I contacted them on a Tuesday night asking if they could make a Welcome Baby balloon arrangement for the very next day, and they replied right away. I was honestly a little surprised because their Instagram mentions that they don't always respond to DMs and prefer phone calls--but I was so happy they saw my message and attended to me so well. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, and they did exactly what I asked for. Their pricing is amazing--hands down the best pricing in Moreno Valley and the Inland Empire in general. I'm completely satisfied with how they worked with me and how accommodating they were. I came in today with my sister in law to get balloons for her birthday party and all I can say is that I will definitely will be coming back! The owner Michelle was super sweet, attentive, and even went out of her way to guide us by inflating balloons to ensure those were the colors we needed.
