TLDR; 10/10 BOOK them! We booked Hadley and Ren for a month of coordination services and as our florist for our wedding. I highly recommend booking them for both services! I had a Zoom meeting to get to know them and for a consultation. Right off the bat, I was impressed with their professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to detail. She showed me all the templates that they use to keep the wedding process on track. The type-A in me LOVED that! After booking, our trust in them grew and I felt drawn to book them for florals as well (so glad we did not DIY those haha). The floral pitch deck they presented was beautiful, and Cynthia was receptive to our Pinterest inspiration & feedback, which was so appreciated! I was stressed about one to two months before the wedding, and Tiffany got me back on track! I cannot thank her enough for her support, grace, questions, timeline help, and list of what to follow up on. Just what you want in a wedding coordinator! A great weight was lifted off me knowing Tiffany and her team were there to be mindful of time and execute the vision. I loved the fact that none of my family had to bear the stress of trying to coordinate more than they already needed to! When it came to the rehearsal and actual wedding day, Tiffany blew us away with her composure and professionalism. We almost started to run a bit behind on our timeline due to some of the wedding party running late, but you wouldn't have known it since she made up the time and got us on schedule! If problems had happened during my wedding, I wouldn't have known about it since it was handled behind the scenes with this amazing team! If you want a wedding planner who will completely elevate your vision while removing every ounce of stress, hire Cynthia. Hiring her as our full-time wedding planner (from initial design to final execution and day-of coordination) was hands-down the best decision we made. As a Type B bride who often sent delayed or vague responses (and planning a destination wedding), I was entirely dependent on Cynthia. She is fiercely organized, deeply knowledgeable, and became my ultimate voice of reason in an industry that can feel incredibly overwhelming. Her industry experience and partnership proved absolutely invaluable. Cynthia has an incredible network of connections, allowing her to source vendors that either fit perfectly within a reasonable budget or provided way more value than we ever expected. Because of her expertise, our wedding became something far more beautiful and grand than I ever thought was possible for us. Throughout the entire process, she limited my stress entirely. I had so much confidence in her execution that a massive weight was lifted off my shoulders. I truly do not think a wedding would have happened without her! Cynthia has a warm, collaborative, and genuinely patient spirit, and her design eye is unmatched. In addition to designing almost every detail, she handled our floral design from start to finish, from the initial conception to execution and strike. It was beautiful. Her and her team's attention to detail is elite. When some of our signage (the bar menu, welcome table, and memory table signs) arrived and didn't align with our vision, Cynthia's team didn't blink. They stepped in and custom-made the signage themselves to ensure everything was perfect. She was also completely flexible with all of my custom requests, including some special party favors where her team completely over-delivered. We also commissioned a few custom items as well; Cynthia and her team truly can do it all. They even gifted a shadow box of some of the custom details they created for us :') But what truly sets Cynthia apart is her heart. My mom mentioned in passing how much of a BTS fan she is. Knowing how complex that ticketing system is (IYKYK), I didn't think twice about it but Cynthia did. She somehow tracked down two tickets, which allowed me to surprise my mom. It had nothing to do with wedding planning and everything to do with how deeply she cares for her clients. There are probably a million things her team handled behind the scenes with the utmost professional care. I would not hesitate to hire her again for any future event. If you are on the fence, hire her immediately!
I met Cynthia early on in the wedding planning process, and I am so, so grateful that I did. Cynthia is the calm you need - a safe harbor in the eye of the storm. She kept us on track throughout planning, set realistic expectations (she immediately clocked that our timeline was too ambitious and her suggested adjustments were exactly right), and brought a strong, steady presence that we relied on all the way through the end of our wedding day. She handled stressed-out Vietnamese mothers with such grace, always made sure we had water and food, and somehow managed to fix every hiccup with ease. When I dropped bright pink dragon fruit on my wedding dress and my bustle came undone right before the grand entrance, Cynthia immediately whipped out a wipe and safety pins and had everything fixed in two shakes. Her team was equally incredible - professional, kind, and completely on top of every detail. Hannah kept the photographers on task so we captured all the shots we wanted, and Amanda handled last-minute alcohol runs during the reception to keep the drinks flowing. Even as we added last-minute dress changes and speech requests, Cynthia found a way to make it all happen seamlessly. Cynthia and her team are powerful, compassionate, and truly the best we could have ever worked with. So many other vendors hailed their professionalism! If you're on the fence about hiring them for coordination or florals, do it. The relief you'll feel from being in their warm, extremely capable hands is worth every penny.

