Grace was amazing! She truly went above and beyond with every aspect of planning our wedding and execution day of. Even though our wedding took place in Colorado, Grace was always willing to hop on a FaceTime and even fly out to the venue months before to ensure she had all of the information that she needed. Can't recommend her enough!!

It's been a month since my wedding and I'm still dreaming about how perfect the day was and it was all thanks to Grace! Having Grace plan my wedding was seriously the best decision I could have made. From the very beginning, she was so easy to talk to, it was like talking to someone I had known for a long time. I was always very comfortable telling her my thoughts, vision, etc. because she always encouraged me to tell her everything on my mind when it came to the wedding. She was always so supportive of any decision I made, and she made every detail come to life. Even when I made last minute decisions weeks before the wedding, she somehow worked her magic and made it all happen. She never made me feel like I was bothering her with too many questions or texts because that's something I was weary of. And even when I felt like I kept changing my mind too much (like every bride does), she said "this is YOUR special day and I want you to be completely happy with everything." She was always very organized, which I appreciated so much! I'm from Las Vegas, so planning a wedding in Los Angeles had its challenges. But with Grace as my wedding planner, it was so much easier than I thought it would be! When it came to finding vendors, she communicated with me so much to pinpoint my vision for florals, photos, details, etc. and gave me her recommendations of vendors (who were all so spot on with what I was envisioning). She made numerous mock ups and design decks that helped us figure out what we wanted, when we weren't so sure ourselves. It's like she could read my mind and knew what I was going for. I am so happy with her vendor recommendations because every single one of our vendors was AMAZING. If I was stressed, I vented to her and she made me feel so at ease and reassured me that she was taking care of things. As is normal with many weddings, there were some challenges we had to overcome that weren't in our control right before the wedding, but she went beyond the extra mile to help us manage every conflict. Through our constant texts, calls, emails, and video calls, we built such a great relationship and had inside jokes that we'd just laugh about to cope with some of the stress haha. Being that I am a bit shy and wouldn't want to step on anyone's toes, she spoke up for me when I may have been to shy to do so myself. She knew my vision and wishes, and she relayed that to vendors and I appreciated her standing up for and backing up our decisions. On the day of the wedding, I was not stressed at all because I knew Grace had everything handled. She had such a detailed timeline down to the minute, and I know her and her assistants were making sure that everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. Needless to say, our wedding day was PERFECT. From morning til midnight, everything went seamlessly. If there were any hiccups, I had no idea at all because Grace took care of everything and I just had the most amazing time with my husband and our guests. Our friends and family can't stop raving about how beautiful and organized our wedding was and I can't thank Grace enough! When we walked into our reception space, I was so overcome with happiness because I literally walked into my dream wedding. It was like a fairytale come true. As I tearfully hugged Grace, I told her "This is literally my dream wedding, thank you so much for everything Grace." She made it all happen, and I never had a doubt in my mind that my wedding would be perfect because I had so much faith in Grace and she pulled through. I'm sad not talking to her as much and ironing out all the details of my wedding with her, haha. I got so used to talking to her 24/7 that I miss her now that the wedding is over! This is all to say - do not even hesitate to hire Grace to plan your wedding. She is the absolute best at her craft and work. She will make your dream wedding come true!

After postponing once, and eventually cancelling our destination due to Covid, we decided to book and plan a local wedding within 3 months. At that point we were so over the planning process and ready to get it over with. I found Grace and decided to hire her for month-of coordination to help with the planning. Although she was a month-of coordinator, she was helping us even 3 months out, and would send emails to confirm details as the weeks got closer. I appreciate that she was very straight forward and gave her honest opinion on things like décor items. There were many times where I would be out shopping and texted her to see what she thought some things, and she would tell me if it would go or wouldn't go with our theme. We had several zoom calls leading up to the wedding. The month of the wedding she reached out to all our vendors to confirm details, collect COI's, and finalized our timeline. The week of the wedding she prepared an Inventory List of all the décor/personal items to pack and bring to the wedding which was so helpful. She even let us borrow some of the inventory that she had available. She made sure our rehearsals and wedding day went smoothly and that we were all on schedule, and even brought us food and drinks when we didn't have time to eat. At the end of the night, she packed up all our personal items and had it ready for us to take home, while she stayed behind to hand our vendors their tip money. We are so grateful to have Grace and her team work our wedding. They really made the experience stress free!

