    Nicole and Laura helped curate one of the most meaningful and memorable events in my family history, my parent's 50th anniversary party. I was able to give a vision and then through careful planning and thorough communication, a magical ambience came to life and truly had all guests impressed. Nicole and Laura have given our family the gift of celebrating our story and also making my parents feel so proud. I was given a very helpful check list guide which pointed out major needs for the party I had not even thought of. When finding vendors, it was apparent they had strong working relationships with vendors who trust Nicole and Laura and it really helped booking and processing move quickly. Our favorite detail was their referral for booking a live saxophone musician, Robert, who had every guest smiling. Both Nicole and Laura go above and beyond in setting up, problem solving last minute hiccups and truly bringing the party to a state of bliss. Any events they create and the guests who enjoy them will be so grateful, as I am.

They listened to our thoughts, ideas and vision then made suggestions and fulfilled our dream reception flawlessly! They were such professionals in every way and never pushy. We held several meetings before the event and met them in person at the Arboretum to walk the area and make the plans. They responded immediately to our concerns, problems and fears, calmly helping and answering questions and coordinating with all our vendors from beginning to end. They were very approachable and so friendly which made us feel very comfortable. On the day of the reception, we arrived and were surprised and overwhelmed to see our vision come to life! They were constantly walking around, coordinating and staying on top of everything to make sure the event run perfectly and on time. They repeatedly came up to the bride and groom as well as their parents to ask if we needed anything or had any issues or problems, then immediately acted on them. If you want a stress-free, professional and friendly company to work your event, the Martinez sisters at The W Event Planning company should be your first pick.

    Nicole and Laura were an awesome team! Hired them to be my day of coordinators and they went wayyy above and beyond. I am not very detail oriented and they even helped with some of my planning gaps! I went with their recommended florist and videographer as well and both recommendations were perfection. Our rehearsal was a little disorganized because of me and nicole and Laura helped get it on track! Even in 90 degree weather, they handled it all with grace. Our wedding day went soo smoothly because of them, and a bonus was they captured my absolute favorite reel from the day on their IG! (They even hand carried my bubble machines to make my grand exit perfect!!!) Also want to shout them out for grabbing me feminine products when I had a last minute emergency an hour before the ceremony. I cannot recommend them enough if you want a stress free day!!!!

    Nicole and Laura saved our wedding day! They were assigned to our wedding during the wedding rehearsal, so I was so nervous meeting them for the first time so close to the wedding. But they were able to jump right on board and take direction on what my vision was with my decor and exceeded my expectations! They were also given the timeline and the notes of the wedding day last minute but it had felt like they had been working with us the whole time! They made me feel so much less stressed about my wedding day. My husband and I can't thank them enough for making our day literally the most special best day of our lives!

    Who else but Nicole from the W Events could help me pull off my 40th Birthday party- turned proposal-turned engagement -turned surprise wedding!? I cannot tell you how many times she ran interference for me! From people who RSVP'd no showing up and not having a seat to making sure my future StepSon came in perfectly on the Skype call from Spain. No snag was too big for her. Everything was handled with grace ans a beautiful smile. I cannot thank her enough for helping me pull off my crazy idea!!!

