I was fortunate enough to have Michelle as my wedding coordinator and hiring her was truly one of the best decisions I made while planning my wedding. From the very beginning Michelle was organized, responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day perfect. What started as a vendor-client relationship quickly grew into something that felt much more personal. She truly cared about us, our vision, and making sure every detail came together seamlessly. On our wedding day everything ran so smoothly because of Michelle. She handled all the behind the scenes logistics, coordinated with vendors, kept everyone on schedule, and allowed my husband and me to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Any stress or last-minute issues were taken care of before we even knew about them. Since the wedding we've received countless compliments from our guests. Many have told us it was one of the best weddings they've ever attended and we honestly credit so much of that to Michelle's hard work, experience, and dedication. Beyond being an incredible coordinator Michelle is simply an amazing person. She made the planning process enjoyable and always made us feel supported. By the end of the process she felt more like my bestie than just a wedding coordinator. If you're thinking about hiring Michelle as your wedding coordinator, do it. Michelle was the BEST coordinator my husband and I could have asked for!! She was incredibly organized throughout the entire process, which lifted so much stress off of us during the final few months before the wedding. She even asked important detail and timeline questions that I hadn't even thought about, which made our actual wedding day feel seamless and perfect down to the smallest details. Michelle from Cheers to Two is a wedding WIZARD - 100% recommend her to future couples planning their wedding! SoCal has a huge wedding industry so it can be hard to know who to go with - I started my search by emailing inquiries to a bunch of planners, and I knew it was a good sign when Michelle was the first one to email me back and to set up the initial video consultation! We ended up booking her partial planning package, which includes some additional design services (she sent us powerpoints full of possible design ideas) and vendor services (she gave us lists of several vendor recommendations, including her in-network vendors that offer special perks for her clients! We were especially impressed by her recommended florist.) Her organizational strengths really shone in the lead-up to the wedding, particularly with handling the logistics of all the different vendors. (Even our makeup artist commented on how on-top-of things she was in sending out vendor-specific timelines.) Michelle even caught a detail in our venue contract regarding event insurance that I had completely missed! Our wedding day itself was absolutely stress-free, thanks to Michelle's hard work! She had never worked at our venue before, but she ran the day so smoothly, it felt as if she had worked there many times before! So much of what she does is behind-the-scenes - not only does she masterfully conduct all of us through the timeline of the day, she also takes care of all the little things that come up, from helping our photographer get the bouquet for his shot, to having handheld fans at the ready. So many of our guests commented to me about how streamlined the day was, and that is truly a testament to Michelle's skill. And at the end of the night, when we were tired and getting ready to collect our decor, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Michelle and her team had ALREADY packed everything neatly away for us! (Another bonus to Michelle's services is she provides many items for couples to borrow - we used several of her decor options, which saved us from having to buy so many single-use items!) AND she does all of this with her cheerful and friendly attitude, always with a smile on her face. She checked in on us throughout the process (even including at our hotel the morning of!), and was incredibly reliable, responsive, and ready to help however she could. You will truly be in good hands with her and we absolutely recommend her to other couples!