I stumbled upon this floral shop when I was at SOCO. The decor and design is absolutely gorgeous!! Not only did the florals draw me in, but I really loved how they had a table to showcase what it would look like for an event/wedding. Their work is absolutely breathtaking. The team is also incredibly kind and talented. I've attached some photos of their work as well. I LOVED all the cool tone neutrals! Beyond obsessed. 10/10 Thank you all!
Coming from a grooms perspective I felt the same exact way as every other ignorant groom. Thinking we can do it all on our own. Let me tell you you're wrong. You guys need a coordinating team and Hadley and Rens team literally did gods work for our wedding. The entire event went absolutely perfect and they made sure we had nothing to worry about so we could truly enjoy our day. I'm not one to normally write reviews but trust me they deserve every bit of recognition for all of the hard work they put in. If you want to impress all of your friends with a wedding that is perfect down to every little detail and want to make your wedding the most memorable night of your life then book with them! P.S. they're also huge dog people and that's such a green flag
I have been following Hadley and Ren for a while & long before I got engaged I knew I want them to design my wedding bouquet & florals. When I reached out for my wedding, I was excited to find out that they also started doing wedding planning/coordinating. They made everything less stressful and brought my vision to life. I was able to actually enjoy my wedding day Cynthia and her team really went above and beyond on my wedding day. They even looked out after our dogs as they weren't allowed in the reception area. In the midst of wedding planning, we found our silver lining, Hadley & Ren. We knew from the moment we met them, that it was a match made in heaven. It was the BEST decision we made for ourselves. We couldn't imagine going through this process without them. The services we chose were partial planning with design and florals. If we had found them sooner, we would have done the full planning service. It would have saved us A LOT of money, but so happy to have found them when we did. They are extremely knowledgable and will help guide you when you are feeling overwhelmed and stressed. They cater to your wants and needs and provide you with a TON of options. For example, we needed bread baskets: they sent me 3 different options. All we did was press a link and pay. It saved us so much time! They are also extremely organized with tons of helpful pdfs, excel sheets, and google docs. We relied on these so much. All the vendors were highly impressed with their active communication and thorough planning. Trust me, on a day full of chaos and multiple different people working together, you want someone who can take charge and lead with confidence. They displayed this admirably. And lastly, their attention to detail is out of this world. They were meticulous about bringing our vision to life. We felt like everything we planned on our design deck transpired beautifully on our wedding day. Our wedding felt like a dream and all of our guests were in awe. We are so lucky and honored to have worked with Hadley & Ren. We did not have an ounce of stress on our wedding day. They handled all the hiccups with grace, so that we could be fully present on our wedding day. It was the best day of our lives. Thank you H&R! P.S. They are so funny! Over the next several months, we had regular check-ins with Cynthia and her team to go over action items, floral designs, and vendor/rental selections. Cynthia made sure we felt confident throughout the planning process, always responding to our questions and requests promptly with care. Not to mention, H&R also has connections with a variety of vendors and suppliers in the industry that can materialize visions into reality. We also had several design meetings with Cynthia in the months leading up to the wedding to revise floral selections and venue layout. From the moment we connected with Cynthia for partial planning service, we felt that we were in very good hands. We were provided with frankly PERFECT vendor recommendations that showed how much the H&R team dedicated time and energy to find us the right fits. They provided us with such helpful resources, remained a calm and steady presence throughout the planning process, and never failed to make us feel seen, heard, and appreciated. Tiffany was our day-of coordinator and absolutely knocked it out of the park! She went above and beyond with streamlining communications and timing with our vendors and venue; all the while, she consistently made sure we felt represented in every aspect of our day. Tiffany was the second-opinion we were looking for during the whole process; she is so attentive, encouraging, and empathetic. She's a tremendous reason as to why all the moving parts of our day went so smoothly. The beautiful arrangements were even better in real life and fully complimented our outdoor venue. My bouquet and all the floral components were just what we always imagined them to be: natural, warm, and romantic! Kayley not only completely hit every mark on our vision board with the florals-she is also the sweetest soul and provided bubbles the day of that made the vibes 100% immaculate! The pacing of our day was impeccable. We didn't feel rushed nor did we feel any lulls. We had plenty of moments that were private and precious, and got to make so many memories with all of our guests, that we wouldn't have changed a single thing about our wedding. Such a cute and aesthetic little shop! Located in the soco OC mix. I was looking to get a housewarming gift for a friend who loves neutral tones and went with the signature short arrangement which was absolutely perfect! Camille and Kaley were so helpful and sweet. They have beautiful vase arrangements and bouquets. Def recommend if you're looking for a beautiful gift for your loved ones!

