First time here and first of all... AMAZING!!! I loved it already when I walked right through those doors of this place. I tried every single attraction that they offered here (excluding the Kids Area). I got my group the 90min session which was already enough instead of paying the whole day session just cause. We all had an amazing time here and we will definitely come back some time soon. -1 Star *The Pretzel Bitz were a little too oily and I think I would be better if it were less oil than smothered in oil. But overall... I highly recommend this place for any parties or just fun!

Forgot to mention that this place needs to be monitored more often due to kids. When I took my daughter and step son a group of kids just came and pushed my daughter. When I saw that I was furious that I just wanted to go and beat the kid up but as a grown up I told the worker and the worker said that they can't do nothing about it. Throughout the day the same group of kids were causing problems on different games that even some of the workers told them that they have to behave. So parents if you come make sure you watch your kids from other kids.

Amongst a few technical difficulties, RAMON was very professional and accommodating. She made sure my experience was pleasant and delightful! She is very professional which is very much appreciated. Great service is hard to come by in establishments that frequent hundreds maybe thousands of people per day. Her patience and communication skills are imperative to any business running smoothly.

Hands down the best skyzone by far that I have been to. The customer service was exceptional and all staff handles themselves very well. Will be bringing my son and niece back to this location from now on. Loved how staff was very present in the areas where everyone is jumping. You guys are great!

Came for a birthday party and had such a blast . Have to give a huge shout out to Anthony who helped make sure the kids were safe and having a great time. Airy open concept it's like a bouncy house, ninja gym, and a playground with awesome slides hade a baby. I'll definitely return favorite indoor playground PERIODT. read more

Brain was our assistant with our son's birthday party. I do not like how we were told it was time to clean up. Our guests were still eating their lunch. I did not want to be the one to tell them they had to stop eating that would very inappropriate. I was really disappointed with Brain because he came up to the parents and cut off there wrist band. Brain was very persistent with telling people that their time was over. He even took away some of the children's goodie bags. He was very persistent on a time to do the cake and eating and telling us it was over. I politely asked him for 10 more minutes to allow our guests to eat. This was our first time having an event at sky zone and although the kids had a lot of fun there were a lot of things that were very disappointing Each child was supposed to get a card to come back for another day Brain was heading out the cards they were not in the bag as they were told that they would be in there. I know that we will go back but it definitely is something to think having a party at sky zone there's just a lot of negativity that weighs out the positive read more

Very disappointing experience, especially for a "VIP" package. We booked a party for 20 kids and were placed in a room with a posted capacity of 30, yet there were 40-50 people crammed inside once parents were included. It was overcrowded to the point of being uncomfortable and arguably unsafe. This is basic planning that they completely got wrong. What's worse is how it was handled after. I raised concerns immediately, but instead of addressing them, they later refused to even discuss a resolution unless I withdrew my chargeback first. That's not how you treat customers. At this price point, this felt like a cash grab with little regard for the actual experience. Would not book here again. read more

This place has much more than the San Carlos zky zone we went to up north. They are pretty strict with the no bigger kids together with the toddlers and no little kids in the jousting area. Got the $79 summer pass since I think even if they come here one more time, you can get your money back. I didn't want to join their elite member because last time (in San Carlos) it took so many phone calls to cancel it, they kept telling me to go to the website and the button was not there. I ended up just canceling my card to get rid of the reoccurring charge read more

This is generally a nice place to take your kids and spend an afternoon. They have lots of fun slides and good amount of jumping and zip line areas. Plenty of activities for them to exert lots of energy. However, there are some things to know before you go. First, if you don't have, "official SkyZone socks" they won't let in. My son had some from an earlier visit but because they were faded and you couldn't read the logo, I had to purchase new ones. Pretty stupid. Second, the young kids working there that are monitoring the play areas need to do a better job of watching older kids vs. younger kids. I saw a few instances where really young kids were jumping next kids three times their size and nearly fell on top of them, they should monitor things a little better. And MOST IMPORTANTLY, if you can avoid going on the weekend please do so. We've been there during the week and on a Saturday afternoon and its the difference between a ghost town and TImes Square on New Year's Eve! Way too many people on the weekend, its a pretty chaotic scene, even the parking lot is a complete mess. I learned my lesson and next time I take my kid there, it will certainly be on a weekday. read more

