First of all, I just want to say how professional and amazing the owners of MJS Balloon Creations company are. I contacted them on a Tuesday night asking if they could make a Welcome Baby balloon arrangement for the very next day, and they replied right away. I was honestly a little surprised because their Instagram mentions that they don't always respond to DMs and prefer phone calls--but I was so happy they saw my message and attended to me so well. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, and they did exactly what I asked for. Their pricing is amazing--hands down the best pricing in Moreno Valley and the Inland Empire in general. I'm completely satisfied with how they worked with me and how accommodating they were. They even delivered my balloon arrangement in this ugly weather, and it still arrived safely and beautifully at the location. That alone says so much about their dedication and care. I truly appreciate how caring, communicative, and reliable they were. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for balloon services, and I'll recommend them a million times over. I've been coming to Michelle and Eddie for school events for over 3 years now. They have created balloon arches for the middle school and high school graduations where I work. They are always on time and super reasonable with prices. The balloon columns always last at least 5 days. They have traveled all the way to Los Angeles just to help with setting up! Loved this store! I am a Moreno Valley local and I came across this balloon store recently. I came in today with my sister in law to get balloons for her birthday party and all I can say is that I will definitely will be coming back! The owner Michelle was super sweet, attentive, and even went out of her way to guide us by inflating balloons to ensure those were the colors we needed. Not only do they have great quality balloons they also have a handful of options for you to choose from balloons to props. Their store is super clean and organized which has a welcoming environment. MJS Balloons recently helped us with a balloon arch and other balloon decorations for an event we held with a client. I contacted them on a Thursday before 4th of July weekend to order balloons for that Monday. It was a long shot, but they happily agreed to take on the last-minute order! Not only that, but we needed to be set-up by 4am that Monday morning and they were there EARLY to make sure everything was done before 4am. Incredible service! Besides the balloon art they gave me. They were so helpful. I was having a rough day. The weather was a bit gloomy. My truck wasn't starting I had to use my sedan. Which I was picking up my balloons from there business location such an inconvenience. I had my kids with me in my sedan. My balloon order didn't fit in my car.
