But Machines need to be fixed way more often. I've seen machines go months with out being replaced or fixed and that just feels like the owner is cheap and doesn't wanna fix anything. Love and miss this place so much. Best coaches ever…read more Parents, be very careful where you take your kids to. We got out of a place where the owner was a crazy, psychotic guy who couldn't even keep a good relationship with his employees so he was short staffed and he was the one giving the classes to the little ones. He pinched one of my kids who was only 4 years at the time and left a big bruise on his right arm. When I confronted him, he got all nasty. I left his place and wrote a bad review on his business. He threatened me and continued to call my husband several times a day so that I would delete the bad review from his page. That guy was definitely mentally unstable. No wonder his business is closed! After doing a more careful research of where to take our kids, we found SoCal Fight Factory. I regret not finding this place before and exposing my kids to danger by taking them with that psychotic brazilian guy in Palmdale on Grand Cypress Ave . SoCal Fight Factory is a safe place for kids. The coaches are Amazing. They all earned our respect and admiration. My kids learned so much from their coaches, specially from Marco. We miss this place so much. Unfortunately, we had to move out of California and we haven't been able to find another place like SoCal Fight Factory. To be honest, what we miss more from California besides the weather is SoCal Fight Factory.

My Personal Trainer at Inshape Gym in Palmdale, CA, Juan Anguiano…read more I joined Inshape in 2014 when they first opened in West Palmdale. Although my experience with Inshape was the best. My personal trainer Juan was amazing. So, I plan to write a separate review on the Gym so there is no confusion. Juan was very customer service oriented and also took a professional interest in my overall well-being. Whether it was inquiring about my day at work or my eat habits of the day. He strived to ensure I was in the right mental state to perform the physical demands of the workout. He sincerely took an interest in making sure my overall fitness goal were achievable and realistic. On several occasions he had to push pass how I was feeling after a long day at work to motivate me to meet the daily challenge and/or fitness goal. My experience was more than expected. His positive attitude made him a pleasure to work with. He always exhibits a high level of professionalism at all times, which helped me overcome the concern of having a male trainer. He made me feel comfortable with my decision to purchase the Personal Training services and entrust Him with my personal fitness needs. I always felt comfortable asking questions and received an honest and trustworthy response. Juan went above and beyond to make my experience worth writing about and sharing with others. I never felt rushed. I believe Juan possesses the characteristics of a great personal trainer, who is knowledgeable and aware of his individual customer's needs. As I can be a hand full at times, Juan never gave up on me. Juan not only trained me, he taught me how to push pass the pain and endure until the end. Juan definitely made a good impression. Juan sets the standard and challenges HIGH! He will not let you fail yourself if you listen and follow his instruction. I highly recommend Juan A. When my training sessions expired, I was sad that I would no longer have Juan as my personal trainer, but not sad to leave Inshape. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion. Respectfully Submitted, M. Brown

I cancelled my membership (which was on hold for a few months) due to medical reasons and the membership had continued to show active... The crazy thing about this is, you can't cancel your membership if it's on hold the only thing you can do, is make it active, then cancel it. The issue with this is, like me, once you make it active, they charge you in full for another month, I would suggest: 1. You put in a tech enhancement to allow customers to make a cancellation from a hold... 2. Put the information upfront where it's clear during your on hold flow, that if you decided to cancel later on, you will be charged for the following month... And let's not forget, you guys sent me an email saying I would be charged for $1.87, then sent another email 3 days later saying, I would be charged $50.57 for something I have not and cannot use... you guessed it, they charged me 6/2 for $52.44. I sent you my medical information (which is beyond me over a month ago) that outlines I cannot workout, and I'm stillllll waiting for you to confirm that I won't be charged. Never again! #BBB #FraudAlert #scammers

If you've never done Pilates (I hadn't!) or never worked out they will get you the specific guidance you need and there are different class levels so you can progress. These types of studios start at the front desk (no way I want to work out somewhere when the first person I meet is rude, but I've never had that issue.) Each of the front desk staff has always been welcoming and helpful...they get to know you so they check you in before you even tell them your name. Heck you'll even see the manager checking people in! The instructors each create an inclusive environment where all body types and fitness levels are celebrated, making it easy for beginners and seasoned athletes and everyone in between to get a good workout in. You may not feel like you're working hard but you'll feel it the next day! I also like that they will correct your form so you don't go months with doing it the wrong way. Whether you're building strength, improving flexibility, or just trying something new, Club Pilates is such a fun workout. Plus they offer free intro classes so you can see if you'll really like it.
