Darren seemed friendly and pretty good at making a variety of balloons. Even as he was wrapping up, he made a Lababy for me at the last minute, though he didn't need to go over his time. This was appreciated and the balloons turned out so cute (attached pic). He was able to make many designs that weren't even on the poster of popular or frequently requested styles. Debated on booking him for my daughter's birthday party but was a little pricier than we'd like per child, at the time.

They are so creative, the process was so easy and stress free, they're incredibly warm and kind, and I am truly so grateful for them!! Just before they left, Mike suggested that we get a canopy for a soft play rental that we bought to protect the kids from the sun. He completely saved us with that tip. They traveled to my destination in Irvine, set up the bounce house and even surprised me with a mini balloon garland with the color theme of my 1 year olds first birthday. The set up was really fast and they came and took everything down in a matter of time. Since I did it in Irvine at a clubhouse, they needed to provide a license and they had that ready to go for me. I had an event for a special client and I had ordered a design of balloons with Tassels and glitter inside the balloons. What I received was a complete mess... the balloons did not look like what I had ordered and what they promised ... they looked cheap and none of the xtras on the ballon's were added. Not only did they not deliver what they promised, in fact they arrived late for the set up. The event was at 12pm and they came at 12pm to setup. Guests were already there and they were just arriving to install!! So UNPROFESSIONAL!!! And my nightmare doesn't end there!! I tried contacting them after the event to talk to someone about the issues with the balloons and installation. I left several voicemails, emails and no one has called me back or emailed me back.! It's been 10 days and no contact. This to me seems like a SCAM! Because no one has tried reaching out to me as fast as they were to take my money they should be considerate enough to try and contact me back about my issue.
