We never received any follow-up, and none of our calls or emails were returned. It's extremely unprofessional to leave potential customers hanging like that. A simple response saying you can't accommodate the event would have been the bare minimum of courtesy. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication and professionalism, I would not recommend Crazy Tuna Party Rentals. Don't waste your time!!

I rented 5 tables and 30 chairs for my son's first birthday party. I was impressed by their price,…read more$75 including delivery and pick up. So I booked them. They were pretty responsive via Yelp message and via text. I had to take off some stars though because on the day of delivery, I was told that they would come around late morning to early afternoon. When they haven't showed up around 2 pm, I called and was promised at 3 pm. After 2 other phone calls, to confirm the order, they ended up showing up at 5 pm. Thank goodness it was the day prior to the event so we had time to finish the decor. I was still irked since I had to wait all day just for them to deliver these items while I could have done other errands while waiting. Secondly, when we were setting up the tables and chairs, there were soils in between the chairs that fell out when we were unfolding them and getting them ready. So I'm not sure if these chairs has been wiped thoroughly or even checked before they sent them over to us. The conditions of the tables and chairs were also pretty sad. They were pretty beat with a lot of scuff marks and some chairs were missing the rubber part in the bottom. Lol even when we put our tablecloth over the table, the scuff mark were still visible. (Our tablecloth were yellow), so make sure you get a non see through tablecloth if you book with Kika's party supply. And lastly, for pick up, they were adamant that they could pick up after the event, but when I contacted them, they were behind on orders and asked if I was available the next day. Well, experiencing the delivery time just a day prior, I asked for a 9 am pick up since I really can't be waiting all day again. They came at 9.40 am for the pick up. Overall, great price for tables and chairs if you were to have your event for a park, not a house party. I did appreciate the responsiveness, but they do need to work on being more timely.

So, I sent my wife in to get the chairs. When she shows me the invoice, he charged her an extra $20 to drop the chairs off on Monday. They're always on time, professional, good prices. Funny, but my favorite thing was the piñata they delivered with all my other things. It was good quality, not a cheaply one. It didn't break off of the loop holding it to the rope, like most do. The kids got a bunch of good hard hits before it broke. Anyways, always pleased with them! Saw the other reviews so had to edit my review. #1 I am not a family member. #2 those who left negative comments, if you look at other reviews they've posted, the majority are very low rating & negative. I think someone may be hard to please #3 I never expect to throw a party on the weekend & not have a 30 minute leeway on the delivery. Kind of a ridiculous expectation. Sorry, I was just so shocked because I'm so please with them. Had to respond.