We absolutely loved working with Michelle (Cheers To Two)! We found her through our wedding venue, where she used to work. All the staff that knew her raved about her and after our first details meeting, I could tell she was exactly what we were looking for. She helped us with everything from finding vendors to planning out detailed timelines to executing our vision day-of for a seamless wedding day! Throughout the entire planning process, she was well-organized, proactive, and truly on top of every minute detail. She always stayed one step ahead, keeping everything on track. With her positive, encouraging attitude and how genuinely thoughtful she was, she made us feel supported through every decision. For any questions we had, whether in direct relation to our wedding or not, she always had an answer or recommendation ready to go. Michelle was amazing! I would have been completely lost without her leading up to the wedding. After our first meeting, which she prepared so well, she took over all communication with vendors, and it was such a relief. She was very organized, quick to respond to texts and emails, and always answered all my questions. She's not only professional but also such a lovely person who truly loves what she does. There are two main things that turn a wedding into a great wedding, planning and coordination. My wife and I took care of the former, but we needed major help with the latter.... Hiring Michelle / Cheers To Two as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions my wife and I made before our wedding. The week my wife and I were doing phone interviews for day-of coordinators, Michelle was our first call. By the end of the call I whispered to my wife that Cheers To Two was the one, cancel the rest of the interviews. I can read people pretty well and I could instantly tell that Michelle genuinely cared and I could trust her to coordinate our wedding to perfection. Our day wouldn't have been as perfect as it was if it wasn't for Cheers To Two. Michelle FAR exceeded my expectations and really WOW'd me with her attention to detail, perfect day management, and her infectious genuine happy attitude! She worked so well and seamlessly with all our vendors, I could have sworn they've worked together all the time. In the months and weeks leading up to the big day, Michelle took over communication to all vendors, sending them detailed maps of venue and precise personalized itineraries. Every vendor knew where to be, when to be there, and how to solve any issues by communicating to Michelle. But honestly, with Cheers To Two's coordination, there were no problems. The communication she had with my wife and I months, weeks, and days leading up the big day made sure everything was accounted for. Every person that interacted with Michelle, loved her! She treated my wedding-party, parents, families, and vendors with such a happy demeanor and respect, all while looking so cool and collected. This allowed me to fully trust her and allowed me to focus on the most important thing, my lovely bride. Both my wife and I felt so relaxed during our day and fully got to be present and actually be the guests of honor at our own grand party! Two weeks later from our wedding and I'm still hearing from guests that our wedding was one the most fun and well-organized weddings they've ever been to. Two of my favorite things about Michelle the day of the wedding was that she was enjoying the wedding just as much as us and our guests. She took so many pictures and videos throughout the day and even airdropped them to me at the end of the night. My wife and I were so appreciative of that because we could relive so many moments while still waiting for our professionals. She was also more prepared than an Eagle Scout, she wore this Mary Poppins fanny pack that had anything and everything that you could need in a wedding mishap. Scissors, sharpie, detergent pen, mints, safety pins, and a handheld fan were just a few things we needed from her throughout the day. By the end of the night, everything that she had set up for us had been broken down, wrapped up, and put away. All we needed to do was pick up our Rubbermaid bins and throw them in the car. She even packed and labeled ALL our food we didn't get to eat (we only got to the 2nd course of our 8 course meal). My wife and I were able to enjoy all our well-packed leftovers the next day while going through all the pictures and videos Michelle and our friends took for us! I never believed people before when they said that their wedding day was one of the happiest day of their lives...but now I totally understand. It wouldn't have been one of mine if it wasn't for my wife and I hiring Michelle / Cheers To Two!

