I had reserved a couple tables and some chairs from Chino Party Rental earlier in the week and confirmed with the woman who took the reservation what time we could pick them up. 9:00 is when they open on Saturday and we didn't show up until almost 9:30 and no one was there! I called the first number on the door and was hung up on, the second number was no longer in service. I call the first number again and some guy answers, "hello". That's it, just hello. I explained to him that we were there but he seemed in no hurry. We went home frustrated so I decided to call another local company. To top it off, the woman called me at 1:00 to let me know the close at 2:00 so I could go pick up the tables and chairs. What? Celebration Party Rental and gave us excellent customer service. They had what I needed, was there for me to pick up, and were there when I went to return them the next day. Chino Party Rental isn't on Yelp and I bet they don't want to be. My daughter paid for 50 chairs and had a specific date and time scheduled to pick them up. When she arrived, the business was closed. After I contacted them, we were told to come back because someone would be there. She drove 25 minutes back, and once again, the business was closed. She called several times but no one answered. I understand that BeDazzle's policy is that payments are non-refundable. However, because the business was closed during our scheduled pickup, the owner agreed to make an exception and refund the money. Unfortunately, we never received the refund. I'm simply sharing our experience so others can be aware and use caution when paying in advance.
