I went to Little Dimples to celebrate my nephew's birthday. Daily Pass Pricing: $25 for kids over 2 years old. $20 for kids 1 year old. $15 for kids under 1. $5 off each sibling. You can get a bundle for $200 (10 daily passes). Although the back lot says handicap entrance and there is a ramp, it's not an entrance which is what confused us. My grandma is in a wheelchair so we walked up the ramp. There were no signs. We ended up going all the way to the front. It's wheelchair friendly in the front as well. The play area was clean. They just requested that we wear socks. My 4 year old nephew had a great time playing and making friends. There is a small ramp where you could pull up a ride on toy and slide down from it. It's a bit dangerous because there are no employees supervising that area. Children did pull up a ride on toy to ride down the ramp, and almost hit other children. The ball pit area was fun. Underneath and on the play equipment there were bridge/ net obstacles. My 1 year old nephew had fun pushing the weighted cart. They have merry go rounds for older and younger children that rotated continuously, and small trampolines. They needed more employees to supervise and clean. I only saw one employee there doing both jobs on a busy Saturday afternoon . They seem understaffed. They serve coffee/tea, and food as well. They have male/female bathrooms. They have TVs and lots of seatings with tables.

The space provided some push vehicles. It was cute when he went to fill the tank at the "gas station"

We came on a rainy day and had no trouble finding parking in the back. However, you must enter through the front, no access from the parking lot. Space is in a pastel color palate which was calming and cheerful. My 6 year old was hesitant at first and I could sense his hesitation that maybe the space was for a younger age. It did appear that way upon entering but there is a bigger ball pit area in the back with slides. I think it just depends on who is in the space because he was hesitant at first but then he found an older kid to play with and they had a blast together. All in all a good change of pace to kill a couple of hours esp on a rainy day!

Very spacious inside but tough parking! We were invited for a birthday and there was so many people but not much parking, I circled the blocks a few times and luckily the front had parking (2hours limit), but parking in the back seemed to be better because not many entered through from the front door. It was very spacious, loved how there's a register room to keep food and drinks out and there were plenty of seating as well! The party area is great, various things to do for toddlers to bigger kids. One hiccup was the control of the equipment, some things seemed to be falling apart such as cushioned slides and areas bit of little force is used it's fine. They offer reasonable priced regular services but the price for the whole place as a private party is a lot and worth it of you have alot of kids and adults! They also offer food and drinks for regular services as well and keep clean up after the private party. Restrooms are clean but can get wet so I'm glad they offer slippers outside the doors. Overall a 2 hours private party was so fun and the kids had such a great time! We all had to scatter and leave one time was up and they opened the place to the public afterwards.

First time here, My niece had her first birthday and they decided go with little dimples. It's basically a soft playground. They have some cute things here like a play supermarket, and a princess dress up area. Not the mention the large ball pitpit with the slides. Pro-tip if you are invited to a party here, get here early. (Especially if you have kids with you) Limited parking space. Some cool highlights: Decently priced food items if you come for the free play (get the zoomies out of your tyrant toddler) Slippers for the restroom (because you need to take your shoes off In the playground) There is a big screen TV showing the camera feed of the soft play area. I think this place could use some lockers though.

What an amazing place for kids and adults. Super clean and inviting environment. My kids couldn't wait to play. So many options and they can also dress up. Everything is new and modern. Security cameras to put parents at ease. They have food and drink options for the children and parents. We shared dumplings to start then Vietnamese coffee and tea to finish. Both were solid and exactly what we needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My kids left there very happy. Their new favorite place.

I was happy that an indoor playground opened up in this area. I think it is a great concept and it would be a great venue for kids birthday parties. There is a ball pit with many slides. There are cars for small children, small merry-go-rounds, small trampolines and toys through out the play area. Adults may accompany their small child in the play area. Everyone is required to wear socks in the playground but I noticed that many adults and children do not follow the rules. I think this rule should be strictly enforced. No socks, no entry! There is also a cafe inside serving snacks and drinks. So no outside food is allowed. This place gets really busy on weekends. If you do not like crowds, come on a weekday.

