Three-year-olds are still learning impulse control, attention, and classroom behavior. In my opinion, there were many opportunities for redirection, coaching, or communication with the parent before resorting to removing her entirely from the class. What troubled me most was the emotional impact the experience had on my daughter. Rather than helping her learn, the situation left her feeling rejected and discouraged. A positive learning environment for young children should balance expectations with patience, understanding, and age-appropriate behavior management. Because of this experience, I chose to withdraw my daughter from the program and requested a refund for the month I had recently paid. Families considering this gym should be aware of how behavioral issues are handled with very young children and decide whether that approach aligns with their expectations. On a positive note, we always had good experiences with one of the coaches, coach Eva (not referenced above), and I did appreciate the structure and variety of activities during the class.

We moved her to AV twisters and she was immediately put in the next level. After about a year they recommended advancing her again due to how well she was doing. They let us know up front what to expect since it meant longer classes since she would start training to compete. The staff is really understanding and nice to the kids. They consist of current advanced or prior students so they've all gone through the same school. It's amazing how far she's gone in the short time here. If you are looking for a gymnastics place for your child I highly recommend them. They also offer a discount if you have multiple children enrolled.

Our phone call consultation was great, our first session was great. Then I showed up to our next session only to be ghosted. Place was locked up and no one there. I called to see if anything happened or changed. I left voicemails, I left more voicemails. Never had a call returned. So my consultation was pretty much a waste since we never had another session since I can't get a phone call returned. If you for some reason need to borrow shoes because of finances or your child forgot theirs... they have an area dedicated to this and you can donate your little ones shoes that no longer fit them. THAT to me is just HEARTWARMING. This place is a complete gem and I am so glad I didn't go with other studios we tried. What a blessing he is to both his local and CrossFit communities. Training with him today was wonderful. This is a spacious gym, and I love that they have a dedicated room for kids to hang out in while their parents train. The equipment isn't the best, for example the pec deck has these rubber bumpers that stop you from being able to get a full contraction. The second time the person working didn't have access to member files and couldn't cancel it.

Not a single smile and not a single worried with the young lady. 5 stars to the mom that helped me and answered all my questions. 1 star for the employee that suppose to be helping customers. Good luck trying to get a word out of the employees mouth.
