They kept all of our appointments and paperwork organized and didn't hesitate to explain things further if we needed. We did the Signature package, and it was worth every penny. The venue speaks for itself. It is so beautiful and offers a homey feel with plenty of greenery. We had minimal decor as the venue is completely capable of being the star of your decor. The food selections are amazing; we got so many compliments from our guests on the food we served. Our bartender (so sorry we forgot her name) was the best; she made tasty drinks and was friendly to all of our guests. Our DJ, Rigo, was a pleasure to work with. We had a last-minute change due to our music vendor, and he was able to fill the time with the perfect playlist. We had our wedding at The Estate in Orange and honestly it was one of the easiest and best decisions we made during planning. Sarah honestly made the entire experience so much easier. From the start she was organized, responsive, and just really on top of everything. Wedding planning can get overwhelming fast, but she always made us feel like things were under control. The day of the wedding she handled so much behind the scenes and kept everything moving smoothly without making anything feel rushed. You can tell she really cares about what she does and wants the day to go well for you. Having her there made a huge difference. The venue itself is beautiful. Driving in through the vine-covered entrance and seeing the Victorian house and gardens immediately sets the tone. It already has so much character that you don't need a ton of extra decor to make it look great, which our photographer loved because there were so many photo spots around the property. Everything on the venue flows really well too. Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all close together so guests never felt like they had to wander around trying to figure out where to go next. The bridal and groom suites were also really nice and gave us a place to relax and get ready before everything started. The staff were professional, organized, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the day which helped take a lot of pressure off us. We also liked that the venue allowed some flexibility with vendors and personalization so the wedding still felt unique to us. We picked the package that includes food, DJ, bartender, and a day-of coordinator. You bring your own alcohol along with garnishes and cups and coordinate with the bartenders on what is served at the event. Mimi and Yanel helped answer all our questions leading up to the event, and introduced us to Sarah who was our amazing day-of coordinator! We did florals and decor ourselves, and Sarah helped to make sure my family and I enjoyed the day instead of worrying about what goes where. She also made sure me and the groom were well fed, always had drinks, and gave suggestions for things we may have otherwise overlooked. I saw her setting up our dessert trays and the temporary tattoo station that I almost forgot about in the craziness of the day. Overall, I would definitely recommend The Estate as a wedding venue! We were planning for Hawaiian themed wedding and the estate had all of what we wanted. So initially we thought it it we were looking at the White House (their other location) however we were pleasantly surprised to find this location instead. It's tucked away in a residential area and had a beautiful long drive way up that's overhung with trees (similar to many parts in Hawaii). So venue looks worked great! Then we had the pleasure of working with Mimi, who was able to help coordinate a lot of the things that needed to be done and was able to get us in contact with certain vendors and was able to get us the correct package and was like our second day of wedding planner! She is phenomenal to work with and is very experienced and always super calm which very much helps in the hectic busy time. Would definitely recommend this location as well as Mimi!!! My husband Jeff and I had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at The Estate OC this October, and it was truly a dream come true. Finding a beautiful venue in Southern California that doesn't require a high guest minimum is so difficult, but The Estate OC was everything we hoped for and more. If you're looking for an intimate and romantic setting, this venue is perfect yet it can also comfortably accommodate larger parties. One of the best parts of The Estate OC is their all-inclusive packages, which make wedding planning so much easier. Ours included the DJ, catering, linens, bartenders, and a day-of coordinator. They offer different package tiers depending on your budget, plus a variety of affordable in-house add-ons (often much cheaper than hiring outside vendors). The food was delicious, they offer a wide variety of menu options, with your choice between plated service or buffet style. Everything we selected was beautifully prepared and received rave reviews from our guests. They also provide a beautiful chuppah (extra add on) option if you'd like your altar to have more visual impact. It added such a lovely touch to our ceremony and looked stunning in our photos. The