This place is perfect for little kids and toddlers! It has alot of room for the kids to Play around. They have slides, ball pits, and trampolines. The only thing that didn't make the experience very enjoyable was that there were ALOT of little flies or fruit flies. There were many in the bathroom and flying around the play room. I wanna go back, but the flies were a little annoying

so clean, so new! came her for a bday party and it was really cute. cute playground with pretend play sections. there's lots of slides and a huge ball pit. there's big dining areas on both ends for open and private parties. since you have to wear socks, i really liked that they had sandals for ppl to use when using the restroom. since we were there for a party, i didn't get to try any of their food but their menu looked good. the staff were nice enough? some looked annoyed while cleaning. cute for a party but i'm not sure i'd pay for day pass to take my kid here again.

My review is based off my kiddos experience and when we asked how many stars do you give Little Dimples my eldest said 5 stars! We came on a Monday afternoon to try to beat the weekend crowd and so glad we did. They had a blast and I love that I felt comfortable enough to not have to follow my 1 year old like a hawk. I was able to watch her from a distance while she explores. My 3 year old loved everything especially the dress up/make up area. We ordered some food and drinks and the kiddos really enjoyed the popcorn chicken. My 3 year old even asked to come back again next time so I guess that means we'll be back soon!

It is $35 for 2 hours on the weekend, and unlimited time on the weekdays. Since they host birthday parties, check their yelp or call to see if they are open on the weekends. One thing I like is about Wonderland is that I can bring my coffee or outside food/drinks while I watch my son play. Socks are worn in the play areas at all times. One piece of advice for adults, bring your exercise clothes because you will be warm going through the play areas with your young ones. If your child needs a space to expend energy, I would recommend bringing him/her here!

Everything is super colorful and set up in a way that actually keeps them entertained instead of getting bored after 10 minutes. One thing I really appreciated was how clean it was. That's always my biggest concern with indoor play places, and this one felt really well taken care of. The staff were also really nice and present without being overbearing, which made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. There's a good mix of things to do too--areas for younger kids and enough going on for slightly older ones so no one feels left out. It's one of those places where kids can just run around and be kids while parents can actually sit for a second and breathe. Overall, it just felt easy, fun, and stress-free. This place provided a red cart to transport our party supplies, which was very thoughtful. We also loved that the party area already felt festive and fun, so we didn't need to bring many decorations or balloons. The entire facility was very clean and well organized. There were also a few pleasant surprises that made the day extra special. The mascot came by to take photos with our birthday girl and our family, and we received a beautiful acrylic photo keepsake with both pictures. My girl also loved the little goodie bag that mascot gave to her. The kids had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. I also like that there is a mini fridge in our party room so we could keep our popsicles frozen until the end of the party. Another thing I would like to mention, is this place didn't feel overly crowded or too noisy, even though it was a Saturday afternoon (maybe we were lucky that day) If I had a couple of things to add on, I would love to have a little more setup time for us before the party starts, since we're only allowed to arrive 15 minutes early. We also wished the mascot could have stayed just a little longer (until we finish the birthday song) Overall, we're very happy we chose Funbox Arcadia for our daughter's birthday celebration. I was hesitant to go to the playground based off the reviews of kids playing rough, which I did witness, but I can't blame the business for that. When I went to use the membership for the first time, I arrived with my two sons after checking the business hours on Facebook and Instagram. When we got there, a man was doing maintenance on the playground and told us it would be about an hour before we could enter. My son, who has autism, was understandably upset, so I took him next door to the pet store to help distract him while we waited. After an hour, we returned--only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. At that point, I asked if my sons' memberships were active through Regional Center. The employee flipped through a notebook and couldn't even locate one of my son's memberships. We left because my son's patience was gone, which is directly related to his autism. This entire experience left a very sour taste. If a business offers social recreation services through Regional Center, accurate hours and organized membership records are essential. What's even more upsetting is that I later discovered Regional Center was charged for six months of membership, even though we never attended or used the membership at all. I never signed a contract agreeing to ongoing charges. I also received a text stating the membership would not be active if we didn't attend--yet they still billed Regional Center. Also, never extended services. Between the inaccurate hours, lack of accommodation, disorganization, and billing issues, I would not recommend this business to Regional Center families.

