Got annual pass during the winter holidays for kids. Kids love this place. Most older kids know to watch the youngsters. Or the youngster know to go away when the scary old kids shows up. They used to have good membership perks, like bring a friend in for free. After July, I haven't seen any. It's such a bummer. That's why there is a point deduction. The trampolines themselves are fine. The kids have a fun and safe time playing. However, the qualm is, they don't allow outside food which is theoretically fine because they have a food court. This wouldn't be a problem if their food court employees were given the support they need. We tried ordering one singular pepperoni pizza and was told it would be over an hour because a larger group had ordered 8 pizzas ahead of me. This isn't the problem, the problem is there are only two employees in the food court. One at the register and she was told she had to go back and fourth and then one guy who is in charge of making all the food, restocking (they were already low on inventory and it's been 1.5 hours since opening) AND he was in charge of DELIVERING food to the customers. It's honestly just an unfair work environment when you have people just standing around and walking around aimlessly. Brain was our assistant with our son's birthday party. I do not like how we were told it was time to clean up. Our guests were still eating their lunch. I did not want to be the one to tell them they had to stop eating that would very inappropriate. I was really disappointed with Brain because he came up to the parents and cut off there wrist band. Brain was very persistent with telling people that their time was over. He even took away some of the children's goodie bags. Emily was the front desk clerk who helped us out today. While I was filling out the waiver, she rudely told me to step aside so she could help out other guests. Fair, but then both people behind me got their wristbands before my kids even though we were first in line, AND she allowed them to hold up the line while they filled out the waiver in front of her. To be clear: it's fine to have rules, but they have to be applied uniformly. If I have to get out of line to fill out the waiver, so should everybody else. Even though the waiver is required, what they ask you to agree to is ridiculous. For instance, you have no choice to opt out of photography of your kids, AND you agree that they can use the photos for advertisements and promotional purposes without compensation. In other words, they can profit off your kids' images without paying you a dime. Also in there is an indemnification clause that says that you agree to indemnify Sky Zone if your kid causes injury to another kid. I'd like to see that hold up in court. Lastly, what makes it all comical is that all parties who sign the waiver waive their right to a jury trial in favor of arbitration. So where would this indemnification even fit in anyway? What the waiver amounts to is the signor releases all rights just to be able to play at the business. It's unconscionable, and would probably not stand up to a legal challenge. The draconian rules regarding the socks are designed to bleed the participant of even more money. My daughter had on slip-resistant socks with rubber soles, but because they weren't from Sky Zone, they forced us to shell out another $5. You can only purchase in 120-minute increments, without the option of an all-day pass or "add-ons." So if your kids want to play more or you buy lunch there, you have to pay for another 2 hours at $38.99. read more

First time here and first of all... AMAZING!!! I loved it already when I walked right through those doors of this place. I tried every single attraction that they offered here (excluding the Kids Area). I got my group the 90min session which was already enough instead of paying the whole day session just cause. We all had an amazing time here and we will definitely come back some time soon. -1 Star *The Pretzel Bitz were a little too oily and I think I would be better if it were less oil than smothered in oil. This is generally a nice place to take your kids and spend an afternoon. They have lots of fun slides and good amount of jumping and zip line areas. Plenty of activities for them to exert lots of energy. However, there are some things to know before you go. First, if you don't have, "official SkyZone socks" they won't let in. My son had some from an earlier visit but because they were faded and you couldn't read the logo, I had to purchase new ones. Pretty stupid. Second, the young kids working there that are monitoring the play areas need to do a better job of watching older kids vs. younger kids. I saw a few instances where really young kids were jumping next kids three times their size and nearly fell on top of them, they should monitor things a little better. And MOST IMPORTANTLY, if you can avoid going on the weekend please do so. We've been there during the week and on a Saturday afternoon and its the difference between a ghost town and TImes Square on New Year's Eve! Way too many people on the weekend, its a pretty chaotic scene, even the parking lot is a complete mess. I learned my lesson and next time I take my kid there, it will certainly be on a weekday. read more

As soon as I walked in, my experience was terrible. It was dirty outside and even more on the inside. There's trash everywhere on the floor and filled up to the rim in each of the trash bins. When it first opened, it was much cleaner and well kept, but it's since been dragged down to the ground. The staff was rude and didn't know how to speak to their customers. They approached our party to let us know the tables couldn't be put together and the fact that they decided to abruptly notify us while the entire floor was filthy was highly offensive. Until now, the young manager who has a short name that starts with a K is walking around with a clipboard and has not addressed the trash bins, napkins on the floor, trash and food on the tables and more. For a facility that doesn't care about the garbage surrounding their place, why are they concerned about our families sitting together, that came together and all purchased memberships? I would not recommend this place. Another family told me they poorly handled a child that got beat up and didn't ask the abusing family to leave so, I know they're mishandling their business here. My kids enjoy the different slides and the employees were very helpful and nice with my kid. They have a separate area for basketball and that area was busy with the older kids. Very disappointing experience, especially for a "VIP" package. We booked a party for 20 kids and were placed in a room with a posted capacity of 30, yet there were 40-50 people crammed inside once parents were included. It was overcrowded to the point of being uncomfortable and arguably unsafe. This is basic planning that they completely got wrong. What's worse is how it was handled after. I raised concerns immediately, but instead of addressing them, they later refused to even discuss a resolution unless I withdrew my chargeback first. That's not how you treat customers. But the service from the front desk to our rep that helped us with the room and food service was above and beyond! Her name is Kayle. She was prompt and helpful with everything.
