I went to kiddie zone recently after seeing it on social media. I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in. I had brought my 8 month old there to have some fun and get out of the house. When I walked in, I was greeted by a nice woman, and I filled out a waiver online. Once I looked around, I was a little disappointed. There are a few pieces of equipment set up, like a slide and a plastic playhouse. But unfortunately most of the equipment was not age appropriate for my 8 month old. I think the ideal age for this type of playplace would be 2-3 years old. Anyone older than 6 would definitely not have much fun here. It makes me sad that just a year ago I loved this place so much and now I'm having to update my review and not for a good reason. Kiddie zone used to be a relaxing place to bring your kids to play but now they're so focused on enforcing their hour limits and rules that I spent my last visit staring at my watch and feeling stressed. I witnessed first hand an employee tell a parent who was feeding their toddler that they had to leave cause their time was up. Mind you they were no longer in the play area and the place was basically empty. I was taken aback cause this isn't the Kiddie Zone I remembered. Being a parent is stressful enough to still have to deal with situations like these in a place that's supposed to be kid friendly. I get it you have rules and that it's your employees job to enforce them but what about the customer experience? You confidently feel you're making us feel welcome? Food for thought. read more

We had a great time celebrating my daughters 1st birthday last week. They were able to take care all of the decorations all we had to do was give them a theme. Kids played for hours, parents and family enjoyed themselves as well. It was the easiest, stress free birthday party. Definitely recommend if you have little ones. read more

We love Kiddie Zone. My husband and I decided very last minute to rent a space to celebrate our 2 year old son. We looked at many venues but this one stood out. They were exactly what a 2 year old loves to do all day. Play. We reached out to them Dec 27th for a possible date of Jan 2nd. I know!!!! But they did it. They accommodated us, booked up, set up the most gorgeous themed kids table and balloon garland. The whole place was reserved for us so it was very comforting. They disinfect EVERY THING. From the tiniest blocks to the largest climbing toys. Parents should feel safe bringing their babies here. Cleanliness is a priority. Let me just say, this place is so great to take your little ones! I've been coming here for a few years now and my daughter loves it! They always have special events going on and we attended one of their Easter celebration events. There was music, an Easter egg hunt, coloring and crafts for the kids, and the staff make the experience even that much better! We had my daughter Autumn's 1st birthday here and it was great! This is def for kids 7 and under. We had the whole place to ourselves and Katherine was so helpful and accommodating to us! I loved the ballon garland and table set up that was included in the party package. Super cute! My only suggestion is/was to have more time inlcuded in the party package as the little kids don't want to leave and since the kids are occupied playing neither do the parents lol. We didn't have time to open the presents and felt a little rush to get out in time due to the time requirement. Otherwise it was a hit and I'd have another party there again! read more

We celebrated our son's 1st birthday here and had the most incredible time! Since day one, Katherine and staff were amazing and helped us with every detail. We had previously attended my friends 1st year birthday party a few months back and we immediately knew we wanted to celebrate there! The amount we paid for the quality and privacy of such a location is beyond worth it. Once the day came, Katherine and staff went out of their way to help us set up! As new parents there were a few things we didn't bring and/or forgot but to our relief Katherine came to the rescue! The balloon garland and kids table was so beautifully decorated! KiddieZone is amazing because kids have a blast in a safe, clean, and private location so that parents can enjoy their visit the best! They also provided an awesome speaker, refrigerator, and additional tables! All of my guests were impressed with the location and are now planning to celebrate their little one's special day here too! I started coming here a week after they first opened and I made sure to share on instagram because this is what families with little ones needed in this area! I was tired of driving far just to find something to do with my little one. I know that i can just take her to a little park but when it is too hot or too cold, this little spot is perfect! The owner is super nice and welcoming and so is her employee (woman in her mid to late 20's with dark long hair). I think spending $14 for a day pass is so well worth it. You can also do the $10 for an hr as well. I'll definitely continue bringing my little one to this place. read more

Located in the busy Whittier Blvd. site. It's nice to see this area has a kids place and not another dispensary. The inside is clean and orderly. They used the space wisely and the layout is open despite its small size. There's a couple of toys and items for kids to let their imaginations go wild. I had my 5 & 6 year old niece and son go and they enjoyed themselves for about a good 60-70 minutes. Having said that, this place is best suited for kids no more than 6 and that's a stretch. My kid had a great time this past Monday. Lots of toys and activities to last the whole hour of playtime. Place is very clean and accessible with plenty of parking. Thinking of getting the monthly pass if my work schedule changes. Beats driving to Pasadena every week. read more

I've taken my kids to many indoor playgrounds. Kiddie zone is definitely different than the rest. It's extremely small. After taking my kids at least 10 times in the last year, I've concluded that it's best for ages 9m-3 years old based on the mini slides, ball pit, and kitchen play area. Also, I've never been happy with the hourly rate of $10. There's no way to predict how long a child will last playing, so paying hourly is odd. It should be a flat rate of $10 per day based on the space and toys there. For an additional $4 they allow all day play with no time limit. So, I always pay $14 for the all day because paying for 2 hours comes out to $20 each. So $28 vs $40? I always choose the cheaper option obviously. All other indoor playgrounds are a flat rate for this reason. Events held (not including birthday events) are very overpriced for what's included. Lastly, the hours of operation are not consistent. Only being open in the afternoon, closed on odd days and times is very frustrating when trying to plan a visit there. Although Kiddie Zone gave my kids (2.5 and 4) a couple hours of distraction from home once in awhile, we won't be returning as they have outgrown it. read more

Honesty love this indoor playground so much I have gone twice now I went during their opening week and I recently went again. The vibe is so amazing and my little toddler gets to have so much fun here. I love how they have the little gate around so the children are not able to run around where the tables are. The staff has always been friendly and very welcoming. I totally recommend if you have toddlers. The toys they have are very safe. Although one of my recommendations would be if they can maybe switch it up and add a little bit more but from there on it is amazing. read more

Everything was easy to setup and breakdown, our birthday package included decor which was helpful in pulling off our theme, and the staff was very helpful in coordinating prior to and during the party. I would give it at 5 star but lately the business hours are not matching what's being advertised. This has been 2 occasions I've came at 5pm when closing was suppose to be at 7pm . This second time I checked the page and time of closing before heading there. I finally arrived and they state they close at 6pm. The sign outside states 7PM.
