As of 8/7/25 this location is indefinitely closed. So sad my family used to love this place, we used to frequent this place.

I feel like this place is more for older kids. Brought my 2.5 year old here, definitely not worth the $19. 23 months and younger are $9. The climbing was cool but he could have just climbed at a park. He wasn't really into it, as toddlers have 50 different moods. There is a specific toddler area, shorter than 36 inches. I felt like this was more for crawlers. However older kids will play there. The parents don't follow the rules. My son played in the toddler area longer than the obstacles. There's block building, little baby slides, a watermelon rocker. There wasn't really a "in between" area. The slides at the obstacles are high for younger kids. There's cool balling shooting canyons. The place didn't seem dirty to me, but spring break crowds, this place was CHAOS The workers just stay at the front desk, they don't walk around and observe the place.

Jump and jammin in Arcadia is a great place to take kids. I took my kids there and they had so much fun just climbing, running and playing . I do wish they would turn on AC more can get a little hot in there.

Went here last yesterday and I was surprised it wasn't busy for a Friday until we went inside. The place is very dirty. The climbing structures feel sticky. A lot of the structures were missing bolts or the ropes were damaged. We only stayed here for about an hour. We would not go back to this location

Dust all over the playground. Kids crawling and breathing in those dust.

This place is really gross now. I'm not even sure if the owner even comes to check his place or he knows and don't care? Because the workers don't care at all. It's really dirty and dusty here, obviously every playground is expected to be dirty from all the people coming to play. But there is thick dust everywhere. Kids crawling on those playground can breathe those dust in. Slide is cover in dust. Balls are really in bad shape now and need to be replaced. Lots of balls are bitten. I forgot to take photo of the ball. But I will post dust photo. We stayed 4 hours for someone celebration and all 4 hours I did not see any worker come and wipe. Other playground I've been too they will have a 10 minute break where workers comes in and wipe some area and let dry then kids can come play again.

I was so excited to bring my Daughter to this Place but I am disappointed. Looks totally different in the website pics. When get there all the employees in the phone. Everything dirty, old and look sad. My sister said EVEN THE PUBLIC PARK PLAYGROUND LOOKS BETTER. (You would think. Then take her there) I WILL!!! Let's talk about the safety and the balls that have bites Are u telling me that Instead of replace the rope You are putting another one on top and that's it it's a rope bridge where my kid is playing and all parents are paying for fun time and expecting something safe. all the balls around have bite marks. floor is disgusting. 3 employees for NOTHING literally. I want a job like that getting paid for absolutely nothing. The Clear curtains are broken another problem If there's toddlers playing around and runs over the curtain an accident could happen because it's the size of a small human. First and last time coming!

We went today and paid $18 plus socks at the front desk. The lead "manager" girl did not tell us there's a waitlist if we leave and enter again later. When we left, nobody told us there will be a waitlist and said we can come back in and out no problem. Then this girl said "I'm the manager, I'm not going to argue with you. I remembered you waited when you paid." Now she's lying. I'm like no I paid and she gave me a bin for shoes right away and we went inside and that's it. I did NOT know there's a waitlist. She was rude and didn't try to accommodate us at all. Asked her how long is wait she said I can't tell you there are 4 people so it could be a while but she won't give a time frame. If she told us when we left there's a waitlist, we would have signed our names earlier before coming back and tried to make sure we had enough time for wait. There's no signs saying that and she did not show me a waitlist till we tried to come back in. Horrible customer service and this manager is not trying to empathize or provide any customer service. She just kept trying to tell me I knew there's a waitlist. Wth. I even told her why would I lie? I wish there's a corporate manager or owner I can talk to so to make sure this manager doesn't forget to inform customers about this waitlist. That's switch and bait and is illegal. I should get refund or allowed to go back for another day. It's not the customer's fault she didn't inform us about the waitlist. All she said was "yes! You can go and come back. In and out all day." When we checked in. And when we left for the hour, another girl helped us and she was great but didn't mention about waitlist either. My son is so disappointed. We were going to just go in and out 15 minutes since we have an appointment. Now thanks to the waitlist we can't use the in and out we paid for. Never coming back again. And she was like sure yelp me. And she said the person checked you in should have told you about waitlist. SHE checked us in and she didn't tell us. This is not a manager speak. This manager wouldn't even tell us around how long the wait is. There's no system. So if there are 4 families ahead of us that could mean wait till another 4 families come out or is it just whenever she feels like letting people in? That's ridiculous she couldn't even give us a decent answer. She straight up didn't care. She shouldn't work there.

One thing I like is about Wonderland is that I can bring my coffee or outside food/drinks while I watch my son play. Socks are worn in the play areas at all times. One piece of advice for adults, bring your exercise clothes because you will be warm going through the play areas with your young ones. If your child needs a space to expend energy, I would recommend bringing him/her here!

I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.

When I went to use the membership for the first time, I arrived with my two sons after checking the business hours on Facebook and Instagram. When we got there, a man was doing maintenance on the playground and told us it would be about an hour before we could enter. My son, who has autism, was understandably upset, so I took him next door to the pet store to help distract him while we waited. After an hour, we returned--only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. At that point, I asked if my sons' memberships were active through Regional Center. The employee flipped through a notebook and couldn't even locate one of my son's memberships. We left because my son's patience was gone, which is directly related to his autism. This entire experience left a very sour taste. If a business offers social recreation services through Regional Center, accurate hours and organized membership records are essential. What's even more upsetting is that I later discovered Regional Center was charged for six months of membership, even though we never attended or used the membership at all. I never signed a contract agreeing to ongoing charges. I also received a text stating the membership would not be active if we didn't attend--yet they still billed Regional Center. Also, never extended services. Between the inaccurate hours, lack of accommodation, disorganization, and billing issues, I would not recommend this business to Regional Center families.