5 stars is not enough for how amazing Michelle is! My husband and I were deciding on which coordinator to go with and if we really needed one (you really do). We are so glad we went with Michelle!! She literally made our wedding day so smooth and the last months leading up to the big day easier and bearable. Michelle is so passionate about her work, we clicked instantly! One of the most vital decisions we made during our wedding planning was bringing on Cheers To Two! For our particular situation, most of our vendors were already selected and we were on the fence about whether or not to hire a partial planner to handle the details, timeline, communicate with vendors, etc... but we're so glad that Michelle came on board. We honestly could not have pulled it off without her. There were definitely things needing to be addressed that we didn't even consider. She was so organized, so sweet, kept us on track and pushed us to bring our inspo to life. All changes, additions and subtractions to the planning were consistently updated and accounted for so our final vision came together without a hitch. Communicating with her was very easy, she was a great source of advice and support. She genuinely cares for her brides (and grooms!). Michelle even referred us to an awesome videographer whose work is just stunning. The Cheers To Two team executed the set up at our venue perfectly and made sure the day coursed smoothly. Confidently, I knew I could rely on her on our wedding day and we were able to just focus on having a good time with our guests! It was literally the best day ever. (Side note, especially for all the work they put in, very affordable!!) Glancing at the previous review, I wanted to add that I ALSO forgot to give my husband's ring and my vow book to the appropriate persons but Michelle saved the day, haha. She even took beautiful photos and videos that captured pieces of the wedding that we missed, like our late night snack bar set up and welcome table, as well as other behind the scenes shots of us that did in fact, bring me to happy tears. 5 stars isn't enough. When they say you definitely need a wedding coordinator, YOU DEFINITELY NEED A WEDDING COORDINATOR. Now if you are inquiring for one, you've come to the right place. Michelle Lee aka CheersToTwo is the one for you!! I booked her for my wedding as she had coordinated 2 of my friends' weddings prior and she really shined the brightest amongst the vendors involved. Michelle is an absolute sweetheart. I booked her for the day-of-coordination. She did not disappoint. We appreciated her dedication and attention to details. She will assist in coordinating with your vendors and gather all the information so you don't need to worry about it. She is in constant communication with you and also keeps in contact with everyone else who is involved in the wedding so you don't need to worry too much about it. We were grateful for her especially because there were things my husband and I did not even consider during the wedding planning. I personally liked how she offered her own suggestions as needed with humility. Michelle is on top of things every step of the way and will ensure things run smoothly. On the day of the wedding, we did not feel any stress nor worries. That may seem unbelievable, but we really had the most fun at our wedding. All we needed to do was show up and show out. We were able to enjoy our wedding as we entrusted Michelle and her staff working behind the scenes. Reception was a success and it could not have been possible without her. I have received multiple commendations from guests afterwards regarding how she handled even the most minute details. Michelle and her team are seriously the dream team that make your wedding planning and wedding day go so smoothly! My husband and I got the partial planning and day of coordination package and we have no regrets. Michelle helped recommend some vendors that we hadn't booked yet and communicated with all of our vendors leading up to the wedding day. She is so knowledgable about the wedding planning process and was able to answer all of the questions we had along the way. If you want someone creative and meticulous with a bright personality and exceptional organizational skills, Michelle is the wedding coordinator for you! She recently coordinated my cousin's wedding, and she was on point. She arrived early at the hotel to check in with the bride, and she was very good about keeping contact with me as the day went by (I was the matron of honor, so my cousin had me stay in contact with her). While our bridal party was busy getting dolled up, Michelle was quick on her feet to get everything going at the venue, working with the ushers/usherettes and others who were helping out and keeping tabs on us as we made our way over there. The most impressive thing with Michelle was her knowledge of the venue. She works independently and not for the venue, yet she knew exactly where everything was, and she did great directing people and answering their questions. As previously mentioned, I was the matron of honor so people would ask me questions and majority of the time, I would just redirect them to Michelle, who was always ready! You can trust that she does her job well to make sure the day goes by as smoothly as possible for the bride & groom. She has great correspondence and works well with other vendors. One other cool thing she does is taking photos of the bride & groom and of some parts of the wedding. Professional photos take some time, so it's nice to see little previews of your big day. She takes nice photos without getting in the way of the actual photographers. Overall, Michelle is everything you'd want in a coordinator! She will cater to your wants but will also have the best suggestions--she's quite experienced after all. read more