We had a basketball team party here and the service was amazing! The kids obviously loved the joint and playground. But the service from the front desk to our rep that helped us with the room and food service was above and beyond! Her name is Kayle. She was prompt and helpful with everything. She answered all of our questions. I wasn't sure how the service would be bcs this is our first birthday or party here, but I was very surprised and happy with the service. All the food and drinks came out on time and hot. All the team players and families were happy and impressed with the party and skyzone. The penthouse suite overlooking the entire play area is also a bonus! All in all I would definitely recommend skyzone to all parents and families. If you have a kid on the spectrum or looking to jump with your child I don't recommend this location as they have a ridiculous rule of one person per square which I never heard of and have been to plenty of indoor parks. Let alone they make you pay to jump with your child while leaving out the fact you'll have to be separated in different squares. When I went to use the membership for the first time, I arrived with my two sons after checking the business hours on Facebook and Instagram. When we got there, a man was doing maintenance on the playground and told us it would be about an hour before we could enter. My son, who has autism, was understandably upset, so I took him next door to the pet store to help distract him while we waited. After an hour, we returned--only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. At that point, I asked if my sons' memberships were active through Regional Center. The employee flipped through a notebook and couldn't even locate one of my son's memberships. We left because my son's patience was gone, which is directly related to his autism. This entire experience left a very sour taste. If a business offers social recreation services through Regional Center, accurate hours and organized membership records are essential. What's even more upsetting is that I later discovered Regional Center was charged for six months of membership, even though we never attended or used the membership at all. I never signed a contract agreeing to ongoing charges. I also received a text stating the membership would not be active if we didn't attend--yet they still billed Regional Center. Also, never extended services. Between the inaccurate hours, lack of accommodation, disorganization, and billing issues, I would not recommend this business to Regional Center families.

My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

We were told we could not bring our personal belongings in and would have to leave it with stroller in the front of your store. When I returned to my car realized my iPad was gone. Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Your employees are more concerned and watchful over whether you put outside food in your mouth over making sure you don't go over your paid time or customers coming in smelling like they smoked weed in the parking lot.

They allowed us to bring our own drinks and treats. We were able to use time before to set up and the staff of 7 was very helpful in all of it for the full 4 hours. DJ took our Playlist and was easy to find when we needed announcements. Parking was a little tricky but manageable. The venue is pretty spectacular. 3 floors plus a bonus basement floor (as an add on) made it more than memorable. It was a steep price but it is certainly worth it to do once for a child. Perfect for 30-40 children plus 80-100 adults, depending on the package you with. Unfortunately there is no negotiation on price. Everything is firm but at the end of the day, they are upfront and honest about the cost so just plan, save, and make it count. Highly recommend to try once. It's more than a celebration. It's an event!

