Rented two sequin linens for a special occasion only to be given two linens that didn't match. I did reach out to the business and they responded. Was given a monotone unconcerned response. I was also offered a 10% ($5 dollar) refund off a $50 rental charge. Because the Linens had been used, is what I was told. (Keep in mind I pick up 12/31 they closed early so how would I have been able to call and exchange anyways. I'm just saying) I support nothing but small businesses. I work with different vendors all the time and unfortunately this time I feel like the service for this business wasn't at their best. I paid a deposit of $75 dollars 3 weeks in advance for FOR TWO SEQUIN LINENS! So I'm trying to figure how do you fumble on a request for two tablecloths? It's the lack of concern and accountability for me, it's fine I'm the one honestly who lost money. A lot of money and planning went into this event. It is with hope you take the time for the next customer and check to ensure you are giving the correct pieces. The Azteca team were very accommodating of updates throughout the selection and ordering process. Carol, was great with providing creative feedback and input made a last minute addition happen with less than 24hrs notice! Will definitely be using them again for my next big event. I rented the canopy, cocktail tables and a few white chairs from Azteca. I can say I was beyond pleased. The canopy was pricey with the pole covers and drapes. However it was so worth the money because once I saw it put up the picture was a beautiful as I created it in my mind. The cocktail tables were sturdy and strong. The table covers were fresh from the cleaners and white white with no stains. The white chairs where clean and great condition. The drapes covering for the canopy was of great quality and clean. I dealt with Carol, from the time I made my appointment to the time my event was over Carol provided me with the best customer service experience. There where times I added items to my order and she edited my order promptly and sent over updated order contracts. I came to their yelp page today to get the phone number for an additional order, and realized I never left a review for my first order. Azteca parties did a fantastic job turning a drab outdated community center into an adorable and beautiful setup for my daughter's first birthday party! We ordered pipe and drape to cover the old walls and windows, a beautiful setup for the dessert table, and a "photo booth" type backdrop in one section for the photos. They were prompt for pickup and delivery, since it was a park we had a tight window. My experience with Azteca was great. I needed four outdoor umbrellas for a small wedding shower and was having difficulty finding a local rental company that had those for rent. Azteca had them available and they were very large so they provided a lot of shade for an outdoor event. The umbrellas were in great shape so you can tell the items are very well taken care of. Carol and Juan are the best at what they do. They've run the business as a family for many years, and it shows that their hearts are in it. We brought Azteca on board to provide tables, chairs, a tent, linens and other odds and ends for our October wedding reception. We called on them with only three weeks notice when our original vendor proved to be too flaky and unreliable, and Juan and Carol saved the day. Carol is the expert decorator and sat down with us to select a color scheme and draping design for the tent. Juan managed all of the nuts and bolts of getting the tent delivered and set up and making sure we had what we needed. He even paid the site a visit a week ahead of time to take measurements and help us maximize the space in the backyard we were using. Their work transformed a family member's home into a wedding reception party paradise. Everyone was going on and on the whole day about how beautiful everything was. Best of all, Azteca's prices cannot be beat. I know this, because I shopped around a LOT, and Juan and Carol offered rates that were reasonable and affordable, especially for the quality they delivered. Heck, they paid close attention to what we envisioned for our unique celebration and even delivered a giant disco ball instead of a chandelier as the centerpiece of our tent. I highly recommend Azteca to anyone in the greater L.A. area. They are well located in Paramount and so very convenient to anyone planning an event in the Southeast L.A. region. My only recommendation for the business: hire a receptionist! Juan and Carol are very busy and for good reason, because people love what they do. But, it can be slow to get responses to requests for quotes and things like that. It's okay though! I reached out over the phone looking to rent a chair , I speak with a young lady and she says she'll reach out to me with a set inquiry for the chair rental. A few hours pass and I finally get a call back, I'm not greeted in a friendly manner and a now different women is on the phone and says oh my worker is wrong and doesn't know anything. At this point I'm thinking that's not a proper way to speak of an employee but whatever so I ask her ok well is the inquiry for the royal chair ready ? The lady responded with oh no I can't rent you that and so I asked if it was booked for the date I needed it she said no for me to rent you one chair you need a MINIMUM of $800-$1000 order for renting anything! How crazy is that no where on their website does it say this and I don't understand, how me as a business owner, would rather miss out on a gain of $200 just because I want a mandatory of $800 MINIMUM. I have always come here for my party rentals. I have got tent draping here with them for 3 separate occasions. They are cheaper than most places, but can be pricey too depending on what you get. I got a 20x20 tent with extra curtains and it was around 400$. And fully draped was almost 700$. They are punctual and professional. Their rental warehouse is super clean and everything rented from chairs to linen is clean. Sometimes they deliver the day before. Would highly recommend. Even though there was a miscommunication with renting tables and linen they wanted to charge me even though I didn't ask for the rentals I had just asked for a quote. They brought what I had asked for in the quote but luckily I had the receipt which stated what I asked for with the deposit. read more

They send me a quote with something completely different, Carol had then called me the next day to understand my concern, and again I told her that the initial quote they gave me was for the wrong Drapery setup and I wanted something different. Another thing, have you ever heard of a company charging 2 separate fees for a chair rental? One fee for the chair and one fee for the cushion? It's not a luxury to add the cushions, how am I supposed to expect my guests to sit on bare wood? This company is just too all over the place. With that being said, we scrambled to be something together in short time frame. I called other rentals for tables and chairs & everywhere was booked or they offered those horrible metal chairs. I found Azteca on yelp and gave them call. Long story short, tables and the beautiful padded chairs delivered the day before! If I could give Azteca party rentals more than five stars, I totally would! After dealing with tons of last minute wedding stress, I needed someone to decorate our church cafeteria for our wedding. I was on the fence of hiring someone to decorate as I didn't need want any more stress. But something was telling me to just contact them anyways and I'm glad my gut was telling me to do so. Carol and Juan were so sweet and seriously made our cafeteria look SO nice! They suggested to set up a day early (which I'm glad they did because there were so many people setting up in the morning) and I went a few hours after they were done and I was SO blown away. I almost cried. Working with them was one of the best choices I made. They were SO sweet, so accommodating, and so easy to work with. I also contacted them probably two weeks before the wedding and they were more than happy to help!
