ordered a total of 15 tablecloths to rent for a memorial. I received 14 and the 9 round tablecloths had a hole in the middle, some of the round and rectangle tablecloths had stains on them. I immediately took photos and called to express my disappointment with the missing tablecloth, holes and stains. Now I am told all of the round tablecloths have holes for patio tables. My memorial was held inside and no one told me about the holes when I reserved the tablecloths. The stains were not addressed and no offer to bring the missing tablecloth. However, I was refunded for the missing tablecloth. I did take a round tablecloth from the memorial table once completed and quickly place in the round lunch table. Very embarrassing! read more

Magic jump rentals are a great company to rent from. They have a great selection of jumpers. I've been renting from them since 2015. I definitely recommend them. The only reason why I have them four stars and not five is because of the drop off delivery driver we got this past weekend. He was not very friendly and had this very rude like personality. When dropping off the wet jumper slide he laid it out incorrectly and huffed and puffed having to move it around. He asked that my husband help him which I thought was unprofessional. My husband was unavailable to assist and nor would I have let him. Then he turned it around and said is this where you want it, which I was like yes obviously the kids had access to get in once moved. He then put sticks in the ground and left. Mind you I know it was super hot but he didn't even connect the hose or give any directions. Just left. I was like what just happened. He even left the extension cord just there in the walk way. Didn't have the kindness to move it or at least make it safe! But it was made up for with our pick up driver (shout out to Eric) amazing service. So will I rent again yes but I hope to be able to get sent kind and caring drivers that care about the reputation of this company! read more

Adding the Mickey bounce house was the BEST decision for our Disneyland-themed birthday party. Our twins and guests LOVED it. No accidents, hiccups, or concerns and we will DEFINITELY use this company again. Drop off came almost 2 hours early unexpectedly, so I'm glad someone was home and ready to receive it. If we didn't live here, I could see that huge time variance being tough. An hour after drop off someone else came to chemically clean it. On the one hand, I'm super pleased it was freshly clean. On the other, it was a bummer to have it sitting for an hour to air out while the kids could it but couldn't touch it. However, it was still ready and clean well before the time we had designated. You can see how clean it is from the picture. This was after kids had been jumping in it all day. Pickup was quick and seamless. Perfectly on time. It gave our kids plenty of time to jump before and after the party so that more guests could go during the party. We paid a babysitter to enforce the contracted rules and supervise.