photobooth was a hit with our guests! It came with fun props, and I loved that I could design my own custom photo template. The audio guestbook (a phone booth where guests leave voicemails) was another favorite. Listening to everyone's messages afterward had us laughing and crying all over again. I even left a surprise voicemail for Jeff at the end of the night, which Mimi sent to us later. He had no idea until then... and yes, he cried. :) The only outside vendors we needed to book were our photographer, florist, and dance floor which makes total sense since those are so personal to your style and vision. Another huge plus: The Estate OC is BYOB. In my opinion, that's a much better option than having a preset or cash bar. For a smaller wedding where you know your guests' preferences, it's a great way to save money. We spent about one-third of what most people typically pay for alcohol. Finally, I have to give special thanks to Mimi (Assistant Manager), Yanel (Consultant), and Sharon (Day-of Coordinator). They made everything run seamlessly from start to finish. I'm still in awe of our wedding day on May 3, 2025. From the moment we first visited, we fell in love with the open space and the incredible vibe this venue gave us. The wedding packages were a huge help, they included catering (our guests raved about the food!), tables, chairs, linens, valet parking, a DJ/MC, two bartenders, and a day-of coordinator. With so much included, all we really had to focus on was the decor and photography. We also added our own personal touches: a steel drum band and coconut vendor for the ceremony, and a churro cart for late-night snacks. The venue was extremely accommodating and helped coordinate with our vendors seamlessly. Mimi was especially helpful, she was responsive and quick to answer all our questions throughout the planning process. On the big day, Mimi and Yanel were there to ensure everything ran smoothly. Yanel the day off coordinator, was absolutely amazing. I truly don't think I could have stayed calm without her. We had our wedding at The Estate in April 2025, and I can't thank the team enough! Since we used their day-of coordinator service and didn't hire an outside coordinator, communication with the in-house team was key--and they absolutely delivered. Throughout the planning process, I worked closely with Jovan and Mimi, who were incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating, even for multiple site visits and last-minute questions. On the big day, we were expecting only a "light shower" for about an hour, so we decided not to hire tenting services. Instead, it poured for a couple of hours and stopped just two to three hours before the event. When I arrived, Mimi, Exy, and Jovan were all there, calmly, seamlessly, and professionally managing everything. My husband and I got married at the Estate 9.28.24 and I cannot begin to express how incredible of an experience it all was from beginning to end. The journey began last November when I started researching venues. The Estate popped up on my instagram and at a quick glance it looked like everything I was looking for. I requested to be sent more info and shortly after I got a call from Jovan who gave me a brief over view of what they offer. Now right off the bat it just seemed too good to be true. Ceremony and reception in one spot, ample parking, bride and groom getting ready suites, we could supply alcohol for the bar, DJ provided, catering included, super reasonably priced. We then booked a tour and I told myself to keep my mind open as this was going to be our very first tour of any potential venues. Well it took all about 20 minutes before I knew there was no way I'd be leaving without locking in a date. So then we locked in the date! Any question I had would be immediately responded to, Mimi and Jovan were totally on it. Then the big day finally came and everything was absolutely perfect. Decor is exactly where it needed to be, the flow of the ceremony was flawless, the DJ knew all the right ques, Yanel was SO attentive to my husband and I, always asking if we needed anything at all or bringing us a drink. I truly can say my day went perfectly without any issues. Like I went into it expecting a small hiccup, I mean something is always bound to happen that's life. But nothing! It was all perfect!! I cannot recommend this venue enough. Mimi, Jovan, Yanel, Rigo were all just the most amazing human beings and I'm sad it's all over. My fiancee and I toured this venue about a month ago but ultimately decided this wasn't the space for us because of what happened during our tour. We visited during an open house last month, and initially we were awestruck by the space. The venue itself is very beautiful - there is plenty of lush greenery and florals, the tunnel was lovely. We toured the space with Rose, who was super nice. However, what really turned us away from the venue was our interaction with the manager, Jovan. We sat down with him after the tour and he went over all the packages with us, and admittedly the pricing was very fair given all that was offered (though we did notice he was very interested in upselling). But then