It was a very smooth process from beginning to end with a huge thanks to what Marinaj has to offer. Once we took a tour of the venue after looking at other venues in the area, there was no comparison. The basics Marinaj has to offer were the upgrades at other places. The venue is beautiful, the options of food were delicious - so hard to choose (we went with pollo a la brasa- sooo good!), the service was so great all of the wait staff, the bartender, the security, the coordinator, the DJ they recommended was top notch! We were in the crystal ballroom and that chandelier can't be beat! Sandy was AMAZING and so easy to work with- we will definitely miss her! She was so helpful with my plethora of questions. Jessica was our coordinator the day of and was so kind and sweet! The coordination the day of was flawless and I just can't say thank you enough for all that you did to make our day so smooth and amazing!! It was worth every penny!!!

Did you see that chandelier? Made me want to swing from it and I'm not even Miley Cyrus. We went from hearing "I do" to "Shots" to "My feet hurt" all in one night. Great location and triple threat - ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Was more than just a location, it was a vibe and mood for a lifetime of love.

I typically do not leave reviews; however, after my experience with this company, I feel it is…read moreimportant to share my concerns so other couples can make an informed decision. I selected Citrus Historic Park as my wedding venue, and as part of that agreement, I was required to use Timeless Timelines as my wedding coordination company. Initially, the planning process began positively. I worked with Makenzie, who was excellent--she was responsive, thorough, and guided me through the planning process. I believed she would be my wedding coordinator. At my 60-day meeting, I was introduced to Maribel and informed that she would be my day-of coordinator. During our meeting, we reviewed my expectations, décor setup, and floor plans for both the ceremony and reception. Maribel took notes and entered information into her laptop, which gave me confidence that everything was organized. Unfortunately, on my wedding day, many critical details were not executed as discussed. Without consulting me, Maribel changed my approved floor plan. The bar was moved from outside to inside, which caused long lines that interfered with guests seated for dinner. As a result, my younger sister had to sit separately from our family. Additionally, the appetizer table was never set up, despite being something Maribel had assured me she would handle. I had to consistently remind her to restock the dessert table. My unity table for the ceremony was also not set up. Instead, the box that my items were shipped in was placed on the table. This was extremely disappointing, as this table was meant to be a meaningful part of the ceremony. One of the primary reasons I chose this venue was the ability to make my grand entrance through the double glass doors. Because the bar was relocated indoors, this was no longer possible. Instead, I was redirected to enter from the side of the building, which required walking through water and mud. I also had no flowers at my ceremony. During planning, I explained that my reception centerpieces would be used to line the ceremony aisle and later moved inside. I specifically asked whether I needed to assign a family member to handle this, and Maribel assured me she would take care of it. This did not happen. Additionally, my ceremony music was incorrect because Maribel provided the DJ with the wrong song for the bridal party entrance. Guest tables were not set up correctly. The gold placemats that were supposed to be placed at each setting were forgotten. My aunt noticed this and placed them out shortly before guests arrived. When I later explained this issue to the owner, I was told it was acceptable because the placemats were eventually put out before guests entered, which does not change the fact that the setup was not completed as contracted. The bartenders hired through the venue were also unprofessional. When the credit card system stopped working, they refused to manually process payments and turned guests away, even though there was a required minimum alcohol sales amount for which we would be financially responsible. My husband and I paid an additional $1,000 to extend our reception by one hour, expecting the event to conclude at 12:00 a.m. with cleanup until 1:00 a.m. Despite this, centerpieces began being removed at approximately 10:30 p.m., and Maribel left the venue shortly after I did at 12:10 a.m., while guests were still present. This resulted in a complete loss of the extra hour we paid for. I contacted the owner to discuss these issues. Due to the holidays, we connected in early January, and I was told I would receive a follow-up. As of the second week of February, I have received no response. I paid for services that were not delivered and for commitments that were not honored. At this point, I am exploring legal options regarding breach of contract. My intention in sharing this experience is to caution future couples. Planning a wedding is stressful, and couples should be able to trust their coordination team. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of service promised. While I cannot redo my wedding day, I hope this review helps others protect theirs.