We first met the Hadley and Ren team 1.5 years ago, and it has been our best decision ever to get their help with everything from our proposal to our wedding. They helped us setup our proposal, find our wedding venue, photographer for both proposal+wedding, most of our wedding vendors, and finally planning the wedding itself. Everything turned out impeccably, making this some of the best years and memories of our lives together. From the beginning, the team understood our vision to a tee - we were looking for a timeless but unique style. The team waited patiently for months as we went through repeated lotteries for our venue, ensuring us we would still be supported no matter when our wedding date ended up being. They stayed meticulously organized throughout the entire 10 months of planning - scheduling meetings and todos with us when each agenda item came due, and never overloading us with unnecessary info. The team loves to go above and beyond, always generous with their time to peruse venues, rentals, and decor together, and even shopping around for custom items when they weren't available at our initial rental vendors. They truly pulled all the strings for us to make our wedding day as beautiful as possible! When speed bumps and contract confusions came up with vendors, the team made sure we didn't need to partake in any of the communication - they handled and resolved everything for us behind the scenes. People always asked us if wedding planning is stressful - it was easy to say no, given how great the Hadley and Ren team has been. On the day of the wedding, everything was brought to life perfectly - it was stunning and breathtaking. I cannot give enough praise for the Hadley and Ren team! We went with the full planning and we got their floral package. From start to finish, they were there for us every step of the way, even through the emotional support. Cynthia and the team have such an eye for design and made my dream wedding come to fruition. They are extremely organized throughout the planning process and made everything super easy for us. The day of went so smoothly because of the team as well! From the moment we connected with Cynthia for partial planning service, we felt that we were in very good hands. Over the months leading up to our wedding, Cynthia, Tiffany, and Kayley always checked in with us to ensure we had visibility into every step of our big day. We were provided with frankly PERFECT vendor recommendations that showed how much the H&R team dedicated time and energy to find us the right fits. They provided us with such helpful resources, remained a calm and steady presence throughout the planning process, and never failed to make us feel seen, heard, and appreciated. Tiffany was our day-of coordinator and absolutely knocked it out of the park! She went above and beyond with streamlining communications and timing with our vendors and venue; all the while, she consistently made sure we felt represented in every aspect of our day. Tiffany was the second-opinion we were looking for during the whole process; she is so attentive, encouraging, and empathetic. She's a tremendous reason as to why all the moving parts of our day went so smoothly. We truly cannot fathom our wedding being as wonderful as it was without her dedication, organization, and infectious positivity! The florals and vibes were exactly what we envisioned for our day! The beautiful arrangements were even better in real life and fully complimented our outdoor venue. My bouquet and all the floral components were just what we always imagined them to be: natural, warm, and romantic! So many of our guests commented on how our wedding was one of the most beautiful they've ever experienced. Kayley not only completely hit every mark on our vision board with the florals-she is also the sweetest soul and provided bubbles the day of that made the vibes 100% immaculate! The pacing of our day was impeccable. We didn't feel rushed nor did we feel any lulls. We had plenty of moments that were private and precious, and got to make so many memories with all of our guests, that we wouldn't have changed a single thing about our wedding. I first found Hadley and Ren through Instagram and boy am I glad I stumbled upon Cynthia's page. I followed her for about a year before I got engaged and was always seeing the beautiful bridal bouquets. When we started the planning process, I knew I wanted to reach out. My wedding planner was actually the one to take that on and she was so impressed with how responsive Cynthia was and the communication from the start was great. Now florals for weddings are never inexpensive so it was really important to me to have a way for guests (and myself) to cherish the beautiful floral creations gorgeous years to come. Cynthia and her team took my vision board and created the most perfect bouquets and floral arrangements that made the ceremony and reception look complete. Because all our arrangements and bouquets were everlasting, she even packed up the arrangements so well so we could drive them to Arizona. Do yourself a favor and pick Hadley & Ren! I would give Cynthia and Angela 10/5 stars if I could! TLDR: My wife had a vision and Cynthia and Angela executed to perfection! Our wedding day could not have gone any smoother. When my wife and I started planning our wedding, my number 1 non negotiable was to get a wedding planner after hearing horror stories about couples planning weddings without one and I am so glad that we found Cynthia and Angela. Upon interviewing several planners with our limited budget, Cynthia hands down gave the best first impression. When we told the other planners our budget, their responses during the interview were the same; "that's going to be tough" or "sorry we can't do it with that budget". When Cynthia answered the phone, she said "absolutely we can make that work, we've done amazing work with less". This is the kind of positivity, determination, and attitude every couple should see in their planners. It gave us a lot of confidence to work with them. During planning, they were very attentive to our needs; making sure we were aware of things we didn't know we had to be aware of, organizing all vendor payments and due dates, and staying in communication with our vendors. When it was time to create our design deck, they took our feedback very well to make sure we were on the same page. Not to mention, they are also a floral vendor so we didn't have to shop around for another florist. Come the big day, the coordination they had with their team was spot on. I wanted to make sure that my wife and I were able to enjoy the wedding that we spent so many months planning and that's exactly what happened. If anything went wrong, we didn't even notice. 