My balloons looked dull and flat, I felt like what I was charged didn't add up to what I got. The added eucalyptus and butterflies were an additional 45 dollars, which shouldn't have been more than 25 dollars because they're so cheap on Amazon, if I would have known I would have bought them and added them myself. There was also a misunderstanding with the custom decal, it ended up not being what I wanted but decided to keep the mistake since it was noticed last minute. Not sure if all this was because it was during a possible busy season If I just had bad luck. Anyway, that was just my experience.

I was on the fence of not having one and they were very patient waiting for a response from me. They traveled to my destination in Irvine, set up the bounce house and even surprised me with a mini balloon garland with the color theme of my 1 year olds first birthday. The set up was really fast and they came and took everything down in a matter of time. Since I did it in Irvine at a clubhouse, they needed to provide a license and they had that ready to go for me.
