I cancelled my membership (which was on hold for a few months) due to medical reasons and the membership had continued to show active... The crazy thing about this is, you can't cancel your membership if it's on hold the only thing you can do, is make it active, then cancel it. The issue with this is, like me, once you make it active, they charge you in full for another month, I would suggest: 1. You put in a tech enhancement to allow customers to make a cancellation from a hold... 2. Put the information upfront where it's clear during your on hold flow, that if you decided to cancel later on, you will be charged for the following month... And let's not forget, you guys sent me an email saying I would be charged for $1.87, then sent another email 3 days later saying, I would be charged $50.57 for something I have not and cannot use... you guessed it, they charged me 6/2 for $52.44. I sent you my medical information (which is beyond me over a month ago) that outlines I cannot workout, and I'm stillllll waiting for you to confirm that I won't be charged. Beware of this "pool cleaning service"…read more Not consistent at all! Many times didn't show. When they come to "clean" the pool, they would come for five minutes skimming the top of the pool leaving all flooring, corners and other areas dirty with build up! Pool filter completely filthy. Didn't even show up last day after I polity let them know I can longer use them. Shows how little integrity they have and why they got fired! Definitely not a real cleaning service. Already hired a new company as they could tell these guys were ruining our pool. Again beware and highly recommend not hiring unless you want your pool dirty and giving away money.

Our pool filter cracked to the point of being unusable. High Desert quickly inspected and verified, recommended a replacement (that we are very happy with), and installed the replacement. The installation work was great, no leaks, and they went as far as to repaint our plumbing with matching color. We're new pool owners also, they gave us plenty of pointers for a newbie. Overall we had a great experience and would use again!

He worked with the HOA, City and whoever else he needed to talk to and made this experience seamless and remarkable. I talked to 6-7 other pool construction company's and all had good things to offer, however Kenn's personality, calmness and quality easily tip the scales and he sold us on his work. We couldn't be any more happier with our backyard oasis.

The entire construction process went so smoothly--it honestly couldn't have gone better. The only hiccup came from delays with the city's building department where they needed extra steel reinforcement, but Sunsplash handled everything with patience and kept us updated the whole time. Their quote came in a bit higher than some others we received, but looking back, I'm so glad we chose them. The peace of mind, the quality of the work, and the total lack of issues made it well worth it. You really get what you pay for. We love our new pool, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sunsplash to anyone looking to build or remodel. They truly care about the work they do and it shows.
