It's very clean and staff is visible always there's a food truck and the water is nice and fresh not cold at all and free so you can't beat that Had to wait in line for opening time so if you want to get a table be there early to find parking and get in line

Five stars for overall cleanliness and fun. *mask usage for ppl on the sidelines is not enforced* Lots of places to sit under a shade if you're able to find a spot or people are nice enough to share a table. There is an attendant working and walks around now and then. Overall really cool place. *forgot to mention there are restrooms and rinse areas*

Awesome place to take your kids! My daughter enjoyed it so much. Wish there was more shade and parking lot because you have to park in the street (one way streets).

I have a lot to say. I really wanted it to be good, honestly. High hopes. I went last week because it was posted online that they were open. I got my son all excited. We showed up and it was closed (even tho the water was running. strange). I spotted a worker who said it would be open within a few days. Cool. So I show up today. I was completely unaware that there are sessions. 1-2pm session and 2:30-3:30 session. No info is posted online about that. I showed up at 2:45 and got in a huge line. I figured 45 min of play would be ok. The line was moving well. Then it stopped with 3 more families waiting in line. The worker (young female brunette with mask) says nothing to the people waiting in line. We have no idea why the line stopped. Capacity maybe?? No clue. Time is ticking. It got to 3:20. A few people in line started asking "are you gonna let us in? Are you closing at 3:30? There's only a few minutes left. Can u tell us what's going on?" It was loud enough to be heard by the workers. They ignored us. Promptly at 3:30 she comes to the gate and says "thank u for coming. We are now closed." WHAT THE F! We waited in this heat and asked repeatedly, just to be ignored! The sad thing is, this place looks like a lot of fun. My poor son was so devastated. Assholes.

    Great place!

Don't understand the negative reviews. This place was great for kids, had plenty of seating area and best of all, it was free!

Use a credit card to book your room, so you can use their quick check in line. Either way, make sure you take the exact card you use to book for checking in. Before you go, buy the discounted dining deal. You can only buy it in advance, and the food and drinks are pretty pricey, so you will spend $$$. I also suggest attaching your credit card to your wristband for convenience. We really enjoyed the pizza place onsite. We checked in on a Sunday and it was a bit crowded, but we managed to do it all in three hours. The kids loved the bunk bed, and my only complaint about our room is that the tub faucet leaked. The next day, we packed a bag with a change of clothes that we fit into a small locker for $12, and went back into the waterpark for a couple more hours. I recommend packing travel toiletries for a quick shower before leaving. They have plenty of showers, changing rooms, and a swimsuit dryer, but no toiletries in the waterpark bathrooms. Waterpark towels are provided and must be checked out and in or you'll be charged, so don't lose them. There's a water bottle refill station in the waterpark near the bathrooms. We didn't try many of the activities offered except for the arcade that offered packages starting at $35. Lastly, be sure to pay for parking before you leave. That was also $35. All in all, we got a deal on the room but spent more on food, drinks, games, and parking combined. My kids are 5 and 10, and they were able to go on just about everything that was open. One day was plenty of time if you don't plan on doing all of the activities.

The air conditioner in the room is a separate story, very noisy and blows extremely cold, it is impossible to set it to heat!

So crowded that we only stayed for an hour. That being said - each time we have been to this water park, it's always crowded. It was nice to have things more spread out where I didn't feel claustrophobic or trapped. Overall we had a great day here. We went on Memorial Day which I expected to be super crowded but it was manageable I have 2 kids under 10 and they were able to enjoy different aspects of the park. Here are my takeaways: Arrive early - that's the best way to get seats and get a few rides in before it gets busy. People seem to respect seat saving. So have a couple towels that you can leave to hold a spot. Bring snacks - the lines were long to get food. Try to avoid busy times or else you will be waiting for a long time. Also get the daily dining plan. We got food every 90 minutes until lines got super long. (The dining plan also works at Knotts across the street.) Wear water socks or shoes to keep your feet safe and clean. The ground gets HOT. Plus you won't have to leave your shoes and risk them getting taken. Bring towels, they do not provide any there. I'd even bring an extra towel or 2 so that way you always have a dry towel if you want to towel off during the day. Be prepared for chilly water. It was manageable, especially on a hot day. But my kids were chilly walking from one place to the next. Come up with a system for your kids in case you get separated. It's easy to get out of view, especially when you have 2 or more kids doing different things. Tell them where to go (or to stay put) if they can't find you, and where you will be. Put your kids in bright clothing so they stand out and are easy to spot. You can bring blankets and umbrellas to sit on the grass if you'd like. Lines will get super long as the day progresses. Get there early, ride as much as you can, then chill for the rest of the day. You have to be able to walk up a lot of stairs if you want to do the slides.

Only a couple of slides, a lazy river, and a kids area are there. Pretty small, but I think the price can be a bit cheaper for the content it provides. That said, I went on Glow Night, where tickets are just about 17 bucks, I believe I paid. You get about 3 hours of night time fun from 7 to 10, and it's pretty great for a summer day. You can buy some glow tubes for about 10 bucks and ride the lazy river glowing in the dark. That was fun, and it was worth the money. We were able to do everything in less than 2 hours, so the 3 hours for the price and for what you get, I think, is a good deal. Paying the 32 for me seems steep, but then again, it was pretty fun. I personally would not pay that price because you can go to bigger ones for a couple of dollars more. Regardless, it was a blast, and my kids had a blast. Everyone was nice, and the place was kept clean and safe. Plenty of parking

The park is on the smaller side, but it's perfect for families with young children. We rented a small locker for the whole day for just $8, which was perfect for keeping our valuables safe and dry. It was such a fun day out with the family. And the best part? Parking is free , a rare treat in California!

So maybe get food earlier In the day. Love the pineapple soft serve. Will say... the Mexican place ran out of beans in the middle of the day...not great service either. They also had a discontinued topping listed and double wrapped one of our burritos because they made a hole in it. Another burrito had a hole and no double wrap. They forgot salsa in one burrito and the cilantro lime rice had no flavor at all. I had to repeat myself at least 5 times about the toppings and it still came out wrong. We only ordered 3 burritos, all had the same toppings with one adding guacamole. The burritos were put together in such a way that they fell apart and ingredients were only in globs so you would get a mouth full of sour cream and then not much else ext. The workers would look down or away when talking and it was hard to hear them. They told me it was busy so of course they ran out of beans and it would take " like a long time" to make more. When I asked if there would be a discount for the burrito or even some more of another topping the worker looked at me and said " it's a build your own so like, no". We pushed the issue and they offered another scoop of overcooked rice. Kinda killed the fun vibe. Probably one of the worst burritos I have ever had. Paid close to $20 per burrito. Management needs to step up and train people better also problem solve for the busy end of season rush. It was not even the end of the day when they ran out of beans. Last thing- their showers are really really gross.
