This place was great and our 3 year old and 6 year old had a blast. We went the weekend before Christmas when the mall was packed and the crowds here were very manageable. There's a lot for the kids to climb on and explore and the ball air canons were by far the biggest attraction for our kids. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the music is a little loud which makes it difficult to have conversations but that's minor. We'll definitely be coming back. read more

I felt as though their needed to be a staff member walking around for safety, instead of just talking to other employees and looking on their phones. Most of the kids visiting here are under 10, with many children under 5. There is a well arranged toddler play area, small but sufficient for tiny ones. We took our two and four year old there. During the two hour period, the staff are indifferent at best. About 5 of them stayed around the front chit chatting, led by the store manager. Their focus appears to be mainly entertaining themselves. The music selection is purely suited for adults' ears. Not a single person worked there ever stopped by the play area to help, check or bother to pick up any balls scattered over the place. Customers do all the work if they want to play balls. Not sure what their job description entails other than collecting money and give you back your shoes as you exit. My husband says he will never return to this place. read more

This place was over crowded, their shoe transfer system doesn't work well because I witnessed (and experienced) a lot of shoe loss because shoes did not make it onto the rack and they don't seem to know where to put the shoes and match it with people. The gym area was disgusting with unknown wet areas, but then again, it's a kid's gym that's to be expected, but in what felt like an eternity there, no one ever walked around to clean anything up. As for the birthday party room, there just wasn't enough ventilation because it got hot very quickly when people started to go in. Suggestion for ANY places like this, bring two pairs of socks so you don't end up shoving whatever your feet picks up into your shoes....I hate the obligation of coming to these places. I've been to Jump N Jammin many times over the years to attend birthday parties for my friends' kids. It's easily the biggest and cleanest of the indoor kids playgrounds that I have been to. It's located as part of the Westfield Santa Anita mall just on the outside of the food court area, by the valet and next to Woodranch BBQ. Jumn N Jammin has its own entrance and you do not go inside the mall first to enter. Parking has always been easy as the birthday parties that I have been to typically start before mall hours. It can get hectic and even difficult to find parking as soon as the mall is in full swing. Jump N Jammin has a huge 3 level playground structure that has everything from foam cannons, slides, obstacle course with rollers, balance apparatus and everything else you can imagine. The playground structure is big enough and sturdy enough to handle adults even in the upper levels. I've done it. It's exhausting! haha. There is also a bounce house towards the back for the kids. There is also a climbing rock wall now too... And there is a small area for the smaller, still in diaper kids to play and climb on. The birthday parties I have been to have also reserved private rooms in the back for the guests to have food, cake and other refreshments. The staff are pretty organized and hand out wristbands upon entrance, collect your shoes, put away the gifts and call you to the private rooms in the back when it's time. Perfect for 2-3 hour play time with snacks and food at the end. Dont forget to bring your SOCKS. read more

Something needs to change about this place. I commuted two days in a row and had to wait for 30mins + . I don't understand how you can open at 11am and by 11:30 there's a waitlist. It's unfair. Also people who come in late to the parties need to wait in the line with the rest of the people. I watched people cut to the front because someone else bought their tickets. On top of that. You have to wait until someone else leaves... your telling me that I got here at 11:30, 30mins after this place opened, I probably won't get to go inside for another hour. The staff members, however, are kind of trash, specifically, the trashier version of Pete Davidson and bootleg Tori from Cobra Kai. They're not outwardly rude, but they definitely hate their jobs! I use to come here with my oldest and we loved it this was back in maybe 2018. It was supper clean. This place has gone down hill!!! I came today to bring my toddlers and it has gone down hill. IT IS SO DIRTY!!!! The staff are nice but just get paid to stand up front. They don't walk around or go check the the bathrooms. I went in to use the restroom and my socks got wet. The floor was covered with papers and water everywhere!! We are in summer time and wanted to go somewhere to play with the kids indoors and it was supper hot! They did not have the a/c running. Amazingly fun and a great deal for the price. My 3 year old spent a couple hours playing in the big ball-launching slide complex thing (I don't know how else to describe it) and the bounce house. He was completely wiped out when we left. He slept very well. My 1 year old also enjoyed the baby play area. That space is more simple but perfectly engaging for his age. The place is designed very well. Everything is safe with padding and nets and the main structure is completely transparent so it's easy to keep track of your kid. There are a bunch of machines that launch balls in various fun ways. My kid went absolutely nuts just chasing the balls around and launching them. We reserved a room that hosts 50 guests and she was there every step of the way to ensure the party ran smoothly. She assisted with decorations, setup, cleanup, even helped serve and cut cake.The birthday bag that was included in the party package was even custom made to the theme of the party (Among Us). Described in one word: Filthy. The place needs a good scrub down. Overcrowded, non-existent supervision or enforcement of basic rules, kids everywhere without socks, musty odor, stale air. Spiral slide looks out of order indefinitely, young aged staff all gathered at the center counter on cell phones, etc. sweat / wet drops all over the vinyl floor paddings, safety nets unstitched and pulling apart, kids generally just let loose like hounds. Get to higher ground and you'll start to see the piles of dust on the surfaces, finger scribbles on dust covered pipes, clear acrylics are all cloudy and worn out. I am far from a helicopter dad, but places like this requires it for the safety of my child. When there's kids without socks running up the opposite way of a 3-story pitch black slide, you can imagine the types of things that could happen. That being said, my 2.5yr old daughter had an absolute blast running around, climbing, and exploring. There was plenty of things to keep her entertained. I get it, it's gotta be tough to keep a place like this sterile, but it just needs more attention and resources to keep it clean. There needs to be more attentive staff. The plastic handling on the hand rail for hang glide peeled off and nobody is doing anything about it. The black zigzag netting on one of the climb is defective and can present hazard to children because there is hole. There is potential for children to get their foot stuck in the netting. Their staff are on their phones most of the time if not working. How unprofessional they are!! And they don't limit how many kids can enter. On a typical Saturday or Sunday afternoon, with birthday parties and walk ins, this place can be overwhelming with parents and kids running around. There are better and cleaner playgrounds out there for less. Came here for a party and there were so many parties and groups at the same time. This place needs some structure. I couldn't tell which kids and adults belongs to our party. Also they do have these really cool air machines that shoots balls, but there were so few balls! If they can provide 500x more balls, it would make their playground much better. To the owner: consider getting a vacuum cleaner for all the dusty in the play area.
