My two young daughters love their coaches and always have fun in class. The coaches are kind and very patient. They don't currently have a team but they're sort of rebuilding that aspect of the gym. Overall it's a wonderful place for kids to gain strength, confidence, and to make friends. We're so happy to have enrolled our kids.

They have a ton of cubbies for the kids to keep their items , the gym area is surround by thick mats so it feels safe for them to use equipment need the parent sitting area and cubby holes. Three-year-olds are still learning impulse control, attention, and classroom behavior. In my opinion, there were many opportunities for redirection, coaching, or communication with the parent before resorting to removing her entirely from the class. What troubled me most was the emotional impact the experience had on my daughter. Rather than helping her learn, the situation left her feeling rejected and discouraged. A positive learning environment for young children should balance expectations with patience, understanding, and age-appropriate behavior management. Because of this experience, I chose to withdraw my daughter from the program and requested a refund for the month I had recently paid. Families considering this gym should be aware of how behavioral issues are handled with very young children and decide whether that approach aligns with their expectations. On a positive note, we always had good experiences with one of the coaches, coach Eva (not referenced above), and I did appreciate the structure and variety of activities during the class.

She was going to another gymnastics place before her and they would not advance her even though she was on par with the next class up. We moved her to AV twisters and she was immediately put in the next level. After about a year they recommended advancing her again due to how well she was doing. They let us know up front what to expect since it meant longer classes since she would start training to compete. The staff is really understanding and nice to the kids. They consist of current advanced or prior students so they've all gone through the same school. It's amazing how far she's gone in the short time here. If you are looking for a gymnastics place for your child I highly recommend them. They also offer a discount if you have multiple children enrolled.

Our phone call consultation was great, our first session was great. Then I showed up to our next session only to be ghosted. Place was locked up and no one there. I called to see if anything happened or changed. I left voicemails, I left more voicemails. Never had a call returned. So my consultation was pretty much a waste since we never had another session since I can't get a phone call returned. I say this because kids are little people who deserve just as much respect and understanding and communication as adults do. When my child had an accident her teacher comforted her and positively and showed her so much empathy. I mean this was only her first time being around her. Wow! This is the type of establishment that deserves our hard earned dollars. My little person felt so reassured and comfortable with her teacher. If this isn't enough, let me tell you about their loaner area. If you for some reason need to borrow shoes because of finances or your child forgot theirs... they have an area dedicated to this and you can donate your little ones shoes that no longer fit them. THAT to me is just HEARTWARMING. This place is a complete gem and I am so glad I didn't go with other studios we tried. Omg I almost forgot, to try a class, guess how much the fee is (since every place is pretty much charging now), it's $0. That's how it should be. What a blessing he is to both his local and CrossFit communities. Training with him today was wonderful. This is a spacious gym, and I love that they have a dedicated room for kids to hang out in while their parents train. Unfortunately, my experience today, September 12, 2026, was very different. At approximately 11:10 a.m., as I was leaving the gym, I noticed that the location had received a new scale. I approached the front desk, which was occupied by two staff members, Aaron, the supervisor, and a female employee. I asked the female employee if I could use the new scale. Rather than responding or attempting to assist me, she simply stared at me. Aaron then stepped in and informed me that the scale was not available for use. I then returned to the restroom to retrieve something I had forgotten in the locker. When I came back out, I approached the front desk again and asked Aaron about the intended functionality of the new scale. While I was speaking with Aaron, I noticed that the female employee was looking at me with what appeared to be a very unpleasant or disgusted facial expression. I asked her if there was a problem. She asked what I meant, and I explained that when I initially approached her about the scale, she did not attempt to assist me and instead looked at me in a manner that I perceived as unwelcoming. She responded, "That is my face." I told her that if that was the way she presented herself to customers, she should reconsider working there, since her position involves customer service. I then asked for her name, and she refused to provide it, stating that she did not have to give me her name. I subsequently asked Aaron whether company policy requires employees to wear a name badge and/or provide their name when requested by a customer. Aaron informed me that employees are not required to wear a name badge or provide their names upon request. This was a very unpleasant and unexpected experience, particularly because I have been a customer at this location for more than three years and have generally had positive experiences with the staff. I believe this employee could benefit from additional customer service and de-escalation training, particularly regarding how employees communicate with and respond to customers. I would also appreciate clarification from management regarding the policy: Are employees not required to wear a name badge and/or identify themselves by name when requested by a customer? Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I hope management will address this situation appropriately and ensure that all staff members maintain the level of professionalism and customer service expected at this location.

She suggested to speak to the girl behind the counter. I approached the counter and she was sitting there texting and not a single HELLO. I proceeded to ask her a few questions and all she said was to look at the paper for times and prices and then continued texting. Not a single smile and not a single worried with the young lady. 5 stars to the mom that helped me and answered all my questions. 1 star for the employee that suppose to be helping customers. Good luck trying to get a word out of the employees mouth.

They have a great starter special $99 for 9 weeks which includes a complimentary uniform. If your child chooses to continue on, however, it gets a little expensive but is soooooooo worth it! The annual dues are $1095, and around $225 for sparring gear. This is for 3 classes per week (2 regular classes, and 1 sparring session). So the annual fee comes out to $7.30 per class. Be warned, though, because they want a commitment from the child and parents alike, they ask for the full amount up front, or you can pay it in 4 installments if you cannot choke down the entire fee at once. I cannot stress enough how much self confidence and self motivation my daughter has gained studying Taekwondo with Master Han and his Black belt teachers. She looks forward to every class, and I look forward to taking her!
