went with a friend and our two 5 year old boys to check out little dimples on a summer weekday. the place had a good amount of kids but not overly crowded. it is much smaller than i thought it would be. there is a nice cafe area where parents can catch up on work while kids play. meals and drinks are also served in this area. the play area has 3 individual trampolines, slides going into a ball pit, and one of those plastic cars that goes down a slide. theres also a kitchen/food play area and a couple carousels. many kids were playing with the car slide incorrectly (taking the car away or going backwards), there weren't any employees patrolling the area or watching if the kids were playing safely. i would say its great for the 18mo-4 year old crowd but i felt like our 5 year olds were nearing the end of this place having enough to stimulate them. there is a parking lot in the back but only the front door is open so street parking would probably be best. read more

We absolutely love Little Dimples! My 5-year-old daughter could spend hours here and always has the best time. It's one of our favorite places to go, especially on hot days since it's indoors and air-conditioned. One of the best perks is that you can leave and come back later the same day as long as you keep your receipt, which makes it super convenient. The snacks are really good too--I highly recommend the strawberry matcha, it was delicious! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. We've came here twice and our kids love it! We have a 2 and 5 year old and it's enough activities to do to keep them busy, get their energy out, and freely climb things because it's mostly soft play. We came on a rainy day and had no trouble finding parking in the back. However, you must enter through the front, no access from the parking lot. Space is in a pastel color palate which was calming and cheerful. My 6 year old was hesitant at first and I could sense his hesitation that maybe the space was for a younger age. It did appear that way upon entering but there is a bigger ball pit area in the back with slides. I think it just depends on who is in the space because he was hesitant at first but then he found an older kid to play with and they had a blast together. Very spacious inside but tough parking! We were invited for a birthday and there was so many people but not much parking, I circled the blocks a few times and luckily the front had parking (2hours limit), but parking in the back seemed to be better because not many entered through from the front door. It was very spacious, loved how there's a register room to keep food and drinks out and there were plenty of seating as well! The party area is great, various things to do for toddlers to bigger kids. One hiccup was the control of the equipment, some things seemed to be falling apart such as cushioned slides and areas bit of little force is used it's fine. They offer reasonable priced regular services but the price for the whole place as a private party is a lot and worth it of you have alot of kids and adults! They also offer food and drinks for regular services as well and keep clean up after the private party. Restrooms are clean but can get wet so I'm glad they offer slippers outside the doors. Overall a 2 hours private party was so fun and the kids had such a great time! We all had to scatter and leave one time was up and they opened the place to the public afterwards. read more

I went to Little Dimples to celebrate my nephew's birthday. Daily Pass Pricing: $25 for kids over 2 years old. $20 for kids 1 year old. $15 for kids under 1. $5 off each sibling. You can get a bundle for $200 (10 daily passes). Although the back lot says handicap entrance and there is a ramp, it's not an entrance which is what confused us. My grandma is in a wheelchair so we walked up the ramp. There were no signs. We ended up going all the way to the front. It's wheelchair friendly in the front as well. The play area was clean. They just requested that we wear socks. My 4 year old nephew had a great time playing and making friends. There is a small ramp where you could pull up a ride on toy and slide down from it. It's a bit dangerous because there are no employees supervising that area. Children did pull up a ride on toy to ride down the ramp, and almost hit other children. The ball pit area was fun. Underneath and on the play equipment there were bridge/ net obstacles. My 1 year old nephew had fun pushing the weighted cart. They have merry go rounds for older and younger children that rotated continuously, and small trampolines. They needed more employees to supervise and clean. I only saw one employee there doing both jobs on a busy Saturday afternoon . They seem understaffed. They serve coffee/tea, and food as well. They have male/female bathrooms. First time here, My niece had her first birthday and they decided go with little dimples. It's basically a soft playground. They have some cute things here like a play supermarket, and a princess dress up area. Not the mention the large ball pitpit with the slides. Pro-tip if you are invited to a party here, get here early. (Especially if you have kids with you) Limited parking space. Some cool highlights: Decently priced food items if you come for the free play (get the zoomies out of your tyrant toddler) Slippers for the restroom (because you need to take your shoes off In the playground) There is a big screen TV showing the camera feed of the soft play area. I was happy that an indoor playground opened up in this area. I think it is a great concept and it would be a great venue for kids birthday parties. There is a ball pit with many slides. There are cars for small children, small merry-go-rounds, small trampolines and toys through out the play area. Adults may accompany their small child in the play area. Everyone is required to wear socks in the playground but I noticed that many adults and children do not follow the rules. I think this rule should be strictly enforced. No socks, no entry! There is also a cafe inside serving snacks and drinks. So no outside food is allowed. This place gets really busy on weekends. If you do not like crowds, come on a weekday. read more

First time here and wanted to try out something new with my toddler. Went on a Thursday 12 pm, literally 2 hours after they opened and there were already a few people there. Right off the bat, I can tell how unclean the place was. It made me question when was the last time they cleaned the ball pit and the whole area. There were dust and hair everywhere. Not to mention some of the balls were ripped and I couldn't wrap my head around it that they've only been opened for 2 hours and it's already that dirty?? There's no way. There were only a few kids and parents, so when was the last time the place was cleaned? i didn't take a picture of the restroom, but when we tried to wash our hands, their faucets were not working and they had a "no rinse" hand soap on the sink AND toilet paper to wipe our hands with. The front desk guy was not very attentive because when my toddler and I were waiting to order, he knew we were standing there, but ignored us as he was on his phone, until I asked "can i order?" Overall, my experience with this place was not that great considering this is a place that's mostly for toddlers and just seemed super unsanitary. read more