Our wedding was 5/25/2024 and Grace did better than we even imagined. We hired her for partial planning and she really went above and beyond for us. The vendors she helped us book were great to work with and made our vision for our wedding come to life. Day of the wedding, Grace was on top of every detail and great to work with. We really couldn't have had our wedding go any better. 10/10, 5-stars, we had our dream wedding thanks to Grace!

Grace made all our wedding dreams come true! From day 1, Grace was super helpful, creative, commutative and kind. She took the time to really help us create our vision and help us stay within our budget. We had so much fun working with her, she helped keep everything as stress free as possible which helped us truly every second of our wedding. The day was so magical and we owe that to Grace. Grace is really great. She handled this unusual wedding planning job like a boss. This wasn't your typical wedding planning where the bride is the one doing the bulk of the planning. My wife was in school and was very preoccupied with her program, so that left me to plan more than 95% of it. You can already see how the dynamic would be different and unique... my wife would give us a sense of what she was looking for, and it was up to me and Grace to put it into action. I am a bit Type A myself, but with Grace, I was able to let go a bit and enjoy the process more (if one could actually truly enjoy the planning). She was very friendly, approachable and thoughtful. As with most Vietnamese weddings, with the large and ever-fluctuating guest count, table changes and day-of herding of cats, I mean guests, time management, making sure my wife was fed and hydrated, everything went smoothly. There were only a few small picky things looking back that I recommended to Grace to continue to refine her art, and these things that came up are very unique to our wedding and situation. All in all, I can easily recommend her to those reading and my own newly engaged friends. She is very organized and her strong points are with DIY crafts and creative planning, to give the wedding a home grown feel. She was always available for a text or email consultation (e.g. what looks better, A or B) and finding vendors/pricing. Grace really took the extra effort to make sure that our vision was executed as we imagined and went the extra mile with decor and finishing touches to make sure my wife was really wow'ed by the production. My wife was definitely happy and had a good time, which is all that mattered by the end of the night. You know what they say, "Happy wife, happy life!"

TL;DR We had a partial planning package with Grace for our wedding Oct'22. She was amazing - super detail oriented, responsive, and trustworthy; and would refer her to any friend in an instant! My fiance and I were engaged April 2021 and had a wedding date 1.5 yrs later, in October 2022. We live in the Bay Area and our venue was in Winters, closer to Sacramento. We originally hired a different planner who was local and had a large instagram following, but quickly learned not to base decisions on social media clout... We ended up dropping our first planner because she wouldn't respond to emails for months which gave us anxiety during the planning process. When choosing a replacement planner, we considered hiring someone more local to help us with rentals or a planner familiar with our venue. However, we chose Grace because after speaking with her and asking questions, she was the most thorough and quick in her responses and was very understanding/sympathetic to our situation. Even though Grace had never done a wedding at our venue before and she was traveling from LA, this wasn't an issue at all; Our signage vendor dropped us last minute (a month prior to our wedding) and after one text, Grace was on it and provided some alternative options to look into. She communicated clearly with our venue and other Bay Area vendors, put together a contingency plan and backup floor plan for rain, etc. Grace has a great eye for design and she created a beautiful moodboard for us. She was always patient and available during the planning process as I went too deep into wedding design rabbit holes and questioned my decisions. She provided a great sounding board for all decisions, big or small. Month of, Grace was instrumental in executing all our ideas. She facetimed into our floral mockup, and provided thorough templates with table/seat assignments and meals/diet restrictions, decor and photo checklists. There were a lot of considerations I would not have thought of if I hadn't had Grace by our side. Grace created multiple versions of detailed timelines and adjusted it based on our feedback and edits. She was also always responsive, and if she needed more time to get back to us because she was busy with another wedding that weekend she would let us know. Because we had all our meetings over zoom, we had no idea that Grace was actually pregnant the entire time and gave birth a couple weeks before our wedding! She is truly a superhero. The real magic happened during the wedding weekend. Grace ran our dress rehearsal smoothly, and had the ceremony songs and officiant speech pulled up. Then for the actual wedding - my now husband and I were able to sit back and thoroughly enjoy without having a single worry. After the wedding, my husband noted, "you know, things just happened to work. My dad popped out mic'd up, ready to play guitar during cake cutting, things magically appeared where they were supposed to, and everything was on time". I later found out that my reception chair rentals were late, but I had no idea during the wedding because Grace handled it all behind the scenes. My husband's parents are also older (60s), and were confused about how to find their seat assignment and they noted that Grace kindly escorted them to their seats. There was so much happening behind the scenes to pull off an amazing day for my husband and I and we are so grateful to Grace!

