They were more than on Time, communicated all week leading up to the day of, and were very fairly priced with lots of options to choose from! The only thing I was a little disappointed about was I specifically asked when I booked my order, if with my delivery, came the setup of the tables and chairs I ordered. Due to some issues, I'm not physically able to do all of that right now, and I was told "yes." Upon delivery, the driver informed me that they only drop off the tables and chairs and nobody would be setting them up. Again, not the biggest deal, I was able to call in help, just wish there was better communication with the delivery driver and all. read more

Been on Yelp for many years and have probably only left 1 or 2 negative reviews. But unfortunately this one warrants it. I ordered $2,000 worth of attractions for my Halloween event and paid a 20% deposit. I was told they would arrive at 3 to set up for my event that began at 5. At 4 they hadn't showed up or called, so I reached out and was told they were 30 minutes out. I asked if they'd really be able to set up in 30 minutes as my event started at 5 and was told they would try. At 4:40 no one had arrived and called back and was told they were still at their last event....in ARCADIA. 47 miles away. The girl on the phone was nice enough, but didn't seem overly concerned. There was no gushing I'm so sorry, how can we make this right, just a yeah it's too bad attitude. I asked how soon they could get there and how long it would take to set up. She called me back and told me the OWNER said they wouldn't arrive until 6:30 pm. NINETY minutes after my event started. Okay, so not even derelict delivery dudes, but the owner totally fine with saying he'll roll in 3.5 hours late. Never even offered me a discounted rate. As I'm recounting this I'm still kind of astonished. And even more puzzled that they have over 600 positive reviews. Maybe they're great. I wouldn't know. They never showed up. Thankfully I had some other items booked, from more professional and responsible vendors, who actually keep their word and care about my business. I was very excited about the prospect of using this company as my organization hosts multiple events with thousands of people in attendance annually, but I won't work with someone who does business like this. The left several dismal holes in my event where their products were supposed to be. If you have a bunch of vendors, then maybe try your luck and see if these guys feel like gracing you with their presence. But I would NEVER trust them with the entirety of your event. If zero stars were an option that would be the true rating for this company. This is probably the worst company I ever had an encounter with. The lady they have as their customer service/front office person should not be representing this company. The way she speaks to people, raising her voice, cuts you off when you speak and cusses out you is not a way a company should be represented. And because I "pissed her off" she canceled me order which now ruins our kids party. They requested a copy of the renters ID and a copy of the permit from the party which by her own admission was sent in last week to the owner while she was "out of the office". When she returned back to the office the owner was "incapable" to forward her the email. So when we went to try and pay the deposit the website would not allow us to pay. So we called on Monday during business hours to see why we couldn't pay. The lady responded because we never responded to her direct email she sent requesting the ID and permit. When we told her we did she said "you didn't send it to me directly it was send to the owner". Ok, but it was sent to the company I'm sure the owner can forward it. Then she went on to say she needed insurance information from the city when again that is not true she needed to provide the city with the COI. She dropped the ball and did not want to take accountability for how she was speaking to me or how she handled the situation. We requested multiple times to speak to the owner since he was the one who actually would help us and every time in this process when we spoke to the lady she would contradict what the owner would tell us and say they couldn't do it. She said well I am canceling your offer so it doesn't matter if you speak to the owner or not. Seems like she doesn't like to more work helping new customers that are having a party in a park. So unless your party is at a home where no additional work needs to be done by her I do not recommend using this company because she just makes up rules as she goes and is very rude and unprofessional. read more