Michelle is the coordinator I didn't know I needed! My friends and I have helped with and been a part of several weddings, so I'd like to think we have a good idea of how this goes. I also like to be hands-on in the organization and set up of whatever I'm trying to plan. I was ready to be my own day-of coordinator! However our venue required a certified, professional wedding coordinator and that was a requirement that made me very hesitant. I wanted someone detail-oriented, flexible, organized, and reassuring. It was also important for me to find someone that would respect a couple's wishes but can make good snap decisions in a pinch. When I thought about those qualities that I looked for, I remembered my cousin's wedding coordinator--Michelle! So I reached out to her and thankfully she took us on. Michelle was just as amazing as I remembered. She had everything I was looking for and more! Watching her work at my cousin's wedding and then seeing how thorough she was during our meeting made it easy for me to trust her. Any of my friends and family who worked with her at the wedding also gave her high praise. She did her best to make sure I was stress-free and I appreciate that she maintains a calm demeanor, without sacrificing any sense of urgency. Alright if you are here looking for a coordinator you are at the right place. I had my weddding on 11/25/23 and Michelle was my day of coordinator!! She did a fantastic job! The consistent line of communication was just *chef's kiss* and she is so kind and lovely. Meeting with her and going through details were an absolute BREEZE she is so on top of it! When it came to the day she and her team killed it. I would say Michelle is one of those people who loves LOVE and watching it all fall into place. It is amazing to see her jump into your dream wedding and help it manifest. She puts in WORK y'all, and I couldn't have been happier. If you are at all on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator for your wedding, I'm here to tell you right now that you need one! My husband and I got married a couple of weeks ago and Cheers to Two provided day of coordination services for my wedding and Michelle did a stellar job. From the start, Michelle worked with me to find a package that fit my needs for my wedding and I appreciated that so much. At our initial meet-up, Michelle was asking me questions that never even crossed my mind. This is the reason you need a coordinator. I consider myself to be a pretty organized person, but there will be things that you don't think of on your own. Cheers to Two shares an amazing Google spreadsheet with different tabs to ensure we were on the same page throughout the planning process and I loved it!! Michelle professionally communicated with all the vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding and made sure everything was in order. A few weeks before the wedding, we did a site visit and Michelle brought her tablet, taking notes and asking all the right questions. Aside from being the sweetest person ever, Michelle was incredibly organized throughout the entire process and was amazing about staying in contact with me and reminding me of things when I was going crazy in the weeks leading up to the wedding. When my special day arrived, I felt relaxed knowing that Michelle was there to ensure everything ran smoothly. I knew my wedding was in good hands and that truly made the day so stress-free. Michelle and her assistant did an amazing job. They even resewed a button on one of the groomsmen's jackets! They were prepared for everything! Genuinely, not a single thing went wrong at my wedding and Michelle played a huge role in that. The decor for our reception was set so beautifully. I absolutely loved it. As the reception was wrapping up, unbeknownst to me, Michelle was quietly gathering all of our decor and belongings and packing them up for us. When I got back to our hotel, I called me mom concerned about whether some items were left behind and she said, "don't worry, Michelle grabbed all of it." What a life-saver! Michelle was the real MVP of our wedding. If you are considering hiring her and want to have an amazing, stress-free event, please do. I will be recommending her to everyone I know! Michelle was our wedding coordinator at vintage Rose and was absolutely the best. Michelle made the whole month leading up to the wedding stress-free. She was so organized and helped us with everything. We had a big bridal party and a big wedding as well. I felt so bad that she had to deal with that big of a bridal party but I was so impressed with how well she handled us all. I apologized to her and Michelle told me she loved our party's energy. She was so genuine and kind. Even when our guests were getting a little too excited, she said it was totally fine! I never saw her look annoyed or frustrated. I loved the pictures she took of us, which she totally didn't have to do! She even made sure to send them the next day. Michelle was prepared for anything. I thought I had really comfy shoes but they were giving me blisters. Of course she had blister band aids which totally saved my feet and the rest of the night for me. She even made sure we were hydrated throughout the night. Michelle made everything so smooth from the dinner rehearsal to the end of the reception. She is so nice and caring, there's not enough words to explain! She goes absolutely above and beyond and I noticed all the hard work she put into our day. We were lucky to have Michelle as our planner and we honestly couldn't have pulled off our wedding without her! She was super organized and responsive and she alleviated a lot of stress because we knew she was taking care of so much behind the