Two days before the event day, they called me to confirm if I still want their service, and they offered me to bring chairs and tables one day before the event which I found it very convinient if I want to arrange them in advance. Anyway, I told them to dropped off these tools on the same day of the event. They dropped off everything on time and they picked the next day. Overall, this place offers good service. read more

I reserved a rental for my sons prom. Prom has been cancelled due to this Coronavirus pandemic. They would only return 50% of my deposit because that's their contract guidelines. They don't take into consideration that we have no control over what's going on and prom being cancelled wasn't a result of our own fault. Just had my wedding on Saturday July 2nd and I am so happy my husband and I went with azteca party supplies. Everyone that I worked with was so helpful, there was always great communication every step of the way. The day of the drop off one of my Porter potty wasn't delivered but that was soon fix thanks to being able to text and email each other . I feel communication is very important especially on the day such as this because they allowed us to have opened communication it help my day become a lot smoother. I am very disappointed with their customer service.. I rented some string lights for my wedding. When it came time to turn them on they never did. They kept checking ever power cord and power supply and they wouldn't turn on. We needed the light so that our photographer can have better lighting for the picture and that never happen. So it ruined a perfect opportunities for us to have great pictures. They had to call the person who installed them to find out what the problem was. Meanwhile as the my wedding is going on and they are filming as best as they can with no light i may add. In the back ground you see the person who installed them getting up on a ladder and checking to see what the problem was. When they finally got them to turn on at about 9:04 pm. My wife and i went down to talk to them and i had ask. "What can we do to fix this problem." He just looks at us Shrugs his shoulders and says i dont know. So i asked again. He said "nothing if we would not have come down we would have giving you your money back but since we are here we cant." Ok then how about giving us a discount half out money back since the lights where only on for the last 2 hours of our party (which ended at 11pm). He said no. Then some girl that also worked for them started to take pictures of our party when all the lights where on. So my wife kindly said. "Please make a note that the lights on the picture your taking where turned on at 9 pm please." So all we wanted was half our money back since the lights where only on for the last 2 hours. So we will never rent from this place again or recommend them. We will be talking to our event coordinator to let her know what a bad experience we had with this company. read more

WASTE OF MY TIME!!! I am beyond livid. How hard is it to disclose what is needed in order to rent merchandise from your establishment? I called this morning to request a quote for chairs, I speak to a woman by the name of Caro on the phone and she tells me "we rent chairs for $.75/each" (figured that is reasonable price), so I go on to say "ok, can I pick up today & also what do you require?" She said "yes, that's fine you can stop by today to pick up and all you need is a photo I.D." Well needless to say my husband goes to pick up the chairs and she tells him that a $40.00 re-fundable deposit is required. Would have been nice if she would have disclosed that over the phone, instead of wasting not just my time, but my husband's since he is the one that had to drive out there. My husband gets on the phone with me and tells me what Caro has told him, I ask him to please pass the phone to her. She gets on the phone and I tell her "a $40.00 deposit was never mentioned when I called you this morning". She says "that has always been what we require" (ok, but it would have been nice if she would have disclosed it over the phone. Then she goes on to say "I have been super busy today, and it must have slipped my mind" REALLY???!!! I suggest this establishment gets it together and stops wasting people's time. It's simple, when someone calls - FYI for future reference you may want to let them know what your full requirements are to rent from you. read more