    Nicole and Laura provide EXCELLENT service!! Their detail and attentiveness is unmatched. We had a big birthday party for my sons 6th birthday and everything went smoothly! 50+ guests, DJ, dance floor, face painting, 2 jumpers (one was a 28 ft obstacle course), giant games for the kids and beautiful decorations with several tiny details that wrapped up the theme beautifully. The theme was Roblox, which if you're a parent you know isn't the easiest to decorate but they pulled it off creatively! Please continue reading and stop looking elsewhere and be completely convinced that you guys should go with MLE immediately! MLE was involved as our Day of Coordinator and planning activities 6 weeks leading up to the big day. Cindy's experience, consideration, professionalism, and honesty (this is a huge one) made what could have been a very stressful day into a stress-free day, or least as stress free as a wedding day can get it, haha. As the days approached the big day, we were already pretty happy with MLE, but once the big day came, they completely kicked it up into high gear. They were so seamless in working in the background to make everything come together with the vendors, timing, handling of guests, etc. We had a delay due to the florist, but they handled it so well that the guests couldn't tell, only we could, and even when we tried to get involved, MLE assured us that it was taken care of, and not to worry. They even went above and beyond in moving some flowers to be better positioned around our mirror guest list, which elevated how the florist had originally planned for. They were very considerate and thoughtful for us by making sure appetizers were set aside for us while we were taking pictures, we were very pleasantly surprised to find a big bowl of our seafood items sitting at our couples table, since we definitely didn't get a chance to get to it. Throughout the night, they made a point to bring us drinks, dessert, help with a small crisis on my mom's side. I really couldn't have imagined having a better coordinator the day of, I wish I had another big event to plan, because I would absolutely go back to them for their services. AND the amazing service doesn't even stop at the wedding day! Their follow up emails to reflect back on what went wrong or what went well shows how much they care about their work. They were very meticulous in addressing any concerns we had that happened on the big day and most importantly, they were honest. They were truthful about the reasons why some things didn't go as planned, and that to us is the most important trait in a coordinator that you can trust them. In the end, they were instrumental in even getting us partial refunds from vendors because of them not holding completely true to their agreements. If you've read this to its end, you don't need to look elsewhere, hire Cindy and her team now! You won't regret it!

    The Mad Love team took such incredible care of us throughout our entire wedding planning process…read more Cindy was so warm during our first call with her, and it really set the tone for all of our future interactions with the rest of her team! Shasele was our point of contact, and she was kind, thorough, and patient with us as we worked through all of our requirements and asked her a million different questions about the process. She also made sure to provide regular checklists of items to make sure we stayed on track, while also not putting too much pressure on us! Claire handled putting together a gorgeous design brief based on inspiration photos we gathered, which definitely helped as we went through the process of selecting and working with vendors--all of whom were also incredible! An important thing I also want to mention is that I had a sudden health issue flare up partway through our venue search, which set things back by a year. The team was incredibly understanding and checked in periodically while offering well wishes until I was ready to return to planning, and I deeply appreciate how patient they all were during such a difficult time. Overall we couldn't not have asked for a better planning team to work with, and we're so incredibly grateful to Mad Love Events for making our special day so perfect!

She helped us find great vendors to work with (DJ, tea ceremony host, trilingual MC, videographer, linens, and stationery) and was respectful of our wedding budget. Sarah genuinely wants her clients to have the wedding of their dreams and she and MWS team definitely delivers! We chose Sarah and MWS because they matched what we were looking for: honoring our Asian heritage by offering tea ceremony package and being well versed in Chinese wedding traditions, and introducing us to an entertaining MC/host who was both fluent in English, Cantonese, and Vietnamese! To be honest I was very hesitant and a bit stressed about learning a dance for the wedding, but she gave us the building blocks and showed through her teaching the confidence I needed to dance on our special day. She knew our level of dance knowledge (which was basically zero) and she knows just what to look out for (ie. smile more, practice with wedding shoes) in order for brides to look their best on the big wedding day. Henry told us not to worry and that even though he already had 2 other events that day, he had a backup photobooth for my niece's Sweet 16! They squeezed us in and were very professional doing so. I usually keep a to do list of everything that needs to get done in life to make sure nothing slips through the cracks, even if its not something that I need to do. I tend to keep that list even when I'm fairly confident the other person will complete that task. With Candice, I felt comfortable not keeping that list, and just trusting she would take care of everything, which she did. But just the fact that I was able to get comfortable enough with Candice easy on to not keep that list was such a huge relief. Normally when I go to a wedding, I can identify the planner, but I tend to not have a strong opinion about the planner. We too read the reviews and were not too sure how legitimate all of the 5 star ratings were, so we really gave Helen the 3rd degree, 10 months before the wedding date. Specifics: Helen checked in with us regarding every single detail from the venue [The Noor], ALL of our vendors, and remained on top of it all every step of the way.