2 weeks later and our guests are still talking about how great it was. At the end of the day, Cynthia and Angela planned and coordinated our wedding to perfection. In fact, it was so perfect that we want to do it again exactly the same way. We booked Hadley and Ren for floral and month of coordination services for our wedding. From the first meeting, we were impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, eye for design, and the overall feeling of confidence they instilled in us. We were stressed in the months leading up to the wedding, and it really gave us a lot of comfort knowing our coordinator would make sure everything was taken care of. It also rained heavily on the day of our (entirely outdoor) wedding, but our coordinator handled it with such composure and finesse that we didn't have to worry about it at all. We really believe that, had we worked with another coordinator who wasn't as experienced, the rain could easily have ruined the night. But thanks to the team, it was a non-issue, and our guests just continued to enjoy the rest of the night indoors. We're a fairly picky couple and had a specific vision in mind for the florals. Hadley and Ren understood our vision right away and on the day of the wedding, when we saw everything all set up, we almost couldn't believe how good it looked - it was even better than we had envisioned. On top of being so good at their jobs, everyone we worked with in some way was so kind, attentive, and reassuring. They were the calming presence we needed throughout the whole process. No matter how many random things we needed help with that day, the team was prepared to address it and never made us feel like too much. We are forever grateful to the Hadley and Ren team for working so hard to make sure we had our perfect day - I really don't think it would have been possible without them. Where do I even begin... I can't thank Hadley & Ren enough til this very day for my wedding journey. I'm still recovering from everything that happened, but I definitely need to thank them for being a part of this era of my life. When people say that your wedding planner or coordinator is going to be your best buddy or friend through that time period of planning, it is very true. They definitely made me and my husband feel so welcomed and comforted in every aspect as needed along the way, in such a genuine manner. They accommodated to things as much as they could with each vendor that we worked with, and were very organized and supportive from start to finish. They were also very helpful with designing and sharing ideas if we couldn't make up our minds or come up with execution. When it came to personal matters that happened during wedding planning they are also very supportive and understanding which made me feel very comfortable and supportive. This was very important to me and made me feel so loved and cared for. This is what made Hadley & Ren special and different from any other planners I've talked to and they are so personable. Then when it came to wedding day they are definitely your fairies. They'll make you feel well taken care of even if you have stuff that'll give you anxiety, they'll know how to calm you down. If your feet are hurting, they'll have stuff to fix it. If you need food or water, they'll make sure you're fed. If your vendors don't know what to do or aren't doing their job, they'll make sure it's done. If your veil needs a fluff, they'll fluff it. Whatever you can think of they'll be there for you. These ladies are so detail oriented that you don't need to worry. They made our most chaotic compacted day work, even with Asian mother in laws constantly tailing them. So I definitely would recommend them 10/10 to anyone for any event planning to flower arrangements. These ladies are incredible and I will never forget what they have done for me and my husband. Especially Cynthia, she will forever have a special place in my heart because she definitely was there for me on my special day with everything happening, and even checked up on me afterwards. I had an unforgettable and perfect intimate wedding at a house in Palm springs with Hadley and Ren. It's was not an usual wedding venue so we needed to prepare and decorate the place from zero. I really enjoyed the whole processes since Cynthia and Angela were so professional and kind & friendly!! They helped me a lot by guiding every step and suggesting best options. Thanks to them, I could finish the wedding successfully without any stressful moment. I had two really tall vases in an open space with high ceilings and wanted to change out the winter flowers for something that could be used year round. Popped over to Hadley and Ren one Saturday afternoon and the owner was (1) SO sweet to take on this impromptu request and (2) constructed two really elegant bouquets that worked perfectly in the space. I brought a photo of one of her previous pieces that we liked and expressed some of the things we needed to balance in terms of taste/preferences. She did such a gorgeous job pulling it together (and worked SO fast). Really appreciated how these two pieces complement each other without being too matchy. This little shop has a ton of other super cute things - got an insanely delicious candle on my way out too!!! read more
I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia for my wedding last year. I fell in love with her work when I first saw her Instagram feed and fell deeper in love when I saw her work in person! i was destined to come across Hadley and Ren. I was referred to Cynthia from my wedding photographers and i immediately reached out. I loved her aesthetics, but i ended up loving her more! during our first meeting, she created a beautiful proposal. she listened to what i wanted and she stayed within my budget. i immediately booked her right away and we instantly became friends!!