This place was made for parents in mind because THANK YOU for providing a space for our kids to play and a cafe for the parents with FINGER FOODS and HIGH CHAIRS! This is such a cute little indoor play space for the kids! My daughter seemed to enjoy it very much, and I appreciated that there were so many mommies and daddies with their children; everyone just playing . I really liked that the entire kids area was matted, not tiled or wooded. It made falls safer. They had multiple areas for different age groups which was really nice for all the infants- transitioning to toddlers . The finger foods were to the point, the popcorn chicken was good for toddler hands! Everything was fairly priced,which was really nice. They had one worker who worked everything and she handled the play space pretty well. I definitely see myself coming back here !! Also noted that there was only one staffer when we were here and that person was responsible for making the drinks, cashiering for incoming guests, and maintaining bathrooms and play areas. We've been to other indoor playgrounds and this one is my least favorite. My top requirement is children's safety and cleanliness which this place could improve on. My review is based off my kiddos experience and when we asked how many stars do you give Little Dimples my eldest said 5 stars! We came on a Monday afternoon to try to beat the weekend crowd and so glad we did. They had a blast and I love that I felt comfortable enough to not have to follow my 1 year old like a hawk. I was able to watch her from a distance while she explores. My 3 year old loved everything especially the dress up/make up area. Very very cute little spot to bring kids or have a small party! I attended a friend's baby's first birthday party here and it was very cute. There's a ball pen, slides, tiny merry go round, play kitchen, and just lots of stuff for kids to do. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of stuff for adults to do, just watch and play with the kids. We lost a sock in the ball pit, but also found so many random things in there. I wonder a little bit about the cleanliness of these places, but for the most part it seemed pretty clean. The private room was nice. Pretty spacious and fit a decent amount of people although it was a bit cramped. The parents ordered outside catering and i think opted for their milk teas? Good: Toys, slides & experiences for kids is well thought out. They have costumes for kids to try on & wear which was really cute. LOTS of balls in the ball pit area. The employee who checked us (me & a toddler) in was very kind & informative as this was our first time. What could be better: the cleanliness. Yes, it's newish stuff but it was dusty & "grimy" feeling throughout. I constantly dodged stepping on clumps of hair. One guest wasn't wearing socks or shoes which is against their rules but wasn't enforced. It was also warm inside. I could see the AC units on the wall with a temp of 74 & they were off. Would have been much more comfortable had they been set. I paid $20 to enter but only stayed for 30mins. Would have definitely stayed longer if it was cleaner. Cute but not well maintained. We got here on a weekday morning to check out this place. it wasn't too crowded. $25/kid. I was just really surprised this just opened recently- a lot of toys looked worn out and dated, wall painting was done poorly, floors outside of restrooms were wet, and no one was supervising/ cleaning the place during the two hours we were there. The only area that was staffed was the cafe. We also weren't told to sign any waiver, which felt kind of weird. They are not very flexible with you bringing your own food, especially in the cafe area. The play area was cute but pretty small, given the standards we had from previous indoor playgrounds such as little elephant, I think this place needs a lot more management and maintenance done. read more

Yes, the space is big and there is plenty of seating when we got there at 10am. But by 1030am the place was like a zoo. They definitely do not care how many people come in as long as you can pay. What I like about My Little Paris is that it is more regulated. You book a specific time and stay until your time is up. That controls and regulates how crowded the place is. I felt like I was part of a school recess. Although the place is new, some of the toys and items seem very runned down already. read more

I have been coming to Little Dimples since they first opened in Montebello, and now with the new location, we go back and forth between both! My kids are 7 and 9 years old, and they love that each location has its own different play areas and atmosphere. The decor at Little Dimples is cute and aesthetically pleasing at first glance, and I appreciate that adults are admitted for free. However, once you look more closely, the facility appears poorly maintained. Since the play space uses a lot of white surfaces and decor, stains and dirt are quite noticeable. The toys looked worn and not well maintained, and even the ball pit appeared dirty. Cleanliness was a major concern. My son wore white socks, and by the end of our visit, the bottoms were completely black from walking around the play area. I also noticed hair in multiple areas. Staffing also seemed inadequate. There was only one employee working, who was mainly at the counter or making drinks. Many indoor playgrounds have a second staff member dedicated to cleaning, vacuuming, or supervising the play area. Having only one person manage everything did not seem sufficient. To the owner: please do better on cleaning and staffing. For a children's play space, cleanliness and proper supervision should be top priorities. The concept and decor are nice, but the facility needs better maintenance and more staff to provide a quality experience. read more

They have a large ball pit area with slides along one side and a cute miniature kitchen, market, dress up area on the other side. Really wanted to love this place since I saw the grand opening video and some photos posted of this new spot. I've been to plenty of indoor playgrounds and this one slightly missed the mark. While my kiddo had a blast, I noticed the space itself wasn't very clean. The stairs had stains on it, the play kitchen's wooden stove was chipped, the handle on the play dressup area was broken, what I assume is a large coffee stain by the trampoline area. Overall could be cleaner for sure. Upon entry there isn't a gate that is closed until play time, it's just open so I can't just sit on the table and chairs on the opposite side and watch my kid without worrying if she could somehow get out from that point of entry. There was only one employee answering phones, checking people in, and managing the cafe stand so they're short staffed. They should have had someone walking around picking up the balls, cleaning up a bit, etc. While this place is still new, I'm sure they're working out the kinks. The cleanliness is something that should definitely be addressed first. Additionally, the bathroom floors were soaked and leaked into the hallway. Might give this place another shot if I'm in the area, but won't seek it out till things have been fixed. All that being said, my kid had fun. read more

What an amazing experience we had celebrating my daughters 3rd Farmers Market Birthday Party this passed Sunday at the Alhambra location. Staff was extremely friendly and the owner Sarah was very communicative from the initial booking to the day of. I cannot say enough good things about Little Dimples.
