It's very clean and staff is visible always there's a food truck and the water is nice and fresh not cold at all and free so you can't beat that Had to wait in line for opening time so if you want to get a table be there early to find parking and get in line

Five stars for overall cleanliness and fun. *mask usage for ppl on the sidelines is not enforced* Lots of places to sit under a shade if you're able to find a spot or people are nice enough to share a table. There is an attendant working and walks around now and then. Overall really cool place. *forgot to mention there are restrooms and rinse areas*

Awesome place to take your kids! My daughter enjoyed it so much. Wish there was more shade and parking lot because you have to park in the street (one way streets).

I have a lot to say. I really wanted it to be good, honestly. High hopes. I went last week because it was posted online that they were open. I got my son all excited. We showed up and it was closed (even tho the water was running. strange). I spotted a worker who said it would be open within a few days. Cool. So I show up today. I was completely unaware that there are sessions. 1-2pm session and 2:30-3:30 session. No info is posted online about that. I showed up at 2:45 and got in a huge line. I figured 45 min of play would be ok. The line was moving well. Then it stopped with 3 more families waiting in line. The worker (young female brunette with mask) says nothing to the people waiting in line. We have no idea why the line stopped. Capacity maybe?? No clue. Time is ticking. It got to 3:20. A few people in line started asking "are you gonna let us in? Are you closing at 3:30? There's only a few minutes left. Can u tell us what's going on?" It was loud enough to be heard by the workers. They ignored us. Promptly at 3:30 she comes to the gate and says "thank u for coming. We are now closed." WHAT THE F! We waited in this heat and asked repeatedly, just to be ignored! The sad thing is, this place looks like a lot of fun. My poor son was so devastated. Assholes.

    Great place!

We just finished up our swim lessons and we are very pleased. We started off with group sessions…read morethen transitioned to private lessons once my son was comfortable. The teachers we had were all great but my son really had a blast with Mr.Carter. He was punctual, had great energy and you could tell he cared about his students. We will definitely be coming back for more lessons soon!

What exactly am I paying for?…read more Seriously. I purchased a membership for lap swimming, but the reality is that members are constantly competing for access to THREE lanes. Not an entire pool. Three lanes. And apparently the expectation is that up to FOUR adults can share a single lane. Four. There was a day when a third person joined my lane and that was RIDICULOUS. Four people sharing one lap lane is not a quality swimming experience. It's overcrowding disguised as a membership benefit. Then there are the limited hours. Which I was initially fine with until everything else. There are the swim lessons and you will be removed from a lane if the instructor needs the lane you are already in. Then there is the jacuzzi, which seems to spend more time closed than open. I swim three times a week and I honestly can't remember the last time it was available. At this point, why advertise it as an amenity at all? And today I find... the facility is closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for a swim meet. The only notice given was a piece of paper taped to the door. A piece of paper. In 2026. Members provide phone numbers and email addresses when signing up. Why collect that information if you're not going to communicate closures that eliminate nearly half a week's worth of access? No email. No text. No notification. Just drive over and find out when you get there. The most frustrating part is that none of these issues exist by themselves. It's the combination of all of them. Limited hours. Limited lanes. Overcrowded lanes. Frequent jacuzzi closures. Priority given elsewhere. Unexpected facility closures. Poor communication. Yet the membership price suggests you're paying for a premium aquatic facility. You're not. For less money, I can join a gym with a lap pool, a functioning jacuzzi, longer operating hours, fitness equipment, and significantly better availability. City of La Mirada wants to charge premium membership fees while delivering a consistently limited experience. The entire operation feels incredibly cheap. Cheap communication. Cheap availability. Cheap member accommodations. But somehow not cheap membership prices. If members are expected to share three overcrowded lanes, lose access for entire weekends, receive no meaningful communication, and watch amenities remain closed for weeks at a time, then management needs to answer a very simple question: What exactly are we paying for?

