Very happy with Juan, Carol and the service they provided. Great communication! Great pricing! Juan was on time for delivery and pick up. We rented tables and chairs. I have rented for many occasions, both for personal and work. This event was for work, which is the first time I ever used their services. The table and chairs were very VERY clean! Thank you again for making our event successful, even with our small order. I will definitely be using ur service in the future :) read more

Great prices!! They deliver and pick up for a minimal fee, will definitely use them for future parties!

I found this place because of yelp. Their service was good. They picked up the phone on time and talked friendly. Two days before the event day, they called me to confirm if I still want their service, and they offered me to bring chairs and tables one day before the event which I found it very convinient if I want to arrange them in advance. Anyway, I told them to dropped off these tools on the same day of the event. They dropped off everything on time and they picked the next day. Overall, this place offers good service. read more

Called for a minimum order of 1 table 10 chairs and had the owner said they were available. It was obvious it was because of the small order but as a business the size of order should not matter. Stay away from a business with this approach to business. read more

I reserved a rental for my sons prom. Prom has been cancelled due to this Coronavirus pandemic. They would only return 50% of my deposit because that's their contract guidelines. They don't take into consideration that we have no control over what's going on and prom being cancelled wasn't a result of our own fault. If I need a rental place for future events I definitely won't be returning here. read more

Excellent service! I was the parent assign to arrange the graduation party for my daughter's class, I really wanted to make it unforgettable, so I did my homework and went through different vendors that offered similar services. After many calls and research I decided for Azteca for different reasons: they answered quickly, they accommodated to my schedule needs, they visited the hall several times, I met with them many times to decide on colors, styles, etc., they were very patient and friendly with me. Carol is very knowledgeable about this topic and has amazing suggestions! Her husband is very professional and they both really provided the best services and did an amazing job, the prices was very very reasonable and affordable! I am still getting phone calls to get their Info because our guests were very impressed with the decorations and the quality of their work! Highly recommended!!! read more

Awesome rental company! Prices were reasonable. No problems with delivery and pick up. Will definitely use them again.

Thank you for transforming our backyard into the perfect venue. The ceiling draping and side pole draping was gorgeous. The cake table backdrop (green hedge) and flowers were a huge hit. The bride asked for a rustic bohemian theme and that's what she got! The tables and cushioned chairs were in perfect conditions. Outstanding service by the owner and wife. They accommodated all of my last minute requests. We highly recommend Azteca Party Rentals. Muchas gracias. read more

My family and I have been using Azteca for over 5 years now! They have always delivered exactly what we discussed, on time, and with great customer service! We call them for everything from table rentals, canopy rentals, chair rentals, helium tanks, jumpers, water slide and decor! They have always offered great pricing while not compromising quality or service. We have used them for many baby showers (we have a growing family), backyard weddings, church events, birthday parties, and family gatherings. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and have passed their information on to many people. read more

We rented tables, chairs and canopy top from Azteca for a baby shower and couldn't be happier with their communication and service. We opted to add the colored material inside of the canopy and down the poles (what Azteca Party Supplies call the flower design). It turned out better than we even imagined. Price was great, service was great and crew couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend. read more

I am very disappointed with their customer service.. I rented some string lights for my wedding. When it came time to turn them on they never did. They kept checking ever power cord and power supply and they wouldn't turn on. We needed the light so that our photographer can have better lighting for the picture and that never happen. So it ruined a perfect opportunities for us to have great pictures. They had to call the person who installed them to find out what the problem was. Meanwhile as the my wedding is going on and they are filming as best as they can with no light i may add. In the back ground you see the person who installed them getting up on a ladder and checking to see what the problem was. When they finally got them to turn on at about 9:04 pm. My wife and i went down to talk to them and i had ask. "What can we do to fix this problem." He just looks at us Shrugs his shoulders and says i dont know. So i asked again. He said "nothing if we would not have come down we would have giving you your money back but since we are here we cant." Ok then how about giving us a discount half out money back since the lights where only on for the last 2 hours of our party (which ended at 11pm). He said no. Then some girl that also worked for them started to take pictures of our party when all the lights where on. So my wife kindly said. "Please make a note that the lights on the picture your taking where turned on at 9 pm please." So all we wanted was half our money back since the lights where only on for the last 2 hours. So we will never rent from this place again or recommend them. We will be talking to our event coordinator to let her know what a bad experience we had with this company. read more

They have good prices but customer service is bad. I spoke to them trying to rent. I asked if deposit is needed and I was told no. I emailed what I needed and never received a response. I finally called and I was told they can accept my order because of inventory issues. I wish they have reached out to me or gave me the right booking information. read more
