I typically do not leave reviews; however, after my experience with this company, I feel it is important to share my concerns so other couples can make an informed decision. I selected Citrus Historic Park as my wedding venue, and as part of that agreement, I was required to use Timeless Timelines as my wedding coordination company. Initially, the planning process began positively. I worked with Makenzie, who was excellent--she was responsive, thorough, and guided me through the planning process. I believed she would be my wedding coordinator. At my 60-day meeting, I was introduced to Maribel and informed that she would be my day-of coordinator. During our meeting, we reviewed my expectations, décor setup, and floor plans for both the ceremony and reception. Maribel took notes and entered information into her laptop, which gave me confidence that everything was organized. Unfortunately, on my wedding day, many critical details were not executed as discussed. Without consulting me, Maribel changed my approved floor plan. The bar was moved from outside to inside, which caused long lines that interfered with guests seated for dinner. As a result, my younger sister had to sit separately from our family. Additionally, the appetizer table was never set up, despite being something Maribel had assured me she would handle. I had to consistently remind her to restock the dessert table. My unity table for the ceremony was also not set up. Instead, the box that my items were shipped in was placed on the table. This was extremely disappointing, as this table was meant to be a meaningful part of the ceremony. One of the primary reasons I chose this venue was the ability to make my grand entrance through the double glass doors. Because the bar was relocated indoors, this was no longer possible. Instead, I was redirected to enter from the side of the building, which required walking through water and mud. I also had no flowers at my ceremony. During planning, I explained that my reception centerpieces would be used to line the ceremony aisle and later moved inside. I specifically asked whether I needed to assign a family member to handle this, and Maribel assured me she would take care of it. This did not happen. Additionally, my ceremony music was incorrect because Maribel provided the DJ with the wrong song for the bridal party entrance. Guest tables were not set up correctly. The gold placemats that were supposed to be placed at each setting were forgotten. My aunt noticed this and placed them out shortly before guests arrived. When I later explained this issue to the owner, I was told it was acceptable because the placemats were eventually put out before guests entered, which does not change the fact that the setup was not completed as contracted. The bartenders hired through the venue were also unprofessional. When the credit card system stopped working, they refused to manually process payments and turned guests away, even though there was a required minimum alcohol sales amount for which we would be financially responsible. My husband and I paid an additional $1,000 to extend our reception by one hour, expecting the event to conclude at 12:00 a.m. with cleanup until 1:00 a.m. Despite this, centerpieces began being removed at approximately 10:30 p.m., and Maribel left the venue shortly after I did at 12:10 a.m., while guests were still present. This resulted in a complete loss of the extra hour we paid for. I contacted the owner to discuss these issues. Due to the holidays, we connected in early January, and I was told I would receive a follow-up. As of the second week of February, I have received no response. I paid for services that were not delivered and for commitments that were not honored. At this point, I am exploring legal options regarding breach of contract. My intention in sharing this experience is to caution future couples. Planning a wedding is stressful, and couples should be able to trust their coordination team. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of service promised. While I cannot redo my wedding day, I hope this review helps others protect theirs. read more

We got married this September at Windmill Canyon Ranch, which was an amazing venue with great staff, but honestly, if it wasn't for the on-site coordinators from Timeless Timelines, the day could have easily turned into chaos. Our coordinator, Sara, was truly incredible and made everything run perfectly from start to finish. Right before the ceremony, I had an issue with my lashes and was supposed to do our private vows right before. Sara had to completely pivot the schedule last minute, and she handled it like a pro. She quickly rearranged everything so we were still able to do all we wanted right after the ceremony and during golden hour photos, it ended up being perfect. Leading up to the big day, Sara made planning so easy. She scheduled Zoom calls to go over details, helped me brainstorm ideas, and even reminded me about little decor pieces or things I might have forgotten. I could text or email her anytime with questions, and she always responded quickly. About 30 days before our wedding, Sara took over communication with all of our vendors to make sure everyone knew where to be and when, which took so much stress off of us. Everything ran smoothly because of her, and we honestly couldn't imagine our wedding day without her help. If you're getting married at Windmill Canyon Ranch or anywhere else, we can't recommend Timeless Timelines enough, especially Sara. Extremely Disappointed - Not Worth the Money I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. From the start, this venue was a complete headache. The main entrance was ridiculously hard to open, to the point where guests were knocking on the door because they couldn't figure out how to get in. Absolutely unacceptable for an event space. The venue coordinator was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the entire process. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with them, and there was zero communication with vendors or even with us, We had to chase them down constantly, which added so much unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, we were basically forced to hire their event coordinator, which cost us $650 -- and for what? She didn't help with anything meaningful. It felt like we paid for a title, not a service. Total waste of money. If you're planning an important event, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place might look nice in pictures, but behind the scenes, it's a disorganized mess. As if that wasn't enough, they also charged us an extra $500 at the end because cleanup went over the one-hour limit -- which is completely unrealistic for any event. No flexibility, no warning, just an extra charge tacked. At the end of the event, there was a disagreement between the decorator and the bartender over who was responsible for moving the heavy dining tables back into the venue. Because of this argument, the situation was delayed and ended up going into overtime and In the end, my husband--who has a serious back condition--and my young son had to move the tables themselves. I honestly don't understand why this responsibility fell on our family when staff were present, and I'm quite disappointed this was not handled professionally." So very disappointed read more

She anticipated anxieties, smoothed out the process, made useful suggestions and connections, and did timely checks over the months on how things were going as we moved along. On the days we met with her, she treated us, the bridegroom's parents, and our daughter and son-in-law, as if we were the only people she had on her calendar, even though it was clear she was in the middle of a busy day. I had a Day of Coordinator for my wedding at Windmill Canyon Ranch on 10-14-23. My coordinator was Mackenzie, she seemed to be very experienced in the industry, she was very professional overall. However this company is contracted through the venue so it was a non negotiable to get a wedding day or event coordinator. I was okay with it, because I wanted one anyway, with that being said they work more for the venue than for the Bride. They are mostly there to enforce the regulations of the venue. A couple things we worked out on a floor plan of where things are to be and I realized the day of my wedding everything was changed last minute, I did text her about a few items the week of the wedding that I was adding but they were not placed the way I wanted them, I was in a wedding haze the day of and didn't wanna get off my wedding high to point these things out so essentially I didn't and I just left it alone. I thought she would be there to help the timeline move along but there were some mishaps and at the end of the day the timeline was not it. She was most of the time nowhere to be found, or off joking around and hanging with event staff, she did NOTHING to move my timeline along and didn't offer work around or solutions. My timeline was thrown off because my mom got lost to the wedding venue and they were supposed to speak at the toast, THEY WEREN'T EVEN GIVEN THE MICROPHONE TO SPEAK, the coordinator just stood and watched didn't do anything to let the MOH or Best man know to hand the microphone off, that was a disappointment. They helped with cutting the cake and prior to they set up they did a great job with that, and the table vision did come to life. Overall they did a good job at setting up and having things ready on time but the whole reason I wanted a coordinator was for the timeline, and it just was a let down in that department. read more

Maddie and her team set up our booking for our wedding over two years ago and with postponing, they truly were very patient and understanding with everything. Sara was our day of coordinator. She was attentive, responsive and quick with all items leading up to the wedding day. Any questions I had she would answer or find an answer quickly. The venue we booked was very unresponsive and unorganized, Sara helped me with some of their responsibilities as well. The day of things were a bit more hectic than I would of liked, if I were to do it all again I would have communicated or repeated more what I wanted. It's hard because you only get married once and don't really know how it will flow until you live it. Among other things, we had some items not go out from our decor boxes and there is no time to fix it when you arrive. The pack up was sort of all over the place at the end