Ball canyons with soft foam balls, bags to put the balls in
    Katie L.

I feel like this place is more for older kids. Brought my 2.5 year old here, definitely not worth the $19. 23 months and younger are $9. The climbing was cool but he could have just climbed at a park. He wasn't really into it, as toddlers have 50 different moods. There is a specific toddler area, shorter than 36 inches. I felt like this was more for crawlers. However older kids will play there. The parents don't follow the rules. My son played in the toddler area longer than the obstacles. There's block building, little baby slides, a watermelon rocker. There wasn't really a "in between" area. The slides at the obstacles are high for younger kids. There's cool balling shooting canyons. The place didn't seem dirty to me, but spring break crowds, this place was CHAOS The workers just stay at the front desk, they don't walk around and observe the place.

Jump and jammin in Arcadia is a great place to take kids. I took my kids there and they had so much fun just climbing, running and playing . I do wish they would turn on AC more can get a little hot in there.

Went here last yesterday and I was surprised it wasn't busy for a Friday until we went inside. The place is very dirty. The climbing structures feel sticky. A lot of the structures were missing bolts or the ropes were damaged. We only stayed here for about an hour. We would not go back to this location

Dust all over the playground. Kids crawling and breathing in those dust.

This place is really gross now. I'm not even sure if the owner even comes to check his place or he knows and don't care? Because the workers don't care at all. It's really dirty and dusty here, obviously every playground is expected to be dirty from all the people coming to play. But there is thick dust everywhere. Kids crawling on those playground can breathe those dust in. Slide is cover in dust. Balls are really in bad shape now and need to be replaced. Lots of balls are bitten. I forgot to take photo of the ball. But I will post dust photo. We stayed 4 hours for someone celebration and all 4 hours I did not see any worker come and wipe. Other playground I've been too they will have a 10 minute break where workers comes in and wipe some area and let dry then kids can come play again.

I was so excited to bring my Daughter to this Place but I am disappointed. Looks totally different in the website pics. When get there all the employees in the phone. Everything dirty, old and look sad. My sister said EVEN THE PUBLIC PARK PLAYGROUND LOOKS BETTER. (You would think. Then take her there) I WILL!!! Let's talk about the safety and the balls that have bites Are u telling me that Instead of replace the rope You are putting another one on top and that's it it's a rope bridge where my kid is playing and all parents are paying for fun time and expecting something safe. all the balls around have bite marks. floor is disgusting. 3 employees for NOTHING literally. I want a job like that getting paid for absolutely nothing. The Clear curtains are broken another problem If there's toddlers playing around and runs over the curtain an accident could happen because it's the size of a small human. First and last time coming!

We booked and planned on going to FunBox but they told us 10min prior to our time that they were closed. Since we were already at the mall, we decided to take our kid here since we promised him we would take him somewhere to play. The place is big and it does help bring our kids energy out. However, its definitely the dirtiest play area we've been to. There was dust everywhere. The A/C was either off or not working because the inside was too warm to be comfortable. Would I come back again? Probably not, but its good to check out if youre in the area with kids.

This place provided a red cart to transport our party supplies, which was very thoughtful. We also loved that the party area already felt festive and fun, so we didn't need to bring many decorations or balloons. The entire facility was very clean and well organized. There were also a few pleasant surprises that made the day extra special. The mascot came by to take photos with our birthday girl and our family, and we received a beautiful acrylic photo keepsake with both pictures. My girl also loved the little goodie bag that mascot gave to her. The kids had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. I also like that there is a mini fridge in our party room so we could keep our popsicles frozen until the end of the party. Another thing I would like to mention, is this place didn't feel overly crowded or too noisy, even though it was a Saturday afternoon (maybe we were lucky that day) If I had a couple of things to add on, I would love to have a little more setup time for us before the party starts, since we're only allowed to arrive 15 minutes early. We also wished the mascot could have stayed just a little longer (until we finish the birthday song) Overall, we're very happy we chose Funbox Arcadia for our daughter's birthday celebration. Thank you to the entire team for helping make it such a fun and memorable day!

It is $35 for 2 hours on the weekend, and unlimited time on the weekdays. Since they host birthday parties, check their yelp or call to see if they are open on the weekends. One thing I like is about Wonderland is that I can bring my coffee or outside food/drinks while I watch my son play. Socks are worn in the play areas at all times. One piece of advice for adults, bring your exercise clothes because you will be warm going through the play areas with your young ones. We never liked the "entrance fee" that I obviously know about and I stand by what I said: ADULTS ARE FORCED TO ORDER THEIR SUBPAR OVERPRICED FOOD FOR ENTRY aside from the entrance fee for their kids. The SGV eats post - I wasn't talking about one post. Geraldyne has posted several times and most of those times people have chimed in with their experiences and she removed her entire posts so people won't find the comments. Once again, trust the low star ratings. If you read them, you'll see a lot of them echo what I've posted here. --- If you have a toddler or a young kid, avoid this place. Read the lower rated reviews, because those paint a more accurate picture than glowing reviews from people who got discounts to this place. Adults are forced to order a meal as an entrance fee, and all the choices are subpar and overpriced. There was only one lovely staff member, an African American woman that unfortunately seemed to have left, because everyone else were not friendly nor helpful, and are barely present. The husband who supposedly cooks the meal made the driest, toughest, inedible steak salad and I couldn't even get help with my meal because there was no staff around to help, and whenever the husband came out, he would just be zipping in and out so fast I couldn't even catch him, and I couldn't leave my daughter by herself. The food choices for kids are also subpar. The play area itself is also subpar. There's very little options to play with, and whatever is there are mostly broken toys or have missing parts. The "separate" area for younger kids are always a huge mess to the point where it's safer for a 1-2 yr old to be in the general area with how disorganized it is. It's nothing but an afterthought, and bigger kids go there to mess up that area all the time No one really goes to clean up or check the play areas periodically, so even though it's part of their "rules", you see kids throwing toys at other kids, kids leaving messes around, etc. The positive reviews about these place are probably from people who've only been there once and have had some sort of discount. As a previous repeat customer who tried to give this place multiple chances, it is nothing but a cash-grab by greedy owners who care nothing about kids. The owner, Geraldine, also loves to promote her business on Facebook groups, and even whine about lack of "support" from people, but when previous customers try to make suggestions or anything remotely resembling a valid criticism, she'll remove the post so no one sees it. It's very dishonest, and shows what kind of people run this business. There are better places to go to entertain kids in SGV, don't waste your time and money here.

My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. When I went to use the membership for the first time, I arrived with my two sons after checking the business hours on Facebook and Instagram. When we got there, a man was doing maintenance on the playground and told us it would be about an hour before we could enter. My son, who has autism, was understandably upset, so I took him next door to the pet store to help distract him while we waited. After an hour, we returned--only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. At that point, I asked if my sons' memberships were active through Regional Center. The employee flipped through a notebook and couldn't even locate one of my son's memberships. We left because my son's patience was gone, which is directly related to his autism. This entire experience left a very sour taste. If a business offers social recreation services through Regional Center, accurate hours and organized membership records are essential. What's even more upsetting is that I later discovered Regional Center was charged for six months of membership, even though we never attended or used the membership at all. I never signed a contract agreeing to ongoing charges. I also received a text stating the membership would not be active if we didn't attend--yet they still billed Regional Center. Also, never extended services. Between the inaccurate hours, lack of accommodation, disorganization, and billing issues, I would not recommend this business to Regional Center families.
