I really don't like write negative reviews, but I couldn't have had worse experience with this company. To put it frankly, they are unprofessional. We picked up their business card a friend's birthday party, the business card doesn't have a phone number only an email address. After multiple emails to book their services, without reply I finally found their social media marketing page where I sent a message trying to book their services. I shouldn't be surprised that they never got back to me. Everything about their website says for all inquiries to go through email. Finally I was able to dig and found a phone number listed for them. After multiple calls, without answers, I would get text messages back saying to text them my party info and they would get back to me. They never got back to me. I kept having to call over and over again, and send text after text, over and over just to get a response. This was all over an extensive period of time, mind you. If the answer was no, that was perfectly ok, but they should get back to their customers. It's unprofessional and frankly rude. I finally got an answer from them at 10:30pm at night, through text saying they were unavailable. Again, unprofessional. I'm really surprised with the good reviews on here, because no matter what I did, I couldn't get a hold of them or get them to respond. But I do see some reviews here with people saying they went through the same issues. That wasn't my experience at all, so I guess you gotta hope you get lucky with them. Now it's really close to the date for my daughter's party and there's really no other options as things are booked. Do yourself a favor and avoid disappointing your kid, and going through what feels like a "wild goose chase" with this company. I've never had to work so hard before, to give someone money. read more

We were a little disappointed. We weren't able to get Heidi but one of her associate. It was a gentlemen, I forgot his name... May be John? Not quite what we expected or hope for. The party was at a bounce house and they required that shoes are removed and have socks only. Our balloon guy did not want to take of his shoes. So we compromised and had him perform by the entrance. Balloons. There was a small menu for kids to choose from and he did make some nice balloons "of the menu", which I appreciated. Lady bugs were great. Most balloon were average compare to some other balloon artist we had before. Nothing that stood out or impressed us. Our theme was COCO (Animation), they did not have any balloons that fit the theme, which I was a little disappointed. Since they do not have the Coco theme, I was promised by Heidi, during our correspondence before I booked her company, that an artist would bring a special Coco balloon, premade, for my daughter. That did not happen. Thus a little disappointed. By the end of the 2 hours.. John was ready to leave, he had his supplies put away and I was about to pay my balance. A little girl came to us and asked for a lady bug... but John had to go. This I understand... but you should seen the disappointed look on that little girl face... broke my heart. I was just a little disappointed, but I do realize he did his 2 hours and fair is fair. Just a little disappointed... that is the theme of the review. read more

Booked 2 of Heidi's associates for my daughters 1st Birthday party. Both showed up early and were pretty nice. I was running around tending to guests and food so I didn't get to check out what the balloon artist could do, but the kids seemed pleased with what they got. I was kind of hoping to see something big and cool. I've been to parties where the artist suggested to the kids something unique instead of just a regular flower or dog. I got my face painted to match my daughters and it turned out cute. Overall, everything went smoothly and professionally. I picked them over other companies for how much they communicated and provided ideas and options. She was absolutely darling and patient and an expert and everyone loved the balloons. 10/10. I saw Her Balloon Art's photo booth for a friend's birthday party and was so impressed by the quality/filters/simplicity for printing and sharing that I had to get them for my friend's birthday party last weekend! Their photos were AMAZING and they come with the perfect props -- and not super cheesy ones that you see at every wedding or event. The theme for the party was Drake, so Tesia even printed out a large Drake face on a stick, and printed out album covers that I made for my friend so they could be used for props + she brought a champagne bottle balloon in honor of Champagne Papi himself! So ANGRY that this 5 star business DID NOT live up to its reputation. This is my 2nd run in with simply wild parties and I should have learned my lesson with the lack of communication with my first experience (They never replied to an order request) 2nd time around decided I would give them another try cause again 5 stars. Communication was great at first, booked the day and time, style of the balloon garland etc. Until suddenly the day of the party they decide NOT to show up. When I contacted them after 30 minutes of waiting their response was that I supposedly didn't confirm...WTF. I've been communicating with you for weeks and asked for a quote with NO reply... That's not confirming? If that's the case then you reach out to your customer and remind them of their order. To top it off they have the audacity to tell they were already booked and had no plans on coming out. SERIOUSLY FRUSTRATING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, unless of course you like to live on the edge and don't mind poor service. read more