of the night, things in random boxes, made recovery/cleanup hard leaving the next day for our honeymoon. Overall, I was very thankful to have Timeless Timelines and Sara in the months leading up to the wedding. She was impeccable. I can imagine the miscommunication with the venue makes their lives so much harder so I am happy those are the few things that did feel out of place the day of the wedding. Let me start off by saying that Alyssa is great. She was very communicative and quick to respond. With that being said let me explain why I am giving this review. I booked my wedding venue with Citrus State Park Wedding and Events. Also if you are interested in this venue stay away!! Shelby the manger is very rude and the story behind the venue needs a whole other review on its own. The issue though is that timeless timelines is directly connected with the venue. I was required to use an in house coordinator. I was quick to book with timeless timelines because I had originally signed with Maddie who had managed the venue and owns timeless timelines. (Shelby is now managing the venue...bad business choice on their part.) My wedding was supposed to be March 20, 2020. I had been communicating with everyone very closely due to the recent news of COVID. On March 16 I was told the wedding was still good to go. March 17 I was told I had to cancel/postpone everything. Imagine three days before your wedding you had planned for over 2 years being canceled. I was devastated. Even after the heart break I wasn't unreasonable. I rescheduled for August 7th with the venues recommendation. It was hard to find a new date that matches all my vendors. I had to notify my guests of the cancellation and the new date. Then two weeks before my wedding of August 7th I am told again I would have to cancel/postpone. I had to notify my guests who had taken time off for the second time that the wedding was cancelled. This has brought so much stress and anxiety and we just wanted it to be done. Now I wouldn't have asked for a refund if timeless timelines wasn't directly linked to the venue and I wouldn't have asked for a refund if timeless timelines wasn't a required coordinator, but they are! Both timeless timelines and citrus state park are refusing to give me my money back after choosing a new date based on their recommendation. All my other vendors which I had to cancel on have been so great and issues refunds even though it was me canceling not them! I can't express enough how severely disappointed I am working with Alyssa from timeless timeline for our postponed wedding reception at the California citrus park. When we booked our venue in 2019 we were told that we had use timeless timelines as our day of coordinator as they are exclusive to the venue. We had a 60 day and 30 day meeting prior to the reception date to discuss our reception and iron out the details. At those meetings Alyssa used her laptop to write down the details we discussed. After the 30 day meeting Alyssa sent me a floor plan and layout of the reception. Almost every detail on the layout was wrong 1. Buffet style food when we were having food trucks at our reception 2. Wrong guest count 3. Welcome table was in wrong location 4. Cake table was in wrong location 5. Bar was in wrong location 6. Lounge furniture was in wrong location 7. Photo booth wrong location 8. arch and sweetheart table we used were rented, she had that we were using the venue furniture After pointing out those errors, Alyssa did update the floor plan to reflect the correct changes. Day of reception Alyssa called me to inquire where the linens were located. I had told her previously that furniture rental company would be delivering the linens. Her reply "she didn't know that" when we had discussed it at our 60 and 30 day meetings. Alyssa texted me asking what we were doing for a beverage station. Our beverage station was purchased through the venue. Again something that we discussed at the 60 and 30 day meetings and Alyssa again replied "she didn't know" We also purchased a coffee station through the venue. That was not set up at all. We arrived to the reception site 30 mins prior to start time. When I arrived there were still cardboard boxes everywhere. The tables were set up incorrectly. We had shot glass party favors that where supposed to be placed on the napkins. Instead she had our wine glasses on top on the napkins. I had to ask her to please fix it. Her reply again was that " she didn't know." Even though again we discussed at our 60 and 30 day meetings and I also sent her a picture of my table set up for reference. 10 mins before the reception started the welcome table was still not set up completely and there was a cardboard still sitting on the table. I had to finish setting up the welcome table and a guest saw me scrambling to get it set up and she was the one who took the cardboard box for me. I was also told there would be 5 cocktail tables set up and there were only 4 set up. I had also rented 2 other cocktail tables for the cigar bar. The day of the reception Alyssa texted me asking me where they were going. Again another thing we discussed at our 60 and 30 day meetings. I then asked Alyssa to please finish setting up our cigar lounge which was located in the gazebo. Her reply was "it's set up I think the signs just fell over" later that night when people went to go smoke there was no cigar cutter, lighters and not all the cigars were out. My husband had to go locate it all himself in the storage room in the middle of our reception. Then halfway through the night Alyssa tells me she's leaving and handing it over to another person... I have have been so disappointed in customer service. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, and one of the main purposes of hiring a day of coordinator is for them to manage and take care of things for you. Her reply to most things was "she didn't know" when it was all things we had discussed at the 60 and 30 day meetings. So what was the purpose of those meetings and what was she writing down on her laptop? My wedding reception did not meet my expectations and I was disappointed. So many errors were made. I would not recommend the venue (for numerous other reasons) or coordination services to anyone unless you want to be left disappointed and stressed out. I paid a lot of money to have everything executed perfectly and it definitely fell short. read more

I am forever grateful for Alyssa and Maddie, throughout the process Alyssa really listened to us and worked with us on coming up with a timeline that flowed and a setup that worked best for us. If we had any questions they were super responsive and when going through the most stressful part of wedding planning those quick responses make all the difference. I did create mock-ups at home, before the wedding, and sent them a detailed list indicating where everything was packed, where I wanted it placed in the venue, and how I wanted it setup. I know I had an A type personality and I wanted everything a particular way and it would be irresponsible for me to not be detailed for them, they are not mind readers. Maddie and Amber were our coordinators for our wedding a few weeks ago and I have to say they were exceptional! They went above and beyond to make us feel special. They were always very sweet and very knowledgeable on how to put our wedding together. They both always responded quickly with any questions we had. They always knew exactly what my vision was when explaining things and when I walked into the reception hall the day of, I literally had tears of joy because they made the room look so beautiful! Throughout the night, they would check up on us to make sure everything was running smoothly and if we needed anything. Their attentiveness really made us feel so taken care of. If you go through CCEM you are automatically placed with their preferred vendor Timeless Romance (Amber & Maddie). Yes they were professional but for the price I guess I expected a bit more. For instance my wedding was a formal event, although all they wear is black casual attire. Maybe I've watched too many wedding movies and envisioned my day or coordinators to dress a bit more profession e.g. slacks & button up. A few details that were brought to the venue were not displayed therefore were missed by my photographer and essentially became a waste of money since they weren't presented. I had 4 guest show up towards the end of the dinner and they were asked if they could get a plate. They unfortunately did not assist in communicating this with our caterer, therefore those guest were not served. They did keep up with our timeline if my photographer hadn't already done so & they are also pretty friendly. read more

I highly recommend Maddie and Amber as wedding coordinators!! They were amazing! A week before my wedding the venue owner told me it was required that I had coordinators (I was foolishly trying to be my own coordinator). Anyways, I was super stressed out, I wasn't sure where to randomly get a coordinator the week before my wedding! But, Maddie and Amber were recommended and they seriously were life savers. They were professional, organized, and had practical advice for us. I think what I really appreciated about them was their respect for what we wanted. They were not pressuring us to do anything a certain way but very much just wanted us to have a beautiful day. On top of that they just seemed to keep everything calm, cool, and collected on the wedding day. And props to them for doing so amazing despite only having a week to prepare with us! These girls are INCREDIBLE. I feel like a relatively organized person, but having maddie and amber there for my wedding on August 19, 2016 legitimately made the day run flawlessly. They made sure all the special touches I requested were perfectly in place, like a memorial photo table at the bar and all of the centerpieces looked perfect. They also ensured that we stayed right on schedule and that nothing was missed. One of my favorite pets of the reception was my bouquet toss- I had forgotten my throw away bouquet in the hotel room, so maddie and Amber went to work! They salvaged some flowers from my centerpieces and whipped one together in a few minutes! No one even knew because the bouquet looked so good! You guys are just wonderful. Thanks so much for all of the details you kept track of, letting me drop stuff off early, and just being there to ensure the day went according to plan. It was such a smooth wedding!!! read more
