I have to write about an incident I witness today as I was discussed by it. A young man around the age of 15-16 was in the dodge ball court apparently he was hit by the ball. He informed his dad and his father aggressively approached the dodge ball worker. I could hear him yelling threatening to sock the young man as if he was the one who hit him. The worker asked him to step away and the father spit in his face. The worker called for back up and they escorted the man out the facility. You could see that the worker was upset and management did nothing about it. I felt so bad for the worker you could tell he was not a person who would cause any trouble. I heard the manager raise his voice at him and the poor guy just walked away upset. Skyzone has no respect for their employees. That was an assault and no cops were called. I believe the worker went home right after because I did not see any after that. I felt so bad for him. This place needs new management. They don't care about their employees at all. Not the first time I seen this. This place should have a zero star rating. This is the second time I witness something horrible here, pretty sad and both times I have posted. I only come Because my grandkids love this place but I really feel bad for the staff read more

Had my sons 10th birthday scheduled for a 1030 time slot. We arrived at 10 to be told they were canceling the party due do no electricity. They said my options were to wait, reschedule or refund. I had no choice but to wait to at least inform our guests. Some arrived and left and others decided to hang out to see if the power came back on. At 1130 it did. We went in only to stand around for another half an hour to be able to check in. We had 1 hour to let the kids jump AND eat pizza. No singing or attention paid to the birthday boy. I was charged full price. The next day I noticed we were charged $60 for gift bags that we never received so I sent a text asking for a manager to call me. When she called I explained how poorly it was handled she simply said "ok" I told her about the $60 and she stated she would refund "only the $60". No consideration for anything. I'll never book a party at this location again. They should have at least offered my guests something. Horrible customer service! read more

Alissa hosted a great birthday party for my kid! The kids had a blast jumping, enough pizza for everyone, lemonade was refreshing. Big thanks to Alissa for coming up with games for the kids when they started to get tired, it really added to the fun. I recommend Sky Zone and Alissa for a fun birthday party! read more

Just had my kid's birthday party at this location today. The staff was amazing at accommodating us. They made sure we and the guests had everything we needed. Our party host Anthonie was so wonderful and professional. I highly recommend this place for kids' parties. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. My kid was very happy so I think it's worth it. read more

We had a Groupon and the manager i think her name was Krystal. She offered us a great deal to make it a party and 2 hours of jumping. It was my kids birthday. So it worked out great. Everyone was real nice. Just one thing. They forgot to give us plates for the pizza. So we used napkins. But no big deal. Everyone had a great time! read more

We brought our son who's on the spectrum to sky zone's sensory hours (Sunday 8-10am) and he really enjoyed it! The staff member Ricky was amazing! My son wanted to try the zip line and he opened it up for him and was so patient and encouraging. He must have tried to get him to go down the zip line 10 times and he never gave up on him. Thank you Ricky! read more

Booked a party for my daughters 8th birthday. Had a great time from start to finish. Our host Alagy was awesome and provided great customer service. Only thing that sucked was that not all the areas were open/available for the jumpers to jump but other than that our time here was great. read more

Very fun and clean, always excited to come and jump! Definitely recommend!! One of the cleanest sky zone I been too! The workers are very nice and helpful!! read more

My 12-year-old son (and his 7 friends!) had a great time at SkyZone Covina's Friday evening jump session (from 8pm-11). They were joyfully sweaty and active for hours (versus sedentary on the couch playing games...). They especially loved the arena-sized dodge ball games. We didn't buy a birthday package or anything- but I do recommend bringing your kids and their friends to celebrate. They're have an amazing time and remember, at least for a few hours, that life can be fun even without YouTube and Roblox! The employees were nice and the facility was clean. read more

We celebrated my daughters 14th birthday at Sky Zone Covina and it was the best experience ever. From planning the party, to communication until the party and the party itself, everything was with ease and organization. I couldn't be happier with the experience from the beginning to the end. The party was great and the hostess were excellent. I highly recommend planning your next birthday party with Sky Zone. read more

Horrible, full price, glow in the dark night and 3 areas that are closed. This place is so poorly managed it's ridiculous. Employees are unprofessional. Place is a rip off. Take your kids to party kingdom or kids empire. This place is a rip off read more

We had my daughter's 8th birthday here and it was a blast! The kids had so much fun and the staff was all great! I asked for things quite often (soda refills, extra chairs, etc.) and our party host (Sayhenka) went above and beyond! We are so happy with how it all turned out and would definitely recommend having your kiddo's bday party here! read more

We drove down from Victorville with our 3 grand children. It was a toss up between Altitudes in San Dimas and Sky Park. They picked Sky Park based on the pictures on the website. The climbing wall and the slide were the selling point. They have been to many trampoline parks so I wanted them to pick. After paying $100 and go in those attractions are under construction! They stayed 40 min and were done! Also when one of the grand kids used the little zip line he hit his head on a hard surface when he landed. I complained on the way out about selecting the park based on photos. Apology from the guy at the desk but no offer of refunding any of my money. Had he done that we probably would go back once those attractions are finished. read more

My kid just celebrated his 5th birthday here and had a great time! Santiago made it easy for us when we got there to set up. He was very patient with all of our requests and was very understanding. Thanks Santi! This location was fairly easy to book online and fairly easy to coordinate a party. I'm not big on pizza but their pizza and skewers were actually pretty good! The location wasn't too busy when we arrived around 12pm, but it sure got packed when towards the end of our party around 2:30pm and later. read more

Started coming to sky zone since I got the membership with my family. Every time we come in a gentleman by the name of Jonathan makes sure we are well taken care of. We have a location by home but we like to do the drive and be surrounded by good vibes read more

I came here on 5/2/23 to celebrate my son's birthday. Spoke to one of the staff there her name I believe is Julia/Julie (I apologize if is wrong) she was super helpful and greeted us with kindness. I had a party of about 4 boys who are all autistic she was so attentive and caring. As far as the place it was very clean and the boys had a lot of room to play and jump around. We all felt safe. We had the pepperoni pizza which was okay just a little too pricey. Overall the customer service here was the best! Thank you again sky zone team for making my big boy day special! read more

Our group (3 adults and 2 kids) was so excited about our visit to this location. Unfortunately, the excitement was short-lived as after we checked in, they made us purchase additional merchandise including overpriced "special event" T-shirts and Sky Zone-branded socks, even though we had brought our own new trampoline socks. Apparently, the trampoline brand we had was not good enough and Julia forced us to buy more. Had they notified us that our own trampoline socks weren't good enough as soon as they saw the socks, we could have made the decision to leave! Instead, we paid $200 for all of the extra stuff they made us buy. The entire transaction felt very scammy especially since one employee was okay with the grip socks we brought, but Julia decided NO. This isn't our first time at Sky Zone but it will definitely be our last visit to this location. Bad attitudes and inconsistent customer service! read more

Jump ur ass off ! It's a coo place to let the kids get rid of some energy. It's around 15 bucks to get in a session for kids . If you got little one like myself watch them because they can easily get hurt , kids of all ages are pouncing around and staff ain't always Monitoring what other kids are doing. So be watchful of yours . Snacks n drinks are available along with soxs and shirts. Arcade and claw Machine are here as well . read more

While we've never attended party at Sky Zone before, we have been to parties at several other trampoline parks so we had an idea of what to expect in terms of service. However, we were pleasantly surprised as to the quality of professionalism and service we received from our host, Caitlyn. Caitlin, met us at our party room and went over the party details and timeline with us. She made sure to answer any questions we had about the party and constantly checked in with us to make sure that the party was going smoothly. During the lunch, she helped serve our guests and always kept the beverages topped up and made sure everyone was taken care of. She was especially good with the kids and even helped us to clean up afterwards. Having Caitlyn as our party host made the whole experience very stress free and we were able to focus on enjoying the party and entertaining our guests. She always had a smile on her face and you could see she genuinely enjoys being a party host. Thank you Sky Zone and thank you Caitlyn for making our daughter's birthday so memorable! read more

Natalie is a great party host. My daughter had a good time celebrating her friend's birthday.

Cynthia was fantastic . She was attentive. Very hands on and available at every moment. She never once complained about having to step up as our party pro due to the one assigned to us not showing up. We will be back because of her, and the wonderful staff on that day. Thank you! read more

Sorta chuck e cheesy, but the jumping for the kids is great! They were going nuts! And their little happy faces make it worth the while.

Anthony was amazing super helpful and nice. Thank you for all ur help. My party was amazing.

I was on the fence about coming to this location due to the reviews/ photos of it being filthy. I decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised that it is actually very clean. :) there wasn't any trash on the floor, tables or even the bathroom. The reviews must've had a positive impact. I'm not sure. But I would definitely come back here. Only gave 4 stars because it is smaller than other sky zones. But the cleanliness is no longer an issue. The staff was kind and energetic. Parking is easy, there's also a shakeys in the same plaza if you wanted to take your children afterwards. read more
