I hired Spiderman for my son's birthday party and although Tony(the manager) was very professional, the person who was in the Spiderman costume was not the best. He lacks some charisma and some energy. He played all the games requested on the booking but I expected more when it came to the "superhero training." All he did for that was bring out a nerf gun and had the kids take a turn shooting. Mind you, there were around 25 kids so it took a while and the kids were getting antsy just waiting in line. For the "dance party" party, his speaker was small and you couldn't even really hear the music so I let him use our big speaker. Not a big deal but you would think they would be more prepared. I was offered to pay extra for a grand entrance and present for the birthday boy and I'm glad I didn't because my son was still given a present and it was a small paint kit from the dollar tree. Booking process was really easy, but overall the service from the characters was not the best. Manager responded promptly and though Spiderman was not the best in my opinion, he showed up on time which was also professional on their side.

When I reached out to them via Instagram, they made the process quick & simple to book our reservation. I had no issues with reserving, payment, or confirmation, it was all easy & fast. They did a great job with reaching out prior to the party to check in and confirm everything. Thankfully they had 1 last slot open on the date of the party and I'm so glad I booked it right away. Taylor was very welcoming & attentive not only to my daughter, but to all the other kids there. She looked beautiful, but her voice was incredible! I was in shock how identical she sounds to Ariel & even her singing was exactly the same my daughter was in awe! She was able to fit in story telling, a few games, singing happy birthday, and photos with all the guests all within an hour I was so impressed. Unfortunately, the performance did not meet those expectations at all. The elf did not initiate any activities and appeared disengaged the entire time. I had to constantly prompt her to interact with the children. Several kids were upset, and multiple guests commented that she was not doing her job. At one point, she was standing in one spot chewing gum, which felt extremely unprofessional. Three of my guests even offered to write reviews on my behalf because they felt so bad about the situation. Instead of enjoying my party and hosting my adult guests, I ended up managing the entertainer myself and playing with the kids to keep them engaged--completely defeating the purpose of hiring entertainment. I contacted the company immediately after the party. The party coordinator responded promptly and confirmed that the elf claimed the children "weren't interested," which is why she didn't engage. I was told the owner would contact me to resolve the issue, but I never heard from him. I would give this service zero stars if I could. I am giving one star only because the coordinator was professional and responsive, which is the sole reason I booked this company. Unfortunately, the actual service was a major disappointment.

At first, she told me they didn't have those characters available, so I went ahead and booked Donald Duck and thought Minnie would be a great addition. But just a few hours later, Lisa called me back with the most incredible news -- her team was willing to create custom costumes for Pinocchio and the Blue Fairy just for my daughter's party! I was beyond excited -- truly over the moon. Lisa handled everything with such care, attention, and professionalism. She went above and beyond -- even attending the party herself to make sure everything ran smoothly. That level of dedication is rare and so appreciated.
