I ordered a drop balloon bag for my son in superhero theme and he loved it! Also got his BFFs Easter bags and they loved it too! Appreciate all the details! Such a cute concept. Also want to add that I truly admire how the business has adjusted to the covid circumstances and improvised new business ideas like delivery! Lastly, 5 stars for the owner who truly delivers customer service! She's extremely responsible, friendly and professional. We had a little hiccup with the delivery and without hesitation she handled the situation right away and even went out of the way to correct the issue. read more

I really don't like write negative reviews, but I couldn't have had worse experience with this company. To put it frankly, they are unprofessional. We picked up their business card a friend's birthday party, the business card doesn't have a phone number only an email address. After multiple emails to book their services, without reply I finally found their social media marketing page where I sent a message trying to book their services. I shouldn't be surprised that they never got back to me. Everything about their website says for all inquiries to go through email. Finally I was able to dig and found a phone number listed for them. After multiple calls, without answers, I would get text messages back saying to text them my party info and they would get back to me. They never got back to me. I kept having to call over and over again, and send text after text, over and over just to get a response. This was all over an extensive period of time, mind you. If the answer was no, that was perfectly ok, but they should get back to their customers. It's unprofessional and frankly rude. I finally got an answer from them at 10:30pm at night, through text saying they were unavailable. Again, unprofessional. I'm really surprised with the good reviews on here, because no matter what I did, I couldn't get a hold of them or get them to respond. But I do see some reviews here with people saying they went through the same issues. That wasn't my experience at all, so I guess you gotta hope you get lucky with them. Now it's really close to the date for my daughter's party and there's really no other options as things are booked. Do yourself a favor and avoid disappointing your kid, and going through what feels like a "wild goose chase" with this company. I've never had to work so hard before, to give someone money. read more

We were a little disappointed. We weren't able to get Heidi but one of her associate. It was a gentlemen, I forgot his name... May be John? Not quite what we expected or hope for. The party was at a bounce house and they required that shoes are removed and have socks only. Our balloon guy did not want to take of his shoes. So we compromised and had him perform by the entrance. Balloons. There was a small menu for kids to choose from and he did make some nice balloons "of the menu", which I appreciated. Lady bugs were great. Most balloon were average compare to some other balloon artist we had before. Nothing that stood out or impressed us. Our theme was COCO (Animation), they did not have any balloons that fit the theme, which I was a little disappointed. Since they do not have the Coco theme, I was promised by Heidi, during our correspondence before I booked her company, that an artist would bring a special Coco balloon, premade, for my daughter. That did not happen. Thus a little disappointed. By the end of the 2 hours.. John was ready to leave, he had his supplies put away and I was about to pay my balance. A little girl came to us and asked for a lady bug... but John had to go. This I understand... but you should seen the disappointed look on that little girl face... broke my heart. I was just a little disappointed, but I do realize he did his 2 hours and fair is fair. Just a little disappointed... that is the theme of the review. read more

Booked 2 of Heidi's associates for my daughters 1st Birthday party. Both showed up early and were pretty nice. I was running around tending to guests and food so I didn't get to check out what the balloon artist could do, but the kids seemed pleased with what they got. I was kind of hoping to see something big and cool. I've been to parties where the artist suggested to the kids something unique instead of just a regular flower or dog. I got my face painted to match my daughters and it turned out cute. Overall, everything went smoothly and professionally. Contract was emailed to me prior and down payment was done via PayPal. read more

We hired them for our graduation ceremony from nursing school and I could not have been more delighted. I picked them over other companies for how much they communicated and provided ideas and options. She was absolutely darling and patient and an expert and everyone loved the balloons. 10/10. The only thing is I wish we could have called or set up a time to talk over video to make it quicker to plan and book. read more

We had our wedding on June 24, 2018 and Heidi showed up to our venue and did an incredible job making balloons and face painting for all the kids there. They all seemed incredibly excited with their custom balloon creations and face painting. She showed up on-time, and set-up without any hiccups. Thank you Heidi for doing such a great job at our wedding and we'll be sure to use her again when we have another special event with kids. read more