he wanted us to sign a contract immediately. This soured the mood for us a bit, as prior to this point we'd been on a few tours and had never felt pressured to sign right away. We explained to him that we were still in the planning and research phase and wanted more time to consider our options before booking. His attitude shifted, and he asked us what he could do to "have us as customers today". We told him, nothing as we were still trying to decide. He didn't like this answer, and despite us telling him that we were flexible on the date he insisted that dates were booking up fast and that we likely would miss out. He also told us that he couldn't control changes in pricing either. We told him that was fine, and that it hadn't changed our minds. After that point, him and the rest of staff seemed to lose interest - they didn't even greet us goodbye, but just turned away from us and started talking amongst themselves about the next couple. MIMI: After deciding on The Estate, Mimi helped keep us on track at various stages leading up to our big day. She always made sure to reach out, help us with any questions, and ensure we hit each box of our wedding checklist. Mimi was our main contact when it came to finalizing details for literally everything: florals, food, third party vendors, etc. Mimi really helped significantly in organizing all the details in easy, digestible chunks so that we could have the wedding we envisioned, without much stress. YANEL: OMG YANEL! Yanel was our day-of coordinator and she literally takes care of EVERYTHING. My wife and I had a basic vision of how we wanted the venue set up, while coordinating multiple third party vendors. We imagined that we would show up early with family and hustle around to help set up, as we have many times before at family and friend weddings. Not at all, Yanel took care of everything. Yanel simply asked us basic questions of our vision and put it all together. She even handled keeping track of all third party vendors, like our florist whose delivery truck broke down and were late, not arriving with the florals until about one hour prior to the start of the wedding. Needless to say, we were freaking out a bit, but Yanel really went above and beyond to take charge, handle any issues, and help make our day happy and special. A big THANK YOU to Jovan, Mimi, and Yanel. They are so nice and friendly, I was so happy that we were lucky enough to have all three of them present at location on our wedding day. They had a beautiful, modern gondola for the ceremony and a very spacious garden for the reception. Amazing venue and staff!!! I would give 10 stars if I could! I had the opportunity to be hire as a florist designer for a wedding here and it was PERFECT! I did a tour to check the venue, and I got an exquisite vibe of the place, making me think about a lot of ideas to how to design the next flower arrangements the professional staff answered all of my questions and I even called and emailed afterwards asking for additional info for delivery and set up and the manager was extremely helpful and responsive. MIMI & JOVI were SO helpful and nice! A dream to work with!!! The day of the wedding everything turned out perfect, seamless, and the excellent professional service of this venue make everything come so on point and super on it the whole night. Having our daughter's wedding at The Estate was one of the most memorable days of our lives! I couldn't be happier with how picturesque and eloquent the venue is. From the beginning, as you drive down the long one-way street with the gorgeous vine arches overhead you are then met by the parking attendant. The beautiful Victorian house was the selling point to have beautiful pictures during the ceremony. Our photographer mentioned that this venue is one of the best venues she has taken pictures. There wasn't much decor that was needed since the venue is gorgeous in itself. We saved lots of money! Also, having the bar and being able to bring our own drinks was a huge plus! Our bartender was amazing! The bridal and groom rooms are adorable! Everything is so close together, so it is easy to have your guest table, cocktail hour, and reception. There is a place for everything and everywhere you look or take a picture, it's beautiful. The DJ had a great place to be by the dancefloor along with all the guests close together. There were delicious choices for food and I was so impressed by the professional attire the staff was wearing. The food line was easy and organized. There was an area where we had games for people to play if they didn't feel like participating in dancing. The staff cleaned up as people were finishing their meals so it made it very clean. After looking at 10 plus venues, I felt that this venue gave us enough help to not have to worry about all the major details because they took care of most of the things, but gave us enough flexibility to bring our own character to add to make it the way we wanted. All I heard from our guests was how impressed they were with the venue and all the additions. We had an amazing day and I know having our wedding at this venue will be a memory to our guests as well!