I was hesitant to visit after reading some of the negative reviews, but I'm so glad we gave this trampoline park a chance--it turned out to be an awesome experience! First off, the facility was clean and well-maintained. I saw staff frequently walking around, tidying up and checking the equipment, which made me feel a lot better about safety and hygiene. Unlike some reviews I read, we didn't experience any foul smells or messy areas. Everything looked and felt organized. The staff was friendly and attentive. From the front desk to the floor monitors, everyone was professional and approachable. They made sure the rules were being followed but did it in a way that was respectful and kept the energy fun. There was always someone nearby if we had a question or needed assistance. As for safety, it's a trampoline park--accidents can happen if people don't follow the rules. But I watched how seriously they take the safety protocols. There were clearly posted rules, required grip socks, and staff monitoring each zone. I felt comfortable letting my kids jump freely without hovering over them every second. The atmosphere was great too--lots of smiles, laughter, and active fun. The music wasn't too loud, and there were options for all ages, from the dodgeball zone to foam pits to a toddler area. Also their manager, Jason was super helpful and one of the most polite people I have met, and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable and perfect. Keep up the good work! On Christmas Eve, I had an unfortunate experience at your establishment. After checking in and receiving wristbands, the process initially went smoothly. However, once we were seated at our table, a staff member--who appeared to be a manager, dressed in a black t-shirt, yellow hair, name Tag as Mi couldn't see the rest. Approached us in a raised tone, instructing us that the tables could not be gathered together. I informed her that the tables had been arranged in this manner prior to our arrival, but she proceeded to separate them. Subsequently, we left some personal items, such as backpacks and shoes, on three tables. She returned and removed these items without consulting us, placing them on a shoe shelf. When I questioned her actions, she justified them by stating that no one was actively watching the tables, and therefore, she had the authority to move our belongings. Additionally, this staff member displayed a dismissive attitude not only toward our group but also toward several other customers. She also provided conflicting information regarding payment methods at the food court, initially claiming cash was not accepted, only to later return and inform me that cash payments were, in fact, allowed. To make matters worse, the pizza we ordered was burned, which further diminished our overall experience. This interaction fell far below the expected standards of professionalism, customer service, and quality that one would anticipate from an establishment like Sky Zone. My partner and I hosted a family fun day for our closest friends this past weekend and to say it was a blast is an understatement. I initially reached out to Litzy, one of the managers, to inquire if it was a possibility to rent one of the party spaces. She was extremely kind and very thorough in breaking down every little detail. She answered every question, responded to every email, even went as far as to call me on my cell phone personally to ensure that I had everything I needed ahead of our scheduled day. Once we arrived, Natalie was amazing! She was our party host for the few hours that we had our room and she truly went above and beyond. From setting up our snacks & food on the counter, to ensuring everyone - from the adults to the kids - had everything they needed from the time they checked in until we checked out. She made sure we were comfortable. She made sure that we knew where she was at every second. She went on break and even made sure she had someone cover her in case anyone in our party needed anything. She truly went above and beyond and made sure the communication lines were open, despite how busy the location was this particular day. I would absolutely recommend Sky Zone Alhambra to anyone. Whether it's for a party or just to hangout for the day, you can tell that everyone who works at this location really wants to be there. I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the experience my children and I had during our recent visit to Sky Zone. Upon arriving at 7:00 PM, I was told that if I purchased the 90-minute jump deal, we would still have to leave by 8:00 PM. This made no sense, as it contradicts the value of the deal being offered. I initially inquired about the "Glow" event, only to be told it couldn't be purchased until 8:00 PM -- again, very confusing and poorly communicated. When I tried to get clarity, the manager on duty was not helpful, showed no willingness to resolve the issue, and demonstrated no empathy for my visibly disappointed children. I would expect a manager to show professionalism and at least attempt to find a solution or express understanding. Instead, I felt dismissed and ignored. This was by far the worst experience we've had at any Sky Zone location. It's incredibly frustrating to be offered services that are not actually available or honored as advertised. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience has unfortunately left a very negative impression on what should have been a fun outing for my family. read more

Horrible experience at this location. The staff are disorganized, dishonest, and poorly trained, and the overall management is unprofessional. I booked my son's party here and selected a package that clearly included t-shirts--this was listed on my receipt and website. However, when I asked for them, the staff initially refused, claiming it's not something they typically provide. It took repeated insistence before they reluctantly handed over the shirts at the end of the party, after most of the guests had already left, making them useless. The party was also missing pizzas that were part of the package, which only arrived much later. Shockingly, staff members were even asking our guests what we had purchased. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. Additionally, if you're assigned the second floor, be aware there's no elevator. You'll have to carry everything up manually. Overall, frustrating and poorly managed. I would strongly caution others to confirm every detail in writing and be prepared to advocate for yourself on the day of your event. read more

I purchased an Elite Membership in January 2026, but was never clearly informed that it would automatically renew every month. My credit card was charged $116.97 for three consecutive months (February, March, and April 2026) without my knowledge or consent -- totaling $350.91 in unauthorized charges. I never received a single invoice or notification for any of these renewals. I only found out when my card was declined for yet another charge. When I contacted Sky Zone Alhambra to request a refund, they refused, citing an "all sales are final" policy. They offered 2 Standard Passes as a "courtesy," which I also had to decline since the location is too far from where I live. This practice violates California's Automatic Renewal Law (Business & Professions Code §17600), which requires businesses to clearly disclose recurring charge terms before purchase. I am currently pursuing this through the Better Business Bureau and the California Attorney General's office. Buyer beware -- read the fine print before purchasing any membership here. read more

