The water park is cute for what it is; it costs about $32 to get in. The price is alright, but I would not pay it because the water park itself is very small. Only a couple of slides, a lazy river, and a kids area are there. Pretty small, but I think the price can be a bit cheaper for the content it provides. That said, I went on Glow Night, where tickets are just about 17 bucks, I believe I paid. You get about 3 hours of night time fun from 7 to 10, and it's pretty great for a summer day. You can buy some glow tubes for about 10 bucks and ride the lazy river glowing in the dark. That was fun, and it was worth the money. We were able to do everything in less than 2 hours, so the 3 hours for the price and for what you get, I think, is a good deal. Paying the 32 for me seems steep, but then again, it was pretty fun. I personally would not pay that price because you can go to bigger ones for a couple of dollars more. Regardless, it was a blast, and my kids had a blast. Who knew Palmdale had its own little water park? Admission is $26 for kids under 48 inches and $32 for adults, with special discounts available for Palmdale residents. I highly recommend you check out this water park! We had an absolute blast. It's really the perfect size to have fun and have some space but not so big it requires a plan and a whole day. It's a great place to refresh when it's hot out and you don't know what else to do with kids. There are two sets of slides. One has a mat you ride on going down on your stomach and the other is a tube situation. Each set has four different slides so there are plenty fir the thrill seekers. I'm not particularly into that part of it but I had a good time! Scary but, again, not overwhelming. Honestly, my favorite area is the little kids shallow pool because there's a giant bucket that keeps dumping water and for whatever reason I am mesmerized by it. We got food at the food court and the line did take is quite a while. The food was great tho! They have lots of icy cold drink options too. And there are two general stores for other snacks and drinks. The lazy river was also perfect. It's long enough that it takes a while to go around and it's fun even if there's not a tube to ride. Parking is easy and there is no extra charge. They do have caps on the number of people in the park though so, I'd advise getting tickets in advance. We had such a lovely day! read more