We never liked the "entrance fee" that I obviously know about and I stand by what I said: ADULTS ARE FORCED TO ORDER THEIR SUBPAR OVERPRICED FOOD FOR ENTRY aside from the entrance fee for their kids. The SGV eats post - I wasn't talking about one post. Geraldyne has posted several times and most of those times people have chimed in with their experiences and she removed her entire posts so people won't find the comments. Once again, trust the low star ratings. If you read them, you'll see a lot of them echo what I've posted here. --- If you have a toddler or a young kid, avoid this place. Read the lower rated reviews, because those paint a more accurate picture than glowing reviews from people who got discounts to this place. Adults are forced to order a meal as an entrance fee, and all the choices are subpar and overpriced. There was only one lovely staff member, an African American woman that unfortunately seemed to have left, because everyone else were not friendly nor helpful, and are barely present. The husband who supposedly cooks the meal made the driest, toughest, inedible steak salad and I couldn't even get help with my meal because there was no staff around to help, and whenever the husband came out, he would just be zipping in and out so fast I couldn't even catch him, and I couldn't leave my daughter by herself. The food choices for kids are also subpar. The play area itself is also subpar. There's very little options to play with, and whatever is there are mostly broken toys or have missing parts. The "separate" area for younger kids are always a huge mess to the point where it's safer for a 1-2 yr old to be in the general area with how disorganized it is. It's nothing but an afterthought, and bigger kids go there to mess up that area all the time No one really goes to clean up or check the play areas periodically, so even though it's part of their "rules", you see kids throwing toys at other kids, kids leaving messes around, etc. The positive reviews about these place are probably from people who've only been there once and have had some sort of discount. As a previous repeat customer who tried to give this place multiple chances, it is nothing but a cash-grab by greedy owners who care nothing about kids. The owner, Geraldine, also loves to promote her business on Facebook groups, and even whine about lack of "support" from people, but when previous customers try to make suggestions or anything remotely resembling a valid criticism, she'll remove the post so no one sees it. It's very dishonest, and shows what kind of people run this business. There are better places to go to entertain kids in SGV, don't waste your time and money here.

I did a review the same week I visited, but unfortunately, it got deleted. I can't recall all the…read moredetails, but I do remember that the games are quite expensive. Parking was also a bit of a hassle - the guy mentioned some issues with parking. My son absolutely loved the car VR game, and the others too. However, it's a bit pricey for our budget. The amount I paid could have easily lasted me 2 hours at Chuckie Cheese (peace!). This place is more suitable for teenagers or adults who want to hang out, rather than young children. It might be a good option for parents with young kids who want to chat while their kids play in the playground. The place is small, but they have some impressive equipment. The staff are incredibly helpful and nice with all these gadgets- I cannot assist my son. 3 stars for the pricey games, 2 for parking and 4 stars for the staff- do the math, I will still recommend for you to try and experience the fancy atmosphere.

Recently held my son's 1st birthday and everything was great! Service was amazing and they…read morecommunicated well with me from day 1. The playground itself was clean and we had no issues with any of the kids. Love that they have a baby area too. They left you cater your own food. They also help with some set up and some break down. Our group had a blast! We liked the idea of an enclosed party space since we have so many kids in our family/friend group. There is like a 100 people limit though (including kids) as they don't have a lot of sitting space. We brought extra tables and chairs to help with that which wasn't a big deal. We felt everything was clean and I see them actively cleaning the place when we left too for the next party. We would come back again.

This place was dirty and showed a lot of wear and tear. It was honestly disappointing. There were…read moreonly two employees working, and they were not enforcing the rules at all. Kids were jumping into the ball pits, and much older children were playing in the toddler area. My son was nearly jumped on twice because there was no supervision or enforcement of age-appropriate play areas. I don't care that admission was free because there was a private party later that day--I would gladly pay for a cleaner, safer, and better-managed environment for my child. Unfortunately, many of the parents seemed completely unconcerned with their children's behavior. The level of disrespect and lack of supervision from some families made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this place or return in its current condition. It's unfortunate because, with proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety enforcement, it could actually be a very cute place for kids to play. I had no time to take photos because I really had to watch my child then grab them to leave asap.
