I hate to leave a mediocre review, but that's what I feel like I received with my balloons. All of…read morethe pictures I seen on instagram and yelp looked great, that's why I decided to use the balloon gal. My balloons looked dull and flat, I felt like what I was charged didn't add up to what I got. The added eucalyptus and butterflies were an additional 45 dollars, which shouldn't have been more than 25 dollars because they're so cheap on Amazon, if I would have known I would have bought them and added them myself. There was also a misunderstanding with the custom decal, it ended up not being what I wanted but decided to keep the mistake since it was noticed last minute. Not sure if all this was because it was during a possible busy season If I just had bad luck. Anyway, that was just my experience.