You now need to buy your tickets in advance because they sell out. They have 2 slide sections, lazy river, and a small children's section. Lazy river isn't relaxing, people splash water and bump into you nonstop. Be careful on the slides. I took water shoes and waterproof case for my phone and they didn't let me in with that stuff, I suggest to rent a locker and leave everything there. Overall it's a decent spot to go to. We got season passes for summer 2023 on a whim. We live locally & watched this place get build but never visited until this summer. I'm definitely bummed we waiting so long cause this is a nice little place to go in Palmdale to pass the time, stay cool & that's relatively cost efficient. It's also nice to not have to drive out of town too! There are 4 slide options in total, a lazy river & an area for littles to play that also has some very mini water slides (think playground jungle gym + water) 3 of the slides require the use of tubes (single tubs or buddy tubes) & are the blue, red & yellow slides. The last slide attraction is technically another 4 slides, but they are all the same. The appeal of this set of slides is that you're meant to race each other while going down. This is my daughter's (8) favorite attraction at the park and mine too! You can pick up some serious speed if you tuck yourself in just right & lean into the turns! However my major complaint with the park also stems from the racer slides. The walking area is nearly all unshaded & shoes of any kind are prohibited. Which means its burning hot trying to climb those stairs & cross those walkways. As of 7/24 they threw down a rug on one of the walkways but there are still loads of areas that also need help. I hope this can be fixed by next summer either by covering the walkways in canopy shades similar to the seating areas or maybe another way. The lazy river is a nice little getaway that I've noticed blocks the sound from the road & surrounding attractions really well. The crowd level in the river seems to ebb & flow; sometimes you're cramped in with lots of people & then next it feels like you're the only one floating along. My only complaint is the entry to the river that's close to the primary color slides has a drainage area that can get a nasty smell at times. The little kid area is pretty nice, but tends to fill up pretty fast. We don't spend too much time there, but there seems to be a lot to do for kids too small to ride the bigger slides. As mentioned before there are small slides alongside water shooters, bucket dumps, geysers & more. THE POOL IS NOT A PART OF DRY TOWN, its a public pool that shares a wall with Dry Town. The website for the park clarifies this as well. The food is surprisingly good, albeit a little pricey, but what isn't nowadays? We've had the cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, BLTA, asada burrito, chocolate Dippin' Dots, funnel cake & churros & they've all been delicious & very fresh. They do not keep things like the churros or pretzels in a hot box, which definitely keeps them from tasting stale. Its a bummer that they prevent any food or drinks from outside into the park, especially when so many other theme parks allow it. This has definitely caused us to leave the park early for lunch because spending around $15+ a person to eat & drink gets expensive. All day lockers can be purchased from $8 - $12, price is based on size & you are allowed to open them as many times as you'd like. Different sized cabanas can be rented & reserved ahead of time but we've not done that. There are also family glow nights where the park is kept open late & glowing tubes can be rented for $10. We have yet to do that as well. There are also free shoe/small item bins at every ride! There's an abundance of shaded places to sit & for all the times we've been we've never struggled to find a place to rest. We also don't stay in one spot for very long so we end up looking for a place to sit multiple times throughout the day. Now, we haven't been bigger than a group of 3, so I could see it becoming a struggle for larger groups or for sold out days. The bathroom is kept pretty clean & fans are kept inside to keep it from smelling musty. THERE ARE NO CHANGING ROOMS so if you need to get changed it'll have to be within the bathroom stalls at your own discretion. The lifeguards & blue shirt staff have all be incredibly courteous to us & life guards are not afraid to tell kids to stop rough housing or partaking in unsafe behavior. We've had no bad experiences with other guests. Park cleanliness is also great, there are employees constantly looking to pick up trash. Pricing is based on resident location and guest height. As Palmdale residents we were able to purchase passes for $74 each. Purchasing them before the season starts also gave us a price discount. With tickets averaging $25 that works out where if a pass holder goes more than 3 times the pass was worth the price, which we've far surpassed already this summer. Some added perks of getting the pass was allowing us entry to a pass holder only day at the start of the season & granting us entry even on sold out days. Again, my biggest complaint is the walkways & stairs for the racer slides need to have some sort of heat protection applied to keep people from getting burn injuries on their feet. Hopefully that will be addressed in time for next year! read more

I really love coming to this water park, but yesterday I noticed the life guards weren't on top of maintaining everyone's safety in the lazy river. There were multiple children fighting and screaming, they appeared to school aged without a parent/adult in sight from what I could tell.After this went on for some time one of the lifeguards eventually reminded them of the rules. Furthermore, my daughter was on a lounger and another child literally pushed their way onto the lounger even after we told them no! The child's father was literally right next to us and mentioned to his child passively to stop a couple of times while the child continued to push my daughter off the lounger and he stood by and watched without intervening besides the passive no's mentioned earlier. We decided to abandon the lounger and lazy river at this point and the father had the nerve to ask oh she doesn't need the lounger anymore? Are you serious how about an apology?! I never had any issues at Dry Town prior to this event and I really hope there aren't issues like this in the future it was extremely disturbing. This type of behavior could have resulted in injury if a responsible adult wasn't present. Please monitor the lazy river closely Dry town!!!!! read more

