact information which resulted in her highly breathing a loud sigh and rolling her eyes and while walking away she aggressively dumped in the chair closest to my son causing it to almost flip over, rudely she continued to walk away with out her acknowledging an apology for that. She caused an unnecessary and unprofessional hostile environment in front of children and families. It's sad to know that this is What Sky Zone Cooperations hire as their manager/employees. My family are active sky zone member holds with active memberships and unfortunately have never seen a business that we give our hard earned money to treat us so foul and insensitive and inappropriate. We have bussiness and been customers with your company for years and sadly I think this will be the last year that we do so. I have photos of the hazards that can cause serious injuries that this manager Yolanda Osuna refuses to fix. And I won't even speak on how unhygienic and filthy the bathrooms are which was also brought up to her attention and was never addressed by her. My family goes to sky zone multiple times through the week your restrooms should not be filthy within 20 mins of opening your doors. Something isn't right here and multiple employees are lacking on their job duties/ responsibilities. Throughout the 7 hours that my family was presented at this Sky Zone location not one of our concerns were corrected or addressed yet we were mocked and laughed at by one of your mangers named Yolanda Osuna if that's even her correct name since she refused multiple times to give us any information. If needed I can email the photos to you regarding my health concerns of this Sky Zone location. I have also witnessed this manager Yolanda Osuna go against your rules and regulations allowing minors under 10 yrs of age be present for hours with no guardian supervision which was also brought to her aware how unsafe that can be and yet she turned blinding away from it and continued to stand by the snack shack and flirt with an off duty worker laughing loudly and making inappropriate comments while touching his forearms stating, "that his work outs are working he's gaining a lot of muscles now"., this same off duty personnel has been seen multiple times coming in and receiving free items without paying. Sky Zone is suppose to be a family driven safe zone where families can feel safe and welcomed and heard if any concerns of theirs are presented throughout their stay. But this manger has yet to fulfill any of those qualities. She mocks the paying costumers and tells them to go ahead and call the higher cooperation on her she tells us the customers, "They won't bother with your silly complaint and I'll still be working here doing my same daily routine." This kind of behavior from your manager needs to be addressed and confronted and fixed, this is unacceptable as a customer and we should never have to deal with such unacceptable/unproffessional behavior coming from mangers and employees hired by Sky Zone. I hope Sky Zone, it's self as a whole cooperation has better morals then that and would never condone and willing hire personnels of such foul unethical behaviors and allow them to continue with bad practices /bad habits and I hope they don't think it's right to treat their paying customers so poorly. I always thought Highly of Sky Zone but after dealing with mangers like Yolanda Osuna I would not recommend Sky Zone let alone this particular location in Coniva to any of my family friends or colleagues. Please fix this issue before you lose more paying customers. Thank you. I appreciate your time. read more

She was very attentive, helped with the cakes, getting the kids to the room when it came time to eat, setting up the cakes, and managing our time. Been here before but this time I Came here to celebrate my little boy's 10th b-day! His extra golden year since his bday is on 10/10 and he turned 10... Prices like everything have gone up! However, I will have to say manager Cynthia was awesome she guided me, helped with the best pricing for my party . They have many workers on the floor taking care of each area. I felt comfortable, hanging out with adults while all cousins had fun. They offer many other workouts other than play, seems like so much fun. It is about $26.-$30. Per kid plus 5.00 per socks. So first of all this place has bad hygiene broken bathrooms with ice in the toilets. They have no kids area like the Victoria gardens location which has tubes and slides. The worst part is they have an arcade center which distracts the kids and are not free. My kids only wanted to play video games and cried for hours because I wouldn't pay after spending $100 for a 90 min pass. They know exactly what there doing putting video games that cost money right in the center of the building which all cost more then any arcade I have ever seen. Ive been to this location twice and both times have been disappointing, will 100% not be back. The first time I came here was for their "glow" time, aside from the socks you'll have to purchase one of their glow in the dark shirts and that adds up quickly. It was hectic to say the least and definitely no where near as cool as it seemed, I found out that on Tuesdays and Thursday they offer little leapers which sounds like a great idea for people with smaller children. I booked the reservation online, showed up and purchased a pair of socks for myself. The lady working the counter was probably new and needed some assistance with the computer but she was super friendly and I understand what it's like to be new. No worries there, my son and I get ready and we walked up the stairs, my son has been excited for this moment for DAYS. We checked in around 10:30 and everything was great until about 45 minutes in.... One of the workers walked up to me and asked if my son was younger than 5, I answered yes and she said that groups of "bigger kids" were scheduled to come in and that the only area for smaller kids was the dodgeball court....at that point I was going to request a refund but it was $15 dollars and I was already wearing the socks. I just took it as a loss of time/gas/money and I left, I ended up taking my son to Chuck E. Cheese down the road. I can tolerate the annoying young workers, I can tolerate the cleanliness of the place, I can even tolerate the bathroom smelling like cigarettes but restricting us to the dodgeball court despite you advertising it as a 10am-12pm toddler time is not cool. Save your money and more importantly your time and go else where, this place is garbage. read more