Our last hoorah before summer ends and back to school officially begins…read more we spent the day here today after purchasing a day pass. There have been a lot of updates since my last visit just last year. New eating space inside, additional cabanas, and the outdoor pool has also had some upgrades with new sun loungers. There's a lot to do and you can easily spend the entire day here, like we did, filled with fun family friendly activities for all ages. $40 each for a day pass, definitely worth the price for all you can do. The food situation was a little disorganized, they are revamping the food scene inside the actual water park area, but I think once it's all done it'll be fine. We had a fun day!

The not so great: Water park is dirty. Hairs all over the floor like chunks of hairs everywhere not just a strand here and there. I was disgusted walking around in my bare feet. Also, during our time someone pooped in the wave pool (like adult size). I get that this is not the hotel's fault but disgusting watching it being taken care of in a biohazard bag and the thought of: is this water recycling throughout the whole park? We left right after that (5pm) so I'm not sure when it was opened back up but I know It was back up and running the next morning. Also, we had a cabana rented. My husband thought it would be nice to be near the bathrooms, but the smell coming from the restroom was horrendous so we luckily were able to move to a new cabana. If it had been any busier, we would've had to stay there or hopefully get a refund. I agree with another review, asking for a dress code because there were some outfits that were extremely inappropriate for such a family and kid friendly establishment. It was so rude and uncomfortable for me and my children! Hotel is under construction as well so parts of both lobby areas are blocked off.

There was a ton of people on an average weekday which I guess it's OC so to be expected. Bought the Residental All Access season pass for $93. The pass was regularly $109, but it went on sale before the park opens for the season. The park opened from 11am to 6pm every day. Can't wait for the Family Glow Night on Fridays from 7pm to 10pm. Felt the park was rather small. They had three tube rides (Devil's Punchbowl, Rattler's Revenge, and The Wildcatter), four water slides (Dusty's Mineshaft Racer), a lazy pool (Big Rock River), and a kiddie play area (Little Miner's Camp). Was able to go to all of the rides. The Devil's Punchbowl was the most adventurous ride. The Big Rock River was really relaxing. The park allows you to use the tubes free of charge. The food was very affordable. Place was pretty busy with mostly kids running around. There were plenty of picnic tables and lounges to put your stuff on. There were also lockers for rent ranging from $8 to $12. Overall, the park was really clean and fun. Good place to cool down and spend an hour or two.

I had read a lot of complaints about the staff beforehand, but I personally saw nothing like that during our visit. Everyone we interacted with was great. Almost all of the attractions were open, except for maybe one ride, and we had fun on all of them. I definitely recommend going on a weekday. The park felt like it was only at about 25 to 30% capacity, so wait times were very short for most attractions. It was also cheaper, at only $44 on the early weekdays. My only complaint is the food prices. They are extremely overpriced. $16.99 for a hot dog is absolutely insane, and everything else was similarly expensive. Pro tip: Park close to the entrance, bring your own food, and keep it in your car. You can leave the park to eat and then return afterward. You'll save a ton of money. Had I known that was an option, I never would have bought food inside the park. To Raging Waters management: Please lower your food and drink prices. More people would likely stay in the park and eat there if the prices were reasonable. The prices were higher than what you'd see at many NBA or MLB concession stands. I would have given a 5-star review if the food prices had been more reasonable.

Most of the staff were polite and one girl helped me Apple Pay for a locker through the little souvenir store; that was helpful since I didn't have my card and couldn't easily go back on the tram to get it from my car. One lifeguard was getting lippy on a power trip with her whistle by the lazy river, but whatever she's working in the hot a$$ sun I get it. This white family of four just shamelessly cut us in line on the aqua rocket so be prepared to stand your ground lol. Food we didn't even bother with cause it's overpriced and gross. We ate before but considering they don't even check your bags wrap up food in your towels OR have your baby in the stroller smuggle food in.