scenes. Michelle is very detail oriented. Her professionalism and quality of work are second to none. On very short notice and several last minute changes, she was able to execute everything in a way that exceeded our expectations. She was courteous and handled our special day better than we all had hoped. Ive gotten so many compliments on how beautiful the wedding was and it was truly because of her. Michelle is the ABSOLUTE best. I truly feel like I've found a friend for life. That's the type of person Michelle is. She truly cares and wants the best for the bride and groom, is supportive, patient, kind, and never fails to gives encouragement. When it comes to her professionalism, she is very experienced and knowledgeable in event planning, meticulous, honest, organized, and you can see the passion she has for her work. Her work really does speak for itself. She takes the time to get to know you and your vision for the wedding. She's in constant communication with not only you, but with your vendors so that nothing is missed. She even adds certain details that she thinks will fit into your vision. I stress VERY easily about everything. Days leading up to the wedding were chaotic and a complete mess (last minute cancellations, misunderstandings with the venue, the weather, etc.), and as much as I trusted Michelle, I didn't trust that I wouldn't be stressed the day of. But Michelle really goes above and beyond to ensure that the bride is stress-free, won't lift a finger on the day of the wedding, and that the day will be everything you hoped it would be and more. And it was. To my surprise, I wasn't stressed at all. That's the kind of magic Michelle has. She even surprised me with the manyyyy pictures she took and sent the day after. They were so carefully and thoughtfully taken. They were beautiful! I was really hesitant about getting a wedding coordinator because I was a nonprofit event coordinator/manager, so I was ready to be my own wedding coordinator. Granted you cannot compare fundraisers to weddings, but I was ready for this. My husband and I ultimately decided that it was impossible for me to do everything on our special day, so went with Michelle. I wouldn't have made it through my wedding without her. Michelle was the coordinator for my daughter's wedding and we couldn't be happier we chose her! From following up with vendors weeks before the wedding to taking care of every detail on the day of, Michelle was so organized and on top of everything! Michelle is the best and so sweet! She is reliable, organized, well prepared, and very experienced. Michelle truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients have the best wedding experience. She was accommodating to our needs and was very responsive to any questions I had. I am really glad she was there to guide us through our wedding day. We also appreciated that she helped to take photos of my husband and I during the wedding so that we would have pictures to look back on and share right away since she knew it would be weeks before we would get our photos back from our photographer. Michelle is the best person a bride could have by her side on her wedding day! I wish I could have found her the day that we got engaged! She knows exactly what a bride will need and even all the details that never even came across my mind! It was like having your best friend help plan your wedding!!! When we first met she took SOOO much time to get to know my husband and I, from how we met, to what makes us laugh, to what our favorite music is, even asking questions we never even thought to ask each other!! Let me tell you that she took us under her beautiful wedding coordinator wings and FLEW!! She took the time to explain every single detail leading up to our magical day and once it finally arrived it felt like a true fairy tale. It was all thanks to Megan and Marni and the whole So Smitten team. They are incredible. When we first met with So Smitten, Megan walked us through a massive planning document that addressed every component of a wedding. There were so many little things that I would never think about. Their organization blew me out of the water, I immediately knew the So Smitten team would be a great match for us. When we started planning, my wife and I had a very abstract idea of what we wanted. Megan and Marni took our idea and ran with it. They took our really rough vision and perfected it. It was amazing to see the plan evolve during our regular zoom calls. We were also shocked to see that they took notes on EVERYTHING! There were so many little things we mentioned once and forgot about that, months later, found their way into the plan. They also kept us on track through the whole process. They would make a to do list for us at the end of every meeting of what we we need to do and when we need to do it by. That really removed a lot of stress from our lives. The So Smitten team has so many connections for: Photographers, Videographers, DJs, Bands, Flowers, Design, Rentals, everything you need. They made it really easy compare vendors and find the ones that we liked to work with. Later, when all our vendors were trying to check in with us in the weeks leading to the wedding, Megan and Marni took on a bunch of the meetings and contract stuff for us. That removed so much of our stress and let us we could worry about getting our family and friends to the event. Letting them take on all the