It is our first time at any Sky Zone. I booked the party for my husband and he had a blast here. It's great they even had our own welcome sign and line to check in. Our host is Sara and she's great! She was friendly, attentive and checked in on us regularly to make sure our needs were met. Remember, those who host any parties are responsible for everything (from checking in, setting up the party room, cooking, cleaning the room, cleaning the restrooms, etc.) for the party so don't give them a hard time. It can be one host to a party of 100. They're doing the best in providing and assisting the party. The requests should be reasonable. Don't forget to tip them! Gratuity is not included in the price that you paid for the party. We received shirts and socks which is perfect so we can 'glow' in the dark upon check in. It's definitely safer with those glow in the dark shirts so other people can see you. We had our own room in the back which was great. We had 2 hours so we jumped around for nearly a hour before heading back to the room to eat and rest. There are several courses/areas to play in which is wonderful. Yes, adults are playing alongside kids that are half their size. It is impossible to separate. For adults/parents blaming the staff for not watching their kids, that's on the parents. The staff are not babysitters and other adults there are not your babysitters. You sign the wavier before anyone play in the area. You know the risk when bringing smaller children to a free for all area. Watch you own child/children! Actually tell them to stay out of the way/area where an adult is potentially falling down. I fell on a kid whom got to close to me as I fell from the gladiator challenge. I was already active in the challenge; if kids knew better they should have stayed out of the falling zone of the challenge. Kids needs to know when and when not to jump into an active area of adults playing. I try to be cautious when there's little kids around me but they themselves are inconsiderate of the people around them and what is happening immediately in front of them. Kids just head straight in without thinking. It is the parent's responsibility to ensure their own kid's safety. read more

The times I have posted reviews it is because service was either impeccable or the complete opposite, and I walked away shaking my head in disgust. Let's face it, some people only work to do a job & get paid for it. There are those few who love their job & it is evident. It shows in the way they treat their guests, clientele, customers, consumers- whichever you chose to call the people who pay for a service... with allll that being said... I came to Skyzone around mid-January for a simple afternoon jump with my son & grandson.! The young man behind the counter (Julian is his name) explained the premier pass and how it works. Meaning, what perks you receive as a member; how long you can or cannot stay, discounts you receive, whatever else there is that benefits the guests. Julian was very detailed. He explained everything to us with such patience & kindness (the line was almost out the door) that I was very impressed. The best part of the pass is that it pays for itself after your first visit, and if you have many kids (or grandkids) it is more than worth it! Now, whether Julian loves his job or not- God only knows. Julian did treat my family and I with the utmost respect. Of course, that is how it is suppose to be especially if paying for a service. What I was really surprised about though was it wasn't only Julian who was so helpful & respectful...it was the entire staff! Naturally, I came back a few days later & had a similar experience, with different employees. I didn't think about It or I would have asked for their names as well, to include in the review. After these experiences I thought about doing a review, however I did not. I want to say this is maybe my fifth or sixth time coming back to jump with my kids. This time I was sure to at least get a couple names. I thought "I definitely need to give a shout out to Julian who is working (again), Devlin (who was working the concession area) & Santiago who was kind enough to look for us after I inquired about something. Which, btw, he did not have to. I walked away from the conversation content with the answers I received. The point is that he continued to find out the answer to the question after the fact (impressive, most could care less once the guest walks away. At this point it is only fair to give this place & their customer service a five star rating. Good customer service is hard to find (no offense, especially with today's youth). Each time we have come whether it be the young man/woman sweeping, watching the trampoline, and/or serving the front or concession stand our experience has been more than enjoyable & we are definitely going to continue with the passes!!!! read more

