The kids LOVED it! And it was great for the adults because the kids never left the bubble stations. There were so many different wands and ways to make bubbles. The lady who came did such a nice job. She was very friendly and so sweet to the kids. Any time someone had trouble, she would patiently show them how to make the bubbles. As the activity went on, she introduced other bubble making tools like a rope. Each new item captivated the kids. In particular, a few of the kids were timid at first. I thought the lady was very kind and encouraging. All of the kids warmed up to her and took part with the bubbles. I was happy to see some adults getting in on the fun as well. And even some parents teaming up with the kids to try to make the biggest bubble possible. It was a ton of fun all around. At the end, everything was cleaned up and taken away. Some kids wanted hands-on support, others preferred to jump right in on their own, and Nat handled that balance perfectly. We had such anxiety about what to do for our son's 5th birthday and wrestled with doing Chuck E Cheese or Gymboree. We decided to take a chance on the Balloon Guy and man, they nailed it! Yasmine and Sean were instrumental in creating one of those childhood moments that kids look back and remember fondly throughout their adulthood. Yasmine was a true artist with all her balloon creations and probably made over 30 balloon designs that day ranging from unicorns, princesses, ninjas, sharks, Mario, Superheros, flowers, hats etc. In my head, I know all those kids wished they had parents half as cool as us, ha! I was back and forth between an 18ft ballon garland and a 21ft balloon garland. Their representative informed me that if I went with the 21ft garland, they would throw in free delivery (a $150 value). I asked for the balloon color options and a contract but it was never sent. I followed up a few weeks later and they sent a very limited selections for balloon color options only. When I followed up on the contract and to pay the deposit for the balloons, they said they would no longer offer free delivery. The person was very dismissive and could care less that my event was a month away. Luckily, I found a different balloon company, Plan My Party LA, for a fraction of the price.