Grace is truly a phenomenal wedding planner! My wedding was in Colorado, she helped plan everything from LA and came to Colorado for the entire wedding weekend. She is organized and detail oriented, and she made our lives and the wedding planning experience so much easier. She was able to take our vision and make it into a reality (honestly better). 10/10 would recommend - you'll be so glad to have Grace as your wedding planner!

There's no possible way to fully express my appreciation for Best Bride on our journey down the aisle. THANK YOU for putting us before anything else during those 2 weeks of planning our new wedding. You helped us completely transform my grandmother's home in Beverly Hills into the most magical wedding ceremony in a matter of 2 weeks. Even though our initial wedding dreams completely shifted, somehow this became even more meaningful for us. We were surrounded by our closest friends and family who witnessed our gorgeous Chuppah and our truly sentimental ceremony. Not only were we completely delighted by everything as is but our wedding even received tons of attention and recognition from several amazing media outlets and publications, including GRACE ORMANDE! Who could have ever dreamt of this?! Leora has an incredible team of planners, I felt so supported, so cared for. Every single one of the Best Bride staff are so professional and knowledgeable. They really know their stuff and most importantly care and do it with love, passion and patience. We were less than 8 weeks from our wedding date, without a venue, with more than 150 Save the Dates sent out, and uncertain if we would even be able to have any kind of ceremony in the midst of a pandemic, let alone whether that ceremony would put our family and closest friends at risk. What Best Bride did for us in such a short amount of time was truly remarkable! While we had to significantly cut down our guest count Leora made sure that every possible Covid precaution was taken to keep our family and loved ones safe while still giving us a day more magical than we ever dreamed of. Leora was also so good at calming me down during the morning stress of the day and I can't thank her enough for that! I've since recommended Leora to my best friend who also was so grateful to have her plan her dream wedding. We chose a partial planning package so we could collaborate closely for the months leading up to the wedding, and it made all the difference. From table layouts to glow bars and all of the creative ideas in between, Jessica helped bring everything to life and together seamlessly. Jessica and her team always found solutions that made our vision possible and wedding day stress free. We also hired a full support team from Three Little Birds in addition to Jessica, our day of planner and Bre, our coordinator, and that decision paid off in a big way. The entire Three Little Birds team kept everything running smoothly and effortlessly, setting up, moving us through the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing without a single hiccup. The event felt calm, organized, and joyful from start to finish, which allowed us to actually enjoy our day. We could not recommend Jessica and her team more highly.

We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

As a bonus he is fluent in Korean, so alot of our guests who don't necessarily speak english as their first language benefited from his translation during our reception. Most notably was how Claudia handled the extreme weather that caused us to have to change venues, 2 days before our wedding. She very nimbly helped me translate our existing layout and communicate our decisions and preferences to the venue. I'm so thankful that she orchestrated an outdoor ceremony, which was my goal, and designed the most beautiful interpretation of my dream in a completely new space. Just wanted to sing praises for the amazing support Alexis provided for our wedding dinner at Bar…read moreChelou. My husband and I wanted to plan something of a wedding celebration dinner, and we knew we needed some help because we live on the other side of the country and also none of our family and friends were available to provide much support. JM Events came recommended to me by my photographer who had been in the wedding industry for over a decade. I set up a call with Lilian and we went over my vision for what kind of event I was envisioning and she discussed what kinds of services JME could provide for our event and also shared that they had planned and coordinated similar type events in the recent past. After our call, I also had meetings with other event coordination companies and it was clear to me that JM Events would be the best fit for us as they seemed the most competent and professional. I also liked that JM Events was based nearby our venue. Two months ahead of the event, Alexis began working with us. We tossed around a lot of high-level ideas we were considering and Alexis provided insight on whether or not or how they would work within the constraints of our venue and timeline. Alexis and Lilian also had vendor recs at the ready at different price points whenever we needed them as well. Over time we narrowed down which ideas we wanted at our wedding and Alexis provided invaluable insight on wedding logistics and restaurant service ops that we should consider in our planning. She attended our venue walkthrough with us so that we could begin to visualize placement for different "stations" at our wedding and also served as our advocate with the various vendors we had hired. She also checked in with us and the vendors over increments in time so that we met all of our venue deadlines and to ensure that all of the vendors were in lockstep with what we were planning.  The week of the event, Alexis worked to make sure to send out event confirmations with all of our vendors so that each vendor was prepared to arrive on time and any accommodation our vendors needed were provided. This was so impressive that my make-up artist asked me where I had found Alexis! Alexis and Lillian were consummate professionals through and through, I felt supported the entire time and any question I had was met with a very considered response that only a very experienced events planning professional could provide.  Our wedding celebration was one of the best days of both my husband and my lives. We also received so many compliments on our event, like "best wedding ever" and "can I copy your entire wedding?" I was on cloud nine the whole night and in watching some of my friend's video footage I saw Alexis working in the background making sure that our timeline was executed exactly as planned.  I know certainly that without JME and Alexis, our night would not have went off as seamlessly as it did and I am so grateful for JME and their team. I am already plotting on when I can plan another party and hire JME :)

Given that I had more time, somewhat wanted the challenge of planning a wedding, and felt pretty prepared, we opted for the month-of services. Once we started working with Lilian, our wedding-planning life honestly became sooo much easier. I feel like we had a pretty good idea and plan for everything we needed, yet, Lilian still, easily, made things even better. There were so many things we didn't know we needed. She was so thorough, organized, and thoughtful and knowing she and her team would be by our side to finalize the details and (basically) walk us down the aisle, really put us at ease. Her communication was spot on - not just with us, but with our vendors, and with handling any (not unexpected) last minute changes. She was so easy to reach and communicate with, and was always so patient and efficient. She knew what we wanted, what we needed, and offered suggestions along the way. On our big day, her team was just as great - from the pre-wedding set up, making sure our bridal party had everything we needed, even helping us order boba - Lilian had everything all thought out. She checked in with us throughout the busy night, and helped wrap things up seamlessly. We truly couldn't imagine a more perfect day, and would not have had it any other way. I'd recommend her to everybody I know - for any event, big or small! Thank you JME team!

I had the pleasure of working directly with Nira and Karly, while planning my fairytale wedding in Santorini, Greece. They planned the most beautiful destination wedding for us and I never doubted them for a second through the entire process. They handled absolutely everything for me, from helping me find my perfect wedding dress to surprising us with a kick ass Firework show on our very last day in Greece. They made it possible to truly enjoy the entire wedding planning process, so that I would not have to stress at all. Not only were they the easiest people to work with, but they absolutely NAILED everything I threw at them and SO much more! Their attention to detail, creativity, vision, organization and professionalism is definitely what I loved about them the most! They curated an entire weekend for my wedding party to the tee, from our magical rehearsal dinner on the edge of a cliff in Oia, Santorini. To sailing through the Mediterranean on the most epic catamaran, and obviously making our special day a day that we will never forget! The list goes on and on! She stayed within our budget but somehow managed to exceed my expectations. The day of the shower I felt like everything just fell into place and I completely trusted her timing and judgement. After talking to the owner, I realized that this shop is specifically catered to the Korean/Asian American audience, because many of her dresses are imported from Korea. She has quality dresses that cater to the asian body, and even in terms of selection, there is a huge variety. FYI, the owner is also more comfortable with Korean, but even then, she really puts in the effort with her English to accommodate to her customers. In addition, her helper was extremely diligent and made sure that we were all comfortable! In Korea it is more common to rent your wedding dress and when I heard this shop specialized in wedding dress rentals I decided to give it a try and it was the best decision ever! There are a lot of options to choose from (design, material, neckline etc). If you tell them what your vision for the wedding is and what you are looking for in a dress, they will make sure they find you the perfect dream dress. They have different packages depending on how many dresses and tuxedos you are looking to rent. They also have many different tiaras, headbands, veils, earrings for rent too, I ended up renting 3 dresses and 3 tuxedos for ceremony, reception and wedding portrait. I got married on March 8, 2025 at Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, CA. The shop owner helped me pick out the most gorgeous princess dresses that went perfectly with the Disney theme. All my guests loved how the dresses looked on me. Can't recommend this shop enough!
