I received a few different calls to confirm the party so everything seemed on track. On the day of the party, the balloon artist showed up without the character. Our character made a mistake and had her parties mixed up so she was over an hour late. The balloon artist kind of just walked around and made balloon animals for the kids but it was awkward with no character. Since our character was so late, some kids had to leave when she was just arriving. We were building up the anticipation but by then we discovered it would be well over another hour, so the kids got in the pool instead and were well into playing and not really into the entertaining by the time the character did arrive. Overall the character was great once the kids heard her singing. Balloon artist was kind of a waste of money since it was a little awkward having someone walk around making balloons without the entertainer. Kind of a bummer it played out that way. Mistakes do happen but no one even reached out to explain anything, I just received an invoice to pay with a slight discount which I still paid.

Two clowns were booked and Apple Jacks was one of them. She had green hair and seemed incredibly annoyed to be there. A few little girls asked for balloon crowns but Apple Jacks said no because "too many kids wanted their faces painted" so she only had time to make balloon swords. I didn't think that was fair to the kids, especially since the clowns arrived late and packed up early (even though they were paid for the full 2 hours). The organizer asked if they could stop to take a group photo to share on Instagram but Apple Jacks was quick to say no. I was dumbfounded because a company event with 100+ attendees sharing and tagging a small business could potentially lead to referrals, especially since they were hired through a personal referral in the first place. All in all, I would NOT recommend this company. I was within earshot of Apple Jacks talking to the event organizer and was put off by Apple Jacks' overall rude and unprofessional tone.

beware of jason lancaster operating under many "job descriptions": electrician, handyman and has a…read moreparty company which has a few names: party animals oc, party animals and animal crackers jason lancaster was hired to install and remove christmas lights. upon removal jason lancaster did not complete the job and when contacted to do so, he told me to "have the guy next year do it" (photos of texts attached) since this incident i have been harassed by jason lancaster and police had to be notified beware of jason lancaster - unprofessional and frightening harassment when disputing an incomplete job (Photo of text attached)
