Jose was amazing as always. He is kind and answered any questions I had right away and was very professional. I have used Exclusive Events past March 2019 and I remembered I had a great experience with them so I tried them again. We had last minute additions and needed more tables and chairs quick with short notice and my party is for the next day . I called their phone number and Jose answered. He worked with me and really got me a great deal. They actually ran out of chairs for this weekend but he didn't give up. He really went out of his way and got me these fancy chairs for a fair price in time for my party. I was so thankful he was able to hook me up with tables and fancy chairs, everything I needed for my event even though it was last minute. It was so last minute, I apologize I don't have photos of these fancy chairs. They are aluminum and have a cushion. He said normally people at weddings rent them or Christmas parties. had the pleasure to meet with the owner Jose, as he was recommended to me by my niece. Customer service was excellent and product was clean! both are very important to me as I have a toddler (what parent does not want super clean jumper). My past experienced with other companies consist of funky smell, mold, mystery sticky gunk in the jumpers with customer service that was dry and cold. I ended up renting from those companies because that was all that was available, in hopes they would deliver what I was looking for. Never happened, until I rented from EE!! I 150% recommend Exclusive Events. They have quick response time (I'm a last minute planner/ shopper), Clean product, perfect pricing and outstanding customer service (They were very sweet with my son's excitement upon delivery of the jumper and on the phone) and on time delivery and pick up! THIS IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY! I would absolutely use them again and refer them to my family and friends! So, I needed a backdrop for the babyshower for my daughter. I found this company through a Google search online. I sent a message requesting information about his products and I immediately got a response back. Jose gave me the information I needed. He was polite, respectful and professional. On the day of the party Jose and his sister arrived to the venue before I did! Not only did they set up the back drop, they helped me set up my decorations, and he brought extra supplies ( table clothes, extension cords, tape, and clips for my decorations) he thought I might need for the party. This was my first time getting a bouncy house for my son's birthday. The online reservation system was so simple and it made the process very easy. They gave a call the day before and also answered a couple questions I had via email. We got lucky and it didn't rain until the pickup time!