We got married this September at Windmill Canyon Ranch, which was an amazing venue with great…read morestaff, but honestly, if it wasn't for the on-site coordinators from Timeless Timelines, the day could have easily turned into chaos. Our coordinator, Sara, was truly incredible and made everything run perfectly from start to finish. Right before the ceremony, I had an issue with my lashes and was supposed to do our private vows right before. Sara had to completely pivot the schedule last minute, and she handled it like a pro. She quickly rearranged everything so we were still able to do all we wanted right after the ceremony and during golden hour photos, it ended up being perfect. Leading up to the big day, Sara made planning so easy. She scheduled Zoom calls to go over details, helped me brainstorm ideas, and even reminded me about little decor pieces or things I might have forgotten. I could text or email her anytime with questions, and she always responded quickly. About 30 days before our wedding, Sara took over communication with all of our vendors to make sure everyone knew where to be and when, which took so much stress off of us. Everything ran smoothly because of her, and we honestly couldn't imagine our wedding day without her help. If you're getting married at Windmill Canyon Ranch or anywhere else, we can't recommend Timeless Timelines enough, especially Sara. She truly went above and beyond to make our day everything we dreamed of.

I do want to start by saying before I came on Yelp to share my review, I sent my concerns via email…read moredirectly to her for transparency and to have an open conversation. She emailed back saying "Thank you so much for taking your time to write this to us." and that she will review with her assistant. It has been almost a week and I have not had any sort of apology or response to my very lengthy email regarding my concerns. I ultimately wanted an understanding on her perspective of the wedding day, but I got nothing. Thus leading me here to write an honest review. I'm going to be very transparent in hopes to help a future bride and groom in their search. I booked Grace for 100 days prior and for a day of coordination. I am a planner myself and have done lots of coordinating events for my job so I understand what it takes to coordinate a wedding. I hired all my vendors, picked my ceremony location and venue location, I organized my own payment plan, I kept a detailed folder of everything related to my wedding etc. All I needed was assistance in executing the day and ensuring everything ran smoothly and assisting for any issues that came up. I hired her to ease the stress and trust that all is taken care of so I can enjoy my wedding. Overall, I give 2 stars because yes she did help in several ways and there were positive things she did as a coordinator that we felt was great. She helped set up the ceremony and reception, she held 1 virtual meeting and 2 in person meetings with us to get a better understanding of what she needs to do as a coordinator. The files she shared were helpful. She was there for our venue walk through and rehearsal. The very basic needs of a coordinator - she provided. However, when it came down to logistics management, communication between vendors, self initiative, attention to detail, and problem solving, we felt these traits were lacking. I also felt we could have discussed each document she had me fill out in detail to ensure it's being executed accordingly during wedding day, but we did not. I filled out the forms and that was it. In all honesty, we wished we would have seen her and her assistant in the reception hall a little more executing the timeline. Our photographer was fluffing my dress before each photo, our videographer and photographer tagged team to ensure we kept up with the timeline. Sadly, our family and friends constantly asked us "who are those girls just sitting at the front" The communication between us and the vendors could have been better. We started to notice that leading up to the wedding our photographer, videographer, DJ and MC were constantly reaching out to my fiancé and I with questions regarding our big day. Mainly asking what the timeline was, they all wished that they received this earlier. We had the luxury of having our close friends and family be our vendors, so their honest feedback was definitely shared with us. They've also expressed to my finance and I that the communication was very delayed. One thing that really stressed us was the photo permit wedding week. When we held one of our in person meetings, she gave us the confidence that she would handle all paperwork for the park (COI, permits, etc). Though this part seemed lacking. Ours photographer called us 3 days prior to wedding day asking questions. Definitely something that should happen wedding week for the bride. We had the understanding that everything was communicated to our vendors on requirements for the park. We would have hoped this was all squared away and vendors were confident 2-4 weeks prior to wedding day. I have plenty more to say but I will only add one more thing that really upset me. My best friend was my flower girl (no kids wedding) and somehow she played the coordinator role. She assisted in valet parking and seating guests because Grace stated "she knew more people" My best friend felt that Grace kept pushing her to do things. She even asked her at one point how many seats were open. Isnt this a coordinator's job not a flower girl? Sadly I did not get to celebrate with her as much as I would have hoped. It was upsetting when my best friend vented all this to me rather than sharing what she enjoyed about my wedding day. All in all, The work she provided did NOT meet our expectations. The large amount we paid for her services did not equate to the work she delivered wedding day. We just hoped there was a little more planning for sensitive things throughout the wedding day. We hoped that there was a little more communication on her end as a coordinator and self initiative on issues that arise. We would've liked for her to take more initiative and attention to detail. It seemed like there was a lack of concern on her part. Felt like she just came to collect a check.

Absolutely love Grace! This is a much overdue review as a lot has happened since we got married!…read moreBut they deserve 5 stars! Grace was with us through all the steps and came to all the meetings with the venue (while she was pregnant!) and made sure the event went exactly how we planned/wanted. I was also pregnant by the time our wedding came and oh boy, Grace and her team took great care of us. Made sure I was fed and had my non-alcoholic beverage ready to drink! She stuck to our timeline and we felt at ease throughout the whole night that everything would go as planned.