From start to finish the service provided by this company was great!! Prior to booking I had a few questions and they answered them quickly and made sure I knew what I was getting. Booking was fast and simple and luckily my date was available. The day of the party the artist showed up on time and was set up quickly and ready for the kids who were already waiting in line lol she was knocking out balloons left and right and each kid was stoked! The artist was super friendly and was complimenting my wife on how great everything looked!! By the end of her time every kid had a balloon and they were all stoked!! Highly recommend this company for any type of event and I will refer them to everyone I know!! Great service!! read more

I saw Her Balloon Art's photo booth for a friend's birthday party and was so impressed by the quality/filters/simplicity for printing and sharing that I had to get them for my friend's birthday party last weekend! Their photos were AMAZING and they come with the perfect props -- and not super cheesy ones that you see at every wedding or event. The theme for the party was Drake, so Tesia even printed out a large Drake face on a stick, and printed out album covers that I made for my friend so they could be used for props + she brought a champagne bottle balloon in honor of Champagne Papi himself! I was able to work with her via text/email to send over a custom logo for the photo strips as well that read "IF YOU'RE READING THIS, IT'S HANNAH'S BIRTHDAY" with Drake's album cover font, and it looked AMAZING. Basically, if you're looking for a photo booth with great quality, awesome interactiveness, cute props, excellent communication, and an endless amount of customizations + features, you need to book them. If you're looking for a boring photo booth, I mean I *guess* they could probably pull that off too, BUT WHY NOT GO ABOVE AND BEYOND?! The opportunities are seriously endless so if you're feeling innovative and want to find someone who will work WITH you to execute the bes quality, HER BALLOON ART PHOTO BOOTH IS NECESSARY. read more

We had Tesia at my son's birthday, and she did a phenomenal job. Very professional and accommodating. She arrived on time and went straight to work, which was great. The balloons looked great, especially the customized Cat in the Hat character. The guests, especially the adults, loved the balloons. The fact that she was able to create so many characters within two hours was definitely appreciated. Highly recommended. read more

I booked Her Balloon Art for my sons 1st birthday party and their service was a hit! So many of my guests told me of how impressed they were with her work. I had a lot of kids at the party and I wasn't sure if she could get through them all during her service time, but she did! Every child had either a balloon or amazing face paint! You would have thought she spent a half hour on each face but she was very quick and her work was beautiful! Omg!!!!!! Her Balloon Art is seriously the best balloon art service I have seen! I used them for my daughter's 7th years old birthday party. Teaia is the balloon artist who showed up and she was perfect! Professional and creative at best! She was able to make almost everything and then some for all the kids and the grown ups! I have seen many balloon artists in the parks, fairs, restaurants, or the amusement parks, her skill was definitely one of the best! And she was very good with the kids (age were ranged from 2- 40 yo lol). read more

So ANGRY that this 5 star business DID NOT live up to its reputation. This is my 2nd run in with simply wild parties and I should have learned my lesson with the lack of communication with my first experience (They never replied to an order request) 2nd time around decided I would give them another try cause again 5 stars. Communication was great at first, booked the day and time, style of the balloon garland etc. Until suddenly the day of the party they decide NOT to show up. When I contacted them after 30 minutes of waiting their response was that I supposedly didn't confirm...WTF. I've been communicating with you for weeks and asked for a quote with NO reply... That's not confirming? If that's the case then you reach out to your customer and remind them of their order. To top it off they have the audacity to tell they were already booked and had no plans on coming out. SERIOUSLY FRUSTRATING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, unless of course you like to live on the edge and don't mind poor service. read more

We had the pleasure of having Heidi do FacePainting at my daughters kindergarten graduation and I have nothing but nice things to say about her! She was on time, set up her station, was so great with the kids and the adults had to get in on the fun as well! Having her FacePainting was such a hit at our party that we had to ask her to stay longer because everyone wanted to get it done! Before I found HerBalloonArt I had actually browsed and had contacted 3 different face painters but they would contact me back really late and I didn't feel I was being put first as a customer but when I came across Heidi that was not the case. She is very on top of everything, very friendly and not to mention her art is top notch! We loved having her and would recommend her for FacePainting to anyone who is considering having that at their party! She definitely is 5 stars if not more. Thank you Heidi for making our party a memorable event for our guests! read more
