Our host , I think her name is Kristy, help us to set up and was always checking in to see if we needed anything. This place provided a red cart to transport our party supplies, which was very thoughtful. We also loved that the party area already felt festive and fun, so we didn't need to bring many decorations or balloons. The entire facility was very clean and well organized. There were also a few pleasant surprises that made the day extra special. The mascot came by to take photos with our birthday girl and our family, and we received a beautiful acrylic photo keepsake with both pictures. My girl also loved the little goodie bag that mascot gave to her. The kids had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. I also like that there is a mini fridge in our party room so we could keep our popsicles frozen until the end of the party. Another thing I would like to mention, is this place didn't feel overly crowded or too noisy, even though it was a Saturday afternoon (maybe we were lucky that day) If I had a couple of things to add on, I would love to have a little more setup time for us before the party starts, since we're only allowed to arrive 15 minutes early. We also wished the mascot could have stayed just a little longer (until we finish the birthday song) Overall, we're very happy we chose Funbox Arcadia for our daughter's birthday celebration. Kelsie and her crew (Sophia, Rebecca & Mattie) did a phenomenal job for my granddaughter's 1st birthday party. Kelsie herself was a complete blessing!!! She is an amazing & very thorough party planner. From the first phone call inquiry, answering all my questions and kept me in the loop for anything else via email or phone call until the party date. When you read, with the VIP package all you need to do is show up with your child, that's literally all you have to do! The food and beverages were excellent choices. Everyone from children to adults enjoyed themselves! Thank you again Kelsie & crew for a wonderful, stress free celebration! They thoroughly explained the process and timeline for our event and put out the coffee, bagels and donuts we brought for our guests to eat outside of the play room since we had a 9am start time. The kids had a great time playing and our hosts had the dining room set up with decorations before our eating time. It was great that they were able to blow up a few balloons that we brought (for an added fee) that were specific to the theme. We only bought pizzas from Scooters Jungle and brought other food ourselves, but everyone enjoyed the pizza. They did a great job serving the dessert and helping us pack up our things at the end. Overall, they provided top notch experience from A to Z and made hosting super easy. Would definitely recommend having your kids' birthday party here if you're considering it!

i went here for a birthday party…read more my major complaint is that when we got escorted out of the play area and into the dining area i had forgotten a diaper bag and went back inside the play area we just exited and there was a new party already inside, there was no type of cleaning or wiping down of the play area thankfully my kids didn't catch anything but if they had i would have been even more upset, for this i give them 3 stars
