Ms. Lily is the best balloon and face painting artist ever!!! Communication from beginning to end was smooth and effortless. She arrived early and took her time with our balloon arch so that it was perfect. We never felt rushed as everyone got the chance to enjoy her beautiful creations. She is amazing with kids! My kids are usually afraid of strangers but they felt so comfortable with Ms. Lily. She is friendly, professional, and takes great pride in her work. After she took the backdrop down, she taped the balloon arch to the wall so we can enjoy it for many more days. Thank you Ms. Lily!!!

I hired Ms.Lily for a family picnic this past weekend and she was amazing.She arrived on time was very polite and the kids just loved her,she took their imagination and brought it to life with her paintings skills, Ms.Lily had pages of characters for the children to choose from for their face painting unfortunately the children only wanted to whatever their siblings had painted on their face (I gave up at that point) Mr.Lily also worked her magic with balloon art making various animals,swords, unicorns you name it. I will definitely be using Mss.Lily services at the next family picnic I was very pleased.

Kid friendly artist, she does very well with toddlers and preteens! She arrived on time and set up quickly. She was able to get my one year old to be comfortable with her and convinced my "too cool for school" preteen to get a face painting of scars and blood that looked like he just won a battle. So this is my first time leaving a review because of the very poor customer service I received from Lily. So I booked with Lily on 1/19 for my son's party on 2/17 for 2 hours of face paint and balloons. I sent my deposit and she confirmed the date and time. The time confirmed was 1:15 pm. On the day of the party I noticed she was not there by 1, but thought I would give her time. When I noticed she she was not there by 1:20 I tried texting and calling her. When she called me back she asked if I had sent my deposit which I replied that I did on 1/19. She told me I should have called her the day before to confirm because she forgot and she was not going to make it. - I did not understand how it was my job to confirm, when every other vendor confirmed with me plus I had so much going on and I sent an $80 deposit a month prior, and she told me it was in her calendar. She apologized and said she would try to get someone else to fill in for her. The new artist showed up and was ready by 2:30. By then there were so many kids that the line was crazy long. This was why I booked for 1:15, to avoid the kids having to wait in line so long. I wanted the activities to end by 4 - so this kind of threw everything off and made a hectic day even more hectic and stressful. Kids were still standing in line when singing happy birthday and doing the piñata. I do want to say that the artist was EXCELLENT!! She was patient and great with the kids and the pressure of the long line. However the customer service from Lily was unacceptable. She charge me full price even though her website states you get a discount for following on social media. And she has not responded to my texts since the day of the event. And not receiving a response from Lily is so wrong and horrible. read more

I booked happy faces & balloon art for my husband's 40th party for kiddos to enjoy. We absolutely loved it, adults and children were both satisfied! Sarinah was extremely patient with the kids, kids were all over here and she maintained professional and kind. We had a lot of kids still in line wanting face painting and she was kind enough to stay an extra 1/2 hr. I would highly recommend and already thinking of booking for next party. read more

My review is solely on the communication with this vendor, as I didn't move forward with booking. I had an initial booking in 2020 and due to COVID and everything shutting down it had to be canceled (out of anyones control) and my deposit couldn't be refunded, but due to COVID I would be given two years to reschedule my service. Flash forward to Wednesday, I was excited to finally reschedule my service only to find out that after some delayed responses and a few following up messages on my part to try and reschedule, the lady finally got back to me today letting me know that she wouldn't honor my original contract. The delayed responses should have been a red flag and the fact that she couldn't honor my original contract was a disappointment. Losing my deposit for something that is was out of my control is a shame. Therefore, after this experience I wouldn't recommend. read more

She engages well with the kids and gets them excited. She followed standard precautions and sanitized the all brushes as well as her hands between children. Happy Faces & Balloon Art was born when a stay home mom (Liliana Fuentes or Mrs. Lily) decided to made her hobbies of face painting, balloon twisting, balloon decorations her new career to help her husband with little more income to support their family. I was on the fence of not having one and they were very patient waiting for a response from me. They traveled to my destination in Irvine, set up the bounce house and even surprised me with a mini balloon garland with the color theme of my 1 year olds first birthday. The set up was really fast and they came and took everything down in a matter of time. Since I did it in Irvine at a clubhouse, they needed to provide a license and they had that ready to go for me. I highly recommend them and I've been to a few other birthday and they do a phenomenal job with decals and giant balloon garlands !

I had an event for a special client and I had ordered a design of balloons with Tassels and glitter inside the balloons. What I received was a complete mess... the balloons did not look like what I had ordered and what they promised ... they looked cheap and none of the xtras on the ballon's were added. Not only did they not deliver what they promised, in fact they arrived late for the set up. The event was at 12pm and they came at 12pm to setup. Guests were already there and they were just arriving to install!! So UNPROFESSIONAL!!! And my nightmare doesn't end there!! I tried contacting them after the event to talk to someone about the issues with the balloons and installation. I left several voicemails, emails and no one has called me back or emailed me back.! It's been 10 days and no contact. This to me seems like a SCAM! Because no one has tried reaching out to me as fast as they were to take my money they should be considerate enough to try and contact me back about my issue. If you are thinking of hiring a balloon company! Do not hire C9Balloons!! Just trying to share my experience so you don't have your money wasted with such an unprofessional company.

Ms. Lily is so talented and great with kids! I hired her to face paint at a fall fun church event and we were thrilled with her service! She is very talented! She arrived early and was personable with each of the kids. I received multiple compliments on her service from those that attended the event. I booked Lily for my daughters birthday and she was very professional. I got the combo of face painting and balloon twisting. She replied fast and answered all my questions.