Had my sons 10th birthday scheduled for a 1030 time slot. We arrived at 10 to be told they were canceling the party due do no electricity. They said my options were to wait, reschedule or refund. I had no choice but to wait to at least inform our guests. Some arrived and left and others decided to hang out to see if the power came back on. At 1130 it did. We went in only to stand around for another half an hour to be able to check in. We had 1 hour to let the kids jump AND eat pizza. No singing or attention paid to the birthday boy. I was charged full price. The next day I noticed we were charged $60 for gift bags that we never received so I sent a text asking for a manager to call me. When she called I explained how poorly it was handled she simply said "ok" I told her about the $60 and she stated she would refund "only the $60". No consideration for anything. I'll never book a party at this location again. They should have at least offered my guests something. Horrible customer service! read more

I have to write about an incident I witness today as I was discussed by it. A young man around the age of 15-16 was in the dodge ball court apparently he was hit by the ball. He informed his dad and his father aggressively approached the dodge ball worker. I could hear him yelling threatening to sock the young man as if he was the one who hit him. The worker asked him to step away and the father spit in his face. The worker called for back up and they escorted the man out the facility. You could see that the worker was upset and management did nothing about it. I felt so bad for the worker you could tell he was not a person who would cause any trouble. I heard the manager raise his voice at him and the poor guy just walked away upset. Skyzone has no respect for their employees. That was an assault and no cops were called. I believe the worker went home right after because I did not see any after that. I felt so bad for him. This place needs new management. They don't care about their employees at all. Not the first time I seen this. This place should have a zero star rating. This is the second time I witness something horrible here, pretty sad and both times I have posted. We drove down from Victorville with our 3 grand children. It was a toss up between Altitudes in San Dimas and Sky Park. They picked Sky Park based on the pictures on the website. The climbing wall and the slide were the selling point. They have been to many trampoline parks so I wanted them to pick. After paying $100 and go in those attractions are under construction! They stayed 40 min and were done! Also when one of the grand kids used the little zip line he hit his head on a hard surface when he landed. I complained on the way out about selecting the park based on photos. Apology from the guy at the desk but no offer of refunding any of my money. This was our first time at this location, and it will be our last. First and foremost, this place feels really unsafe. It's rundown, and the employees on the floor "supervising" didn't seem to be doing anything other than standing around looking miserable. The padding that surrounds the squares you jump on are held on with orange tie down straps, that were loose and a tripping hazard. There was material with velcro coming out of the corners of some of the trampolines, and it appeared that the trampolines were coming apart underneath the padding. This place does not look well maintained. Certain areas were closed, the trampolines were covered in trash and water bottles. The employees on the floor were not making sure that basic safety rules were followed either. My two older daughters were intentionally shoved by another child playing, my almost two year old was nearly mowed down by adults and older kids that didn't seem to care about the safety of others or the rules. The employees just stood there doing nothing. This place is an accident waiting to happen. Between poor maintenance and negligent employees, someone is going to get seriously hurt here if things don't change drastically. We paid close to $200 for two hours of jumping. This place is absolutely not worth it. On our way back down to our table, we inadvertently walked through vomit on the ramp down to the arcade area in the socks we paid $7 a pair for because it was not properly cleaned up. If you looked closely you could see an attempt at scraping it off the carpet, and while a caution cone was placed in the vicinity, it had been kicked away from the vomit and was overturned. Absolutely disgusting. $35 per person for a 2-hour window to jump, mandatory socks, mandatory shirts, and it was not a good experience for us. The random washing machine on a cart in full view of customers, was also a topic of conversation amongst the other adults in the arcade area. Seems like another poor choice during operating hours. read more

My kids and the adults all had a blast here! There are so many activities and the staff is very attentive to The customers. There's everything from just your regular foam pits to a rock climbing wall and a zip line! The food could be better but honestly who goes to a trampoline park for the food? Unless you're having a birthday party there which I'm sure that they offer special packages and you can probably bring in some of your own food anyways we had a blast so much that for my son's first communion this is his place where he wants to celebrate such a wonderful moment in his life. I definitely recommend it over so many other parks because you have entertainment for every age from your toddlers all the way to your teenagers believe me. read more