This is a review for just the food. The group of us went to Six Flags a few days ago and complained about the (lack of) quality of food there -- this place has got it beat both for taste and price! We ordered the burger, burrito, nachos, and fish & chips and we thoroughly enjoyed every single dish. Great portions, especially considering the prices! And the funnel cake was a great way to cap off our meal - perfectly crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. Worth paying the extra dollar to go all out on the toppings! You can't bring food into the park, but at least you are assured that there is great food available for purchase. Oh, and from what I hear - the snack shop will be selling pre-made sandwiches as well this summer. Hopefully that will alleviate some of the wait times during peak eating times. Took my 13 year old son here for the first time, had to pay full price for three hours before they closed. Fully dressed and not getting wet I still had to pay for myself to enter. The large pool and the big slide was closed and there were not adequate rafts for the crowd of people that were present Other parents there did not keep their children from harassing my son and beating on him for no reason. As good as it gets! This review is from me and the kiddos :) We were here last week on a Thursday (summer break) with my entire family. Parking was very spacious. Lots of space (it's also shaded) right in front of the entrance. Parking is also free. Entrance fee was $20 per child (3+) and adults are $25. Now the fun part : The park itself is pretty big. Not a Hurricane Harbor by any means. It's like a mini one. It's a perfect size of you ask me. Not too much walking to get to your destination. I had with me a 1 year old, a 4 year old, and a 9 year old. This park had something for all of them. We mainly hung out at the little kid section and the lazy river. The kid section had a few slides for the kids. They were perfect for them. The water level was staring from my ankle (on the lowest side) and went as high as mid calf (on the deepest side). Kids are not required to wear life vests but they can wear them if you want. I had mine without as I was always with them. They also have a sprinkler section for the kids to splash around, and a big bucket that would drop once it got full. Kids loved that! The lazy river was my ultimate favorite. It was about 4 1/2 feet deep and it was pretty strong. Lol. I underestimated it. This does require a certain height to be accompanied by an adult, however. And I was able to see why. We loved it. I loved that it was strong enough for the adults to have fun too. Only downside is that there is about 5 floaties going around. So good luck getting one. Lol. We came after breakfast so we didn't eat here. When we were starting to get hungry, we went to the snack store and it was your usual $2 per chip bag, $3 for soda, etc.. you get what I mean. It's pricey. They allow you to bring your own snacks so maybe I'll bring sandwiches next time. We loved it and look forward to going back! read more

had so much fun! rented a the premium cabana out. it came with 4 chairs, 2 loungers, 12 waters, 6 admit tickets, and the cabana all day for $200. best decision ever! the little miners camp is good for little kids. lazy river was fun. i didn't get to go on the slides. the food was as expected, there were a lot of choices from regular grill food (burgers, chicken strips, etc), to a few sushi options, bulgogi burrito, a LOT of snacks. you're able to go in/out of the park if you want to leave and eat then come back. i plan to return next month! read more

This place is freaking legit! It is a bit of drive if you live in West Palmdale, but absolutely worth it. Do not be threatened by prices: admission, food, etc., because the quality of service is excellent. Many people complained about the food prices, but the food is actually pretty good, and just like any other amusement park, they also need to make money. If you can't handle, don't eat there. Ordered: -fish and chips (comes with tartar sauce) -drytown burger (special, comes with avocado!) -mango smoothie (tasted more syrup than mango) -fruit cup( one among & ) -churro (delish) -two cookies (not impressed. Too much chocolate, and the cookie was kinda hard ) They have a children section called Little Miners (which has a cleaning routine where everyone evacuates the section for about 5min, to filter and clean). Super cute and fun!! There are different water slides, a devils pool slide and a lazy river. They also have a store for souvenirs, and if your child is not potty-trained, they provide diaper liners for you (can't remember price). We arrived closer to noon and it was not congested with ppl. They check your bags at the gate and security is super quick when it comes to all incidents. And yes, the Water is not ice cold. As a family that explores a lot of within SoCal, we weren't sure what to expect coming up to Palmdale for a water park but wow were we blown away! The first thing that was impressive was that parking was not in an open lot in the hot sun but under solar panels so when you were ready to go home your car has been under the shade the whole time. Then as we approached the main entrance, we were greeted by the friendliest staff ! We had a minor issue with our cabana reservation and that was sorted out in a very polite and professional manner. Now we enter the park and it was so clean ! I looked for trash the whole time and nothing !... people were respectful of each other and staff was everywhere to keep things clean and orderly. Lots of lifeguards actually watching the action not just chit chatting with each other. The facility itself had everything you need without it being overwhelming and having to walk a long time in the hot Palmdale sun.