It was my first time and I bought the elite membership. It was fun going with my son. Til this grown old lady yelling at me for reminding kids there is so cutting. And she kept pushing the issue. Then as I was subtracting myself from the bs situation with my 4 year old son and going home this butterball looking guy talking all kinds of stuff for no apparent reason. I canceled my membership and got my money back. Grown old kids go to talk their shit. Hi I rarely leave reviews, but the manager Bisha an your employee by the name of Enrique was so amazing tonight. My son was playing very rough with his sister tonight an he hurt his toe. Bisha made sure he was okay. Even after he went to go back an play, she check up on me and my son to make sure he was having a good time. Now I don't know if she is a magician but she gave my kids pokemon cards out of no where. Most places I go to, once your child gets hurt. We signed up for an annual pass on their Friday night GLOW night. My eight-year-old met up with a friend and had a blast! We can't believe that sky zone is finally here!!! We always go to the one up on San Carlos and one in Portland Oregon area, but we never thought we'd get one so close to Eagle Rock and South Pasadena area. The staff were awesome -- the place was super clean and brand spanking new!!!! It also wasn't very crowded because no one knows that they are here yet!!! The ones in other locations are bonkers insanely busy -- so go to this one while it's still chill!! Parents can also work and plug-in their laptops while watching their kids from the elevated bar tops. It's great! We will be coming back a lot! read more

This place is great for kids and the facility is super clean and the staff is always amazing...and dont get me staryed on the A/C...they keep it nice and cool, perfect for those hot Cali summers!!! I had one of the staff members (Mike Chavez) notice me fumbling around trying to operate the massage chair and he jumped right in to help me which is quite rare nowadays, I am used to having to hunt someone down only to get an annoyed worker who is upset they have to actually do some work. Mike even checked back with me to make sure I had enjoyed my massage. He is a rockstar employee. I even noticed him helping others throught our stay. Thanks Skyzone and thanks Mike Chavez!!! I was amazed at how clean the place is, the food is great, and there are lots of attractions to experience. The trampolines all seem well maintained, and the slides are both terrifying and thrilling at the same time! Amazed with the customer service! Today I was greeted by a cashier, she made me feel welcomed. I believe her name was, Gina. A few of us moms all met up at Sky Zone today and we took advantage of the day as our kids didn't have school. We live in the So Pasadena area and are grateful to have such a fun location attraction for kids. Gina answered all my questions and didn't rush me into something I wasn't comfortable with. Stellar! If you're heading to Sky Zone, make sure to find Jesus -- hands down one of the coolest and most helpful staff members there! From the moment we walked in, he had great energy and made us feel super welcome. He was patient, friendly, and you can tell he genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a good time and stays safe. Whether it was helping kids get comfortable on the trampolines or answering questions with a smile, Jesus went above and beyond. Sky Zone Trampoline park allowed a huge 6' tall, ~180-lb looking guy with a beard go up against little kids in the "King of the Hill" pit where they push each other with oversized padded things. My kid is 10 years old and got hurt because the 6' tall bearded guy didn't have the judgement and restraint to not let loose on the kids, and the employee overseeing this area allowed them both in the pit at the same time. The shift manager Mariam said that they are not supposed to let such a size disparity (180 lbs vs 60 lbs) be in the same pit at the same time, but there is not adequate supervision by employees in these play areas. Sky Zone needs to better manage its facility. read more

Saturday is a common day to be super busy, many children having fun and enjoying their weekend at Sky zone! A child lost a very important hearing aid piece while jumping almost by closing time. I've seen the mother and family members very concerned looking for the lost item. David G. immediately helped without hesitation. About an hour later after digging through all the specific jumping area the important piece was found and handed over to the mother. My son's first visit to Sky Zone was an incredible experience, and I can't thank Jesus enough for making it so memorable! Jesus was so friendly, energetic, and encouraging, helping my teenage boy feel confident and excited to try everything.