contracts and negotiations also ended up helping us save about 3-4x the amount we paid So Smitten by finding different alternatives for power, DJs, etc. Leading into the wedding everyone told me to just relax WHEN things go wrong and let the planners and coordinators handle it. Megan and her team were so on top of things that we didn't even notice any issues coming up. My wife and I kept joking "Ok, when is this big issue going to finally arise?" It never really did. At least not to our knowledge. Megan, Marni and the So Smitten team are incredible. We are recommending them to everyone. They took out ALL the stress from wedding planning. Although…read moreHeather communicated very well, there were a couple of incidents that I found slightly unprofessional: 1. I signed a contract with one of her staff as my wedding planner. Unfortunately, from my understanding, there were unexpected changes in the company, so Heather had to take over. However, Heather responded that she would make an exception for me and not charge me an additional $1000 for this change. With all due respect, I should not be financially penalized for changes that an owner experiences; especially since I already signed the contract that I financially agreed to. 2. I encountered a lot of life changes that disrupted my ability to move forward with a wedding that my brothers were supposed to be in. For instance, I had a depressed, suicidal brother, I had another brother leave for Japan for the Marines, and I had an uncle pass away. All vendors except for Heather were so kind to fully refund my deposits due to the situation. Unfortunately, Heather responded that she was still a businesswoman and was financially hurting, so she was in no place to offer a full refund. I basically paid Heather almost $500 to establish a simple contract. I already had all the vendors in place and organized, so this deposit was for nothing. Heather should not be held responsible for unexpected circumstances, but this wedding meant a lot to me. As a business owner, you should be able to compromise with your clients based on their situation. I could have easily used that deposit to help my family for the funeral. I find this situation absurd because I never wanted a wedding planner to begin with. Our wedding list was only 32 guests, but my fiancé insisted that we hire a planner because he did not want me to stress out. I admire him for caring, but this wedding was going to be a private and intimate event with very little management. I blame myself for hiring a wedding planner when I did not need one. It is unfortunate that Heather was thinking like a businesswoman and not a human being with empathy. Nonetheless, please make sure to ask about the refund policy for emergencies such as death, health, etc. Two stars are for her communication, but I can only evaluate Heather based on my experience with her before the wedding date. Therefore, I am unable to provide feedback for her day service since my wedding never happened. Has it ever occurred to you, Heather, that you had not heard from me in a year because I was busy dealing with other important things like planning a funeral? My wedding was the last thing on my mind. Also, I was not complaining about the charge that never happened, I am complaining about your response to your changes. There was no need to comment on that you are more expensive and won't be charging me. We could have proceeded forward with whatever it was we were doing. You contacted ONE venue and that is because they had YOU sign a contract with them. FYI, my pre-engagement photos were scheduled with the photographer I hired for my wedding and I was still refunded the full amount. This vendor did not work for free either and still managed to prioritize customer service over money. You are a business owner and have the liberty to do as you please, but you must have needed the money more than I did, so I hope my contributions helped your business. Nonetheless, well done on your communication. If you have a family member with a life-threatening illness or you have a medical condition that may require potential hospitalization, please do not hire Heather as your wedding planner as she will not refund you the deposit because not make exceptions for your situation simply because she does not "work for free." We cannot say enough wonderful things about Michelle. From the moment we started planning our wedding, she made us feel supported every step of the way. My wife, would reach out to her at all hours of the day and night with questions, ideas, or concerns, and Michelle was always incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful. Having someone so dependable during such a stressful time was truly priceless. On our wedding day, Michelle went above and beyond in ways both big and small. While we were taking photos in the hot sun, she brought us cold drinks to help us cool down and stay comfortable. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much to us in the moment and showed how attentive she was to our needs throughout the day. At the end of the night, when we were exhausted (drunk) and caught up in all the excitement, Michelle made sure our wedding food was packed up and ready for us to take home. It was one less thing to worry about, and it perfectly reflects the level of care and attention she puts into her work. She made sure we ate before the reception started and after